Rob and Kristen- TO-GETH-ER

 I had a long weekend.
LONG.
Like millions of people around all the time kinda long.
The kinda long where you don't get more than
a few moments to yourself.
So it's been a while since I've posted...
and what happened?

Heh.

Well... remember right after BD2 promo ended
and Rob and Kristen were seen in some market
somewhere in England?
And it was all fake this
old that
look at that leg there and that weird arm here...
Remember?

So then we get the above picture
from a lucky fan who happened to be on the same
flight from London to NYC.
Imagine that!
So she even got a pic
to silence the 'pic or it didn't happen' criteria
that seems to rule this fandom.
But no.
Again...
Old pic.
Fake pic.
London was much colder than that pic.

We even got the looniest of the loons
marking her words
that Rob and Kristen would never show up
together in NYC.
No.
Never.

OOPS.

Lo and behold.
Rob and Kristen not only turned up in NYC...
But they turned up
TOGETHER.

Did you ever watch "Sandlot"?
Great movie.
Seriously.
Theres this scene where they are up in a clubhouse
telling this scary story about this giant dog (the BEAST)...
And this kid keeps repeating
FOR-EV-VER
over and over again.

My point?
That's how I feel about Together.
TO-GETH-ER

TO-GETH-ER

You gotta love protective Rob.
That's his girl.
He's not going ANYWHERE.
Got it?

Some dogs will chase their tails
FOR-EV-VER
(see what I did there?)
but they never get anywhere... you know?
They just get angrier and more bitter
because they never get what they want.

While on the right side of this fandom...
We look at these pictures and smile
and get happy that they are
TO-GETH-ER

That's what Rob and Kristen want.
That's how it should be.
That's how it is.

How would you rather spend your time online?
Laughing and being all happy
for two people who found love and happiness?
Being sappy and silly over their continued sightings
loving that holding hands is their modus operandi
and that they save the biggest smiles for each other?

Or would you rather just sit on twitter
bitching and moaning and whining
and making up lame excuses
and lying about and hating on someone
who has never done anything to you.
Being bitter and angry all the time
because Rob and/or Kristen
don't behave the way YOU think they should?

It's good being on the RIGHT side of this fandom.
The GOOD side.
The HAPPY side.

A dear friend of mine sent this to the women he loves...
I thought I would share.
(not sure of the author)

I cannot exist without you -
I am forgetful of every thing but seeing you again -
my life seems to stop there -
I see no further.
 You have absorb'd me.

I have a sensation at the present moment
as though I were dissolving ....
I have been astonished that men could die martyrs for religion -
 I have shudder'd at it - I shudder no more -
I could be martyr'd for my religion -
love is my religion - I could die for that -
I could die for you.
My creed is love and you are its only tenet -
you have ravish'd me away by a power I cannot resist.

Rob loves Kristen.
Kristen loves Rob.
"I cannot exist without you"

They are ALL in.
Completely.

This post is brought to you by powers you cannot resist.

For Rob... that is Kristen.

And this post is brought to you by red plaid shirts.

And Thomas Sturridge
who loves his red plaid shirt.
A red plaid shirt that I could write a whole post about...
and I just might.
I adore Thomas Sturridge.
Long hair.
Scruff.
Earring.
Blue sunglasses.
and "why the fuck are you taking our picture'
kinda look on his face.
Protective Father face.

As of this writing...
There have just been some random sightings
of Rob and Kristen in NYC.
I kinda like it.
Yeah... OK...
I would look at any pics of them that popped up.
But I do like that they are having down time
time to do what they want
Ready for it?

TO-
GETH-
ER

Because
You know.
I know.
To-geth-er
is how
they
ALWAYS
end up.

Until next time.

Bye for now

Rob and Kristen- How It Is

**WARNING**

I'm going to write about Breaking Dawn 2.
I assume most everyone has seen it by now since I seem
to be the last person on planet Earth to have seen it.
But alas, I must warn for spoilers in this post.
Even though if you have read the book
You pretty much know how it ends.
But.
I'm trying to be nice here.
It only happens every so often.

I kept my ticket stubs for all the Twilight movies I saw.
I'm kinda a sentimental pack-rat that way.
I remembered that I saw Twilight 5 times.
I was obsessed at that stage of this journey.
I probably would have seen it more if it wasn't such a busy
time of the year.
I didn't remember seeing New Moon 3 times...
Eclipse twice.
Geez.
And Breaking Dawn... once.
And (so far) Breaking Dawn 2 once.
You may also notice Remember Me
Water for Elephants
and Runaways.
(I saw SWATH, too... but the stub is missing)
Yes.
I'm a REAL fan of Rob and Kristen.
I see their movies OUTSIDE of Twilight.
I see them more than just Edward and Bella.
Bel Ami, Welcome to the Rileys, Cosmopolis were never shown in Wisconsin..
Or I would have stubs for those as well.
(I also own most of Rob and Kristen's movies on DVD)

Anyway.

This is one of the few movie posters for BD2 that I actually like.
It is very reminiscent of this...

Which remains my favorite Edward.
Still.

OK.

I loved Breaking Dawn 2.

The things I loved most?

1. Vampire Bella
(and Edward not being able to keep his hands off
of vampire Bella.)
I loved strong, fierce, protective Bella.
I loved that she dressed better. (ha)
I loved that she could finally be the one
who saves the people she loves.
And MY GOD

Was Kristen fucking GORGEOUS as a vampire?
Oh yeah...
Rosalie is supposed to be the most beautiful vampire EVER?
Nope.
Not even CLOSE.

2. Aro's laugh.
I think that says it all.

3. Edward at the piano...

It's just a shame it took 3 movies to get back here.

4. Charlie Swan.
OK.
Let me explain...
These past couple of days
I've had to endure all this chitchat about BD2.
I didn't necessarily get 'spoiled' with what I saw
(I kept my twitter presence pretty low)
And again... having read the book
I kinda had an inkling as to how it would end.
So the 'twist' didn't really upset me
(although it was weird to see beloved characters
doing their best Marie Antoinette impersonation.)
And the crying?
Not really.
Me and my gf kinda sat there in the theater
after it was all over...
staying at the screen...
and kinda saying
"Where's the crying?"
We were both kinda perplexed.
I kept reading about all these endless tears...
And not nary a one flowed down my cheek.
Was I a heartless bitch?
(shut up)
Not if both of us were on the same page.
But I will tell you what does make me sappy.
And that's Charlie Swan.
He's done it in every movie.
Guaranteed.

Twilight?

"You look beautiful, Bells"

Well... when Bella is trying to get the 'tracker' away from Charlie
and she has to lie to him about why she is leaving.

Charlie Swan: Bella, come on. I-I just got you back.
Isabella Swan: Yea, and you know if I don't get out now, I'll just be stuck here like mom.

Charlies face of complete heartbreak.
Tears.

New Moon?

The look on his face... again.
and this

Charlie Swan: Hey. You okay?
Bella Swan: I'm fine. Dad, you don't have to worry.
Charlie Swan: Yeah, last time you said that you took off
and I didn't see you for three days.
Bella Swan: I'm really sorry, dad. I...
Charlie Swan: Bella, do not ever do that to me again.
Ever. And you're grounded for the rest of your life.
Bella Swan: Okay.

Sappy.

Eclipse?

Well...
Just the look of love and pride at Bella graduating High School.

Sniff.

Breaking Dawn 1?

Charlie Swan: You're ready?
Bella Swan: Yeah. Just don't let me fall, Dad.
Charlie Swan: Never.

You know that headache you get when you try
really really hard NOT TO CRY?
That.

And Breaking Dawn 2?

Charlie is just grateful to have Bella in his life.
No matter what.

And that was the closest to crying I came to during this movie.
Charlie.
He's always connected somehow.
All my best crying moments...
(Outside of "Flightless Bird" being played during the wedding...
which completely destroyed me)
Have been with Charlie.

5. Jacob was finally relaxed and pretty damn funny.
Hard to do while imprinting on a baby, right?
But Taylor pulls it off.

6. The collage at the end...
When Bella opens her thoughts for Edward.
It was a nice touch...
But still could have been so much more.

There were a few things I didn't care for..

Not Mackenzie Foy
I think she is a gorgeous little girl
and was a perfect choice to play Rob and Kristen's daughter.

It was just the creepy CGI thing where they put her
face on an infant... a toddler...
and even an adult.
Can we say creepy?
And completely unnecessary.
It looked fake.
And thus was creepy.

And all the other vampires...
I just didn't care... you know?
Edward. Bella.
The Cullens.
That's about it when it comes to vampires.

Oh wait.
One of the other vampires I did like.

Lee Pace.
Excellent.
Brilliant.

But other than that...
I enjoyed the movie a lot.
I loved it.
But I have to admit...
Twilight remains my favorite.
Always.
Forever.

Final thoughts.

Oh the angst this picture brought!
First there were at least 1/2 dozen sightings of Rob and Kristen
in some out of the way market...
And lo and behold mateys
A pic and it DID happen!
I really cannot tell you how much laughter was made over this.
SO MUCH!
Because... instead of just accepting what is right in front of them...
Ninnies went thru their usual stages of grief.

1. Denial

"The pic is old!"
"The pic is photo shopped!"

2. Anger.

"I don't care what that pussy does anymore!"
"They deserve each other!"

3. Bargaining.

"They just stopped off to get food for everyone!"
"They are having a cast/crew party"
"They have to stay together to promote the DVD!"

4. Depression.

"It doesn't matter anymore"
"I'm only here for Rob's career!"

5. Acceptance.

Well.
They haven't reached this stage yet.

And I'm pretty sure they never will.

Thing is...
The picture is just what it appears.
Rob and Kristen.
Together.

Why?
Because that is what they want.

It's what they always want.
It's just how it is.

Until next time.

Bye for now
Said Rob to Kristen...

Rob and Kristen- The Best is Yet to Come

The best is yet to come,
and baby won't it be fine
You think you've seen the sun,
but you ain't seen it shine

Twilight BD2 promo is over.
Done.
Finished.

Like I said before...
I may be a bit sad to know that we won't
see Rob and Kristen promoting
Edward and Bella anymore...
But I'm not in this for Twilight.
Yes.
It started out that way...
But over the course of the last 4 years
Things change.
I adore both Rob and Kristen.
I will be watching their careers
from here on out.
I will be always be speculating
on their sweet enduring romance.
It still makes me smile.
And as long as that is true...
There will always be plenty to write about.

There were a lot of cute moments during this leg of the promo...

The 'ANT' show was really cute
And even though I couldn't understand most of what
was going on...
Watching Rob and Kristen interact
is always worth minor distractions.

And they were so sweet on this...
looked like they had fun.
I like that.
Because they had to be exhausted.
Fun is good.

Just a couple of thoughts.

1. I've heard about people 'booing' when Kristen's name
has come on the screen during BD2.
Really?
I can't even wrap my head around how pathetic
and sad that truly is.
And what do they expect to accomplish anyway?
Let's see...
YOU paid money to go watch the movie.
Kristen wins.
YOU booed at a movie screen.
Kristen wins.
YOU must be 10 years old
or your emotional maturity is stunted at 10 years old.
Kristen wins.
YOU booed at an inanimate object
and Kristen didn't hear it.
Kristen wins.
YOU are obsessed with Kristen
and she owns you.
Kristen wins.
YOU will never have Robert.
Kristen wins.

2. Remember when I said BD2 promo was over?
Well...
To everyone but the Lunatic Fringe.
They will CLING for dear life.

All during this promo Ninnies were mewling
about how Rob was 'over it'
and he couldn't wait to be FREE.
That is until the next time
Rob and Kristen show up together.
(and they always do... don't they?)
Then it will be...
"He's still on the clock!"
"BD2 isn't doing as well as they thought
so they have to get butts in the seats!"
"They will pretend until the DVD drops!"

So riddle me this...

Rob and Kristen are on red carpets
with extravagant opportunity
to do some PDA to sell this movie
but no...
They behave professionally
(as they always do)
Wait!
Why would they use an actual
red carpet for the movie
that has enslaved them to pretend to be in love
for PR?
Just millions of cameras on them
fans from all over the world
everyone watching
But other than some affectionate looks and touches
(as they always do)
No big KISS moments!
No Public Displays of Affection!
What the hell?
NO NO NO
Silly people!
That would make too much sense!
Rob and Kristen have been sighted
(albeit its just rumor at the moment)
at some out of the way
obscure town in England.
THAT
THAT my friends
is standard Ninnie PR!!!

"NOW PROMO HAS STARTED!"

When Rob and Kristen
show up anywhere together
on their OWN time...
And the Ninnie Fringe can't explain it
(well... logically that is)
They HAVE to come up with their
usual delusional PR theories.

Voodoo PR!!!

They start chanting and conjuring
hoping to soothe the foaming...

How's that working for you?

This post is brought to you by endings.

The end of Twilight movies
and promotion...
But a lot of Rob and Kristen still to come.

And by...

Oh Rob.
You've never been shy about what you admire
about Kristen...

And of course...
Where would one of my posts be without...

My undying adoration of Thomas Sturridge.

I promised one of my best friends
that I would wait for her to go see BD2.
That will be Monday.
Can't wait to talk about it.

Until then.

Bye for now
