Robert and Kristen-- Oh Shush

Shes got these big green eyes, and they're as wide as the moon.
They can take you to bed without you leavin' the room.

WOW.
Just.
WoW

Kristen... all fucking glammed up for W magazine.
WoW

And it all starts with a girl.
And shes breaking up my whole world.

Yes... there was a lot of

Sour Grapes.
Kristen is completely gorgeous.
Completely.
Stunning.
Beautiful.

A lot of chatter about how it supposedly didn't look like her...
Oh it HAD to be photo-shopped (right right... of course it did.)
But you know...
Kristen isn't the type to be made up like this on a daily basis.
So of course she looks different.
But she still looks like Kristen.
Just a high fashion
BFD Glam Kristen.
Which is the fucking point of the W photo shoot.

The 21-year-old actress is tucked into a sofa beside Twilight Saga costar (and never-confirmed-but-obvious boyfriend) Robert Pattinson, 25.

Can I make an observation?
Well... Yes... Yes I can!

Heh.

Well.
There was SO much debate about the above picture.
So very much.
Is Kristen hugging Rob's leg here?
Is that Rob's leg?
Is it Kristen's leg?
Is it some mysterious leg whose origin will remain
forever unknown?
Right Right.
Let's take a close look here...
This is obviously
(You know.. Like how Rob is Kristen's boyfriend)
In between scenes... since Bill C is seen discussing something here...
And Kristen is indeed hugging Rob's leg.
Not just hugging...
But holding onto...
Wrapping her arms around him.
Resting her cheek on the kneecap.
How sure am I?
99.9%
Why?
Because Rob has both his legs up...
Bent at the knee
One is covered... the other
(You know... the one that Kristen is hugging)
is the same size and the right position to be Rob's other leg.
Besides...
You surely didn't think that big ol' leg was Kristen's??
Really?
Look at the size of that leg in comparison to her....
I mean... I get that some people don't want Kristen to be
all hugging and snuggling with Rob's leg
But damn...
It's charming as all get out.
Isn't it?
Yes.
Yes it is.

Robert Pattinson: Yeah, you were really sweet when you first showed up.
Stewart: Oh, shush.

And yeah... Rob and Kristen were on the cover of EW.
Eh...
It's always nice to see pictures of Rob and Kristen together
No matter the picture.
I still don't get how photographers can fuck up a single
picture of Rob and Kristen.
2 of the most beautiful people out there...
Who have proven time and time again
how photogenic they are
YET
Somehow magazines manage to pick the lamest ones for covers...
and the best ones are always the "OUTTAKES"
Good Grief.

Stewart: Now that I've seen parts of it, Jacob and Bella's chemistry in this movie is better than it's ever been.
Pattinson: (Faux-glares at Stewart) So uncool.
But there are a lot of wonderful pictures in EW
and gorgeous pictures in W
And the interview is wonderful.
Rob and Kristen are just so sweet with each other...
So OBVIOUS

Pattinson: I did my scenes first. And I was looking at you, and you kind of didn't want anyone to see your face. It was funny, I could see her getting sort of emotionally affected by it and I almost didn't want to stay at the end of the aisle. I wanted to go down and say, "Stop being ridiculous." (Laughs)
Stewart: I wanted to run down the aisle. I was literally pulling away from Billy (Burke, who plays her father). Now it's a trip to watch the wedding scenes especially. It was so volatile and emotional -- I was being such a crazy person.

All kinds of sweet.
Sticky.
Gooey.
Cavity inducing...
Sweetness.
And they keep showing us more...

You ain't seen nothing yet.

This post is brought to you by Green Sheep.
It does exist.
It is good.
If you find it?
Hold on to it.

*Swoon*

Bye for now

W Mag was stunning and the large BD spread with a new Rob & Kristen interview was a very pleasant surprise!

And the between take pic in the bed is very sweet! And I like Rob's serious "broody" face he has going on in it..

Hope u all have an excellent Saturday!

  5. Why is it that EW always gives the best interviews and the so-called quality magazines like VF always have interviews that leave you wondering what they were trying to say?

    Happy Saturday everyone!

We had major storms last night and they seem to be continuing today. Good day to see a movie.

    Catch you later.

  13. Absolutely stunning pictures of Kristen from the W shoot!! I also enjoyed the accompanying interview. For once it seemed the interviewer kept their own preconceived ideas about who Kristen is out of the interview and just let it be her (Kristen) words.

The EW article was cute. EW seems to do really good ones. I really think Bill C. gets it and for that I'm happy.

Rob and Kristen have a naturalness with each other that goes beyond just being co-stars. It stems from their connection on a deeply personal level. If anyone can't see it then they are just being obtuse (for their own stupid or hateful reasons).

Olivia- Glad you enjoyed your time in Santa Fe. I've been to the balloon festival in Albuquerque before. The views out there are gorgeous.

DK- Hope you are having an easy time with the move and you get settled quickly in your new home.

For those in the UK. I'm glad that the rioting has finally calmed down. Hopefully civil unrest will not occur again because the gov't will find a solution and it will help instead of cause more problems.

My niece is visiting from NC so we are going to paint the town (shopping, dinner, and then La Nouba)! I hope everyone enjoys their day whatever your plans. :)

I wonder if Rob ever watches the Arsenal games when he's in the US??

    Come on you Gunners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  15. Hi Emilia,

Wishing your friends a world of joy and hapiness on their wedding day.

    Have a great weekend. :)

  16. Kristen here.. breath taking.Though she so doesn't need that air brush to be breath taking it is nice to see her sultry side, and what a sultry side it is. :) Those eyes!

I am with ya Rose on the EW cover, I am confused on why they went with that pic when there are so many sexy ones to choose from.

HI ROSELAND! I hope everyone is having a nice weekended.

    DK I emailed you!

  17. Hi Rose & Everyone,

Great post as usual. The "alleged kneegate" photo .... if you look closely you can see Rob's striped boxer shorts under Kristen's arm. They look so cute all the photos but I especially like the one where they're walking on the beach and Kristen looks so young, really looks like an 18 year old bride.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Hi Rose,

    Fun read.

All the forensics on a couple of pictures. Funny!

I love that picture of them hugging. The look on Rob's face is reminescent of how he looked in one of the Eclipse premiere pictures, where he's looking at Kristen so lovingly. Yes, I'm a sap.

As noted on the last post, the pictures of Kristen in W are stunnng. I hope her experiences to date on the SWATH set have been good ones, and that Rob, wherever his is, is enjoying some well-deserved down time.

PL - stay safe through the storms.

Melinda - enjoy your time with your neice.

Claire - good luck to Arsenal

Emilia - congratulations to your mom's friends.

    Olivia - stay cool

Hello also to Tigerlily, Kay, Groovie, Berry, dottie, Super, Katy, Teeth, 30, Liz and everyone else in Roseland. I hope you all have a good day.

  19. Hello Rose and Roseland :)
I'm back from vacay.. well i was yesterday night but didn't have connection yet... and also now it kinda sucks and it takes ages to catch up on things and latest posts ;/ sooner or later i'm gonna do it! lol
    just wanted to say hi!
hope you are all great :)

talk to you later or in a bit..

  20. Rose...
Kristen's cover of W is dazzling.
I absolutely love it and anyone who says it does not look like her must be blind. You can spot her striking green eyes a mile away. Rob must be so proud of her!

Hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday!

  21. i went on gossip cop and read some of the comments. poor Kristen people writing that she has a manly figure and is ugly and that she is a terrible actress. i think Breaking Dawn part 1 and 2 will fail at the box office.

    ReplyDelete
  22. bcaceres30 - don't worry. It's just a silly loud minority of people talking trash. They aren't worth anyone's attention. And Breaking Dawn will do just fine at the box office. No worries...

Hi Hope - I hope you are well and things have cooled down.

Fio - welcome back. I hope you had a good vacation.

  23. @bcaceres

They are nothing but a bunch of jealous, bitter harp.

Had to stop watching the Arsenal game, it was boring me to tears LOL

    ReplyDelete
  24. Hi Everyone, I'm embarrassed to admit I've just been caught with my laptop against my face confirming that those were indeed,Rob's shorts :)

bcaceres30 - In my experience, people who criticise Kristen's looks and figure are generally those who'd give the average wildebeest a run for it's money.

Emilia - Congratulations to your firends!

  25. Angelica,

Too funny! I think that is just good investigative reporting on your part.

  26. i loved the W Magazine cover. Kristen looks beautiful and very sophisticated. i also loved the video. it was so kristen. I enjoyed reading the EW interview because you can see how intimate Kristen and Rob are and how much they respect each other. I am very excited for Breaking Dawn, and I think the two parts of Breaking Dawn will be the best ones yet. Although Twilight and Eclipse are still my favorite, i cant choose between the two.

  41. Hello again ladies :)
    thanks for the welcome back.
    anyone here?
first wanted to thank Rose for the latest 6 (or more) posts i was reading before, one after another, with a big smile on my face :)
i wasn't able to have any connection for 2 weeks but reading the posts is like having a summary of what is happening lol
I'm just sorry i missed the fun on the TCA night haha looks like it was an amusing night here, wasn't it? lol

Anyway Rob and Kristen are always stunning and naturally beautiful.. no matter what they wear or do..
and i have to admit, though i understand Rose's reasons, that i'm kinda glad/still orrified that i got to see the nonnies pic pr pro posted before it was removed haha
i mean i'm not there making fun of people's beautiness or judging cause it's not anyone's fault if some people come out like that... they can't do anything about it.. but could at least keep from commenting on how a naturally beautiful girl can't be like that and must be photoshoped when it's clear to everyone how beautiful Kristen is. also without makeup...

DK is moving? good luck and hope you dont get too stressed.
i only went through one move but i was 9 so basically didn't feel the pressure of it..
    hope you settle soon :)

    what else is happening here?
i'm trying to understand what you been up to from the previous comments..

  43. Good evening Roseland - just popping in to say hello and great post Rose! Always so much drama out there. I don't think things will ever change in this fandom.

RealPRPro - I saw your post on twitter and I almost died laughing. I'm assuming it's the same one you've since deleted here. Inner beauty can sometimes be a redeeming quality - but even that's non-existent... the mind boggles.

Fio - welcome back from vacation! Hope you had fun!

DK - belated best wishes on your move. I hope it's quick and painless for you.

My kids are in bed and I'm settled on the couch with a cocktail & movie - Lars & The Real Girl. My ideal night.

  47. Hi and good evening to everyone,

Fio, welcome back from vacation. Hope you had a wonderful time.

Melinda, thanks! Am wishing you a lovely time with your niece.

Liz and Freddie, I agree with both of you... the EW pic with Rob and Kristen hugging/walking on the beach is so beautiful, natural and one of my favorites.

Hooray DK, sounds like the move is complete. Hope the whole process was as smooth as possible.

MySoCalledLife, I really liked Ryan Gosling in Lars & the Real Girl. What a quirky, touching, and original movie. He was excellent in the role of Lars and I like that he accepted such a unique project.

Have a great evening dear Roselanders.
Off to read for a bit.
    Hugs for y'all.

  48. Oh, Rose, I loved your post today. Those pics of Kris were fabulous. At first glance, I didn't recognize Kris, but those eyes are so beautiful, and could only belong to Kris. You have a buncha comments and I didn't read them all, so idk if this was pointed out or not, but I wanted to add to yer theory that K is 'hugging' R's leg. When you make the pic bigger you can see under her arm the end of a pair of blue plaid boxer shorts. Def not her leg!

Can't wait to see what you post next :)

    ReplyDelete
  54. Wow!Love these shots of Rob and Kristen!!! The one of them walking on the beach is spectacular! They are so adorable and look so in love...I would have liked to see that one on the EW cover! But...at least we got an interview that lets them tell it in their own way (sounded like the two of them when they did the commentary!) and didn't put their (the interviewer's) own spin on things. OT...Rose, do you or does anyone else have a clip of the comic con 2011 when Rob, Kristen and Taylor were being photographed backstage and Rob still had his lanyard on and they told him to take it off? I thought that was so Rob...probably the most famous and recognizable person there and he still wears that thing even tho nobody else wore theirs! I have looked all over for it and can't find it!!!

I don't know. That is how Syd described Rose's evening. I thought it was some British saying.

    ReplyDelete
  80. OMG..SYD..Be careful... I was watching a show this morning... There is a type of bug that can crawl in your ear and eat its way across your brain and come out the other end... I dont know about you but I need all of whatever is left of my brain:) Haha..I am sure it is harmless..but ........

    ReplyDelete
  81. Claire-

You have NO idea how much fear you just put in my heart. Maybe I'll just leave. Or, I am a bit hungry. Hope it is tasty. LUMMY!

Thanks PL...It was like a long tube with a billion arms.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Oh ok LOL

I think it might have been a typo and he meant yummy, perhaps?

    Syd!!!

    What does 'lummy' mean?

    ReplyDelete
  83. Hi PL...I dont know that term lummy either.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Rose used it so I thought it was an American saying????

You will have to ask her the exact meaning.

Super-I have little brain left and I am sure what is there is not tasty, even to a bug.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Syd

I started cringing myself just thinking about it crawling into your gob LOL.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Super,

You're talking about a earwig. A million years ago there was a TV show, I think Rod Sterling, about a man who had an earwig crawl in his ear and get into his brain and then it laid eggs.

Relax, Syd, it was fiction...I think. Google centipede because there are a million photos.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Claire if you are sick of the fights, Road to Perdition is on Sky. I was watching some documentary about Dracula but I started seeing shadows and hearing footsteps....haha. Better stick with the gangsters.

    ReplyDelete
  88. @PL

    It laid eggs?!!!

I'm getting the shivers just thinking of it.

    ReplyDelete
  89. SYD. Haha..I know what you mean...The other night I was fixing to kill a spider in the hall...it was BIG with a round swollen middle. My hubby just happened to walk by at that time and said DONT DO THAT! I said WHY? He said if you stomp on it there will be about a 1000 baby spiders that will go flying out across the floor...so I went and got some bug spray..I sprayed in and guess what happened.....the 1000 baby spiders went flying out across the floor anyway....so I sprayed them all very good then I had a massive clean up:)

    ReplyDelete
  90. Claire,

It's a fallacy. Earwigs don't really go in your ears, I don't think, but wouldn't that be an awful way to go?

I just heard the The Proclaimers 500 Miles. What is a "hava"?

    ReplyDelete
  91. @Syd

    I've got the DVD

Can't go wrong with Tom Hanks, my favourite actor after a certain wonky legged Englishman and his adorable best friend ;)

Sam Mendes is a fantastic director too, love American Beauty

    ReplyDelete
  92. PL--there is alot of havering here most of the time.

    ReplyDelete
  93. @PL

500 Miles, Scotland's unofficial national anthem.

And I could think of better ways to go than having creepy crawlies dropping their spawn inside your head. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  94. PL..thats right... and I remember they used that idea in the Star Trek movie,"The Wrath of Khan"...one of my favorites in that series....Ricardo Montalban....my oh my but he had some fine muscle definition in that one!!!! Impressive because he had to be pretty old at that time....50ish at least.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Hi PL, Syd, Super and Claire – I’m late to the party – if you call a discussion of bugs a party. LOL.

PL – I remember the episode of Night Gallery that you’re talking about. It stayed with me for a long time. I think it helped contribute to my fear of bugs.

When my mom and I were staying at a motel in Florida one time a palmetto bug (I think it was) flew into the room while we were bringing in our luggage. We couldn’t get it out, so we had to change rooms because neither one of us would have slept a wink.

Kenzz – sorry to hear that you had to cut your trip short. I hope you feel better.

Just watching Dorian Gray with Ben Barnes and Colin Firth at the moment. Interesting.

    ReplyDelete
  96. Syd,

So you can't hava too much havering?

    Super,

    Khan had prosthetics.

    ReplyDelete
  97. PL--to clarify it means talk nonsense. For example, I have heard if someone gets intoxicated they may haver at you for hours and hours.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Hi FREDDIE.... Congrats on your promo by the way...I saw some comments earlier...

    ReplyDelete
  99. Syd

What football team do you support, if any?

    ReplyDelete
  100. Syd,

LOL! I was thinking something totally different. When you said a lot going on here I thought you meant... nevermind.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Hi Super - it's a temporary assignment for the moment, but thanks.

I hope you enjoy your week off. Any plans?

    ReplyDelete
  102. Just to freak you all out. You know we all have bugs all over us right? There are follicle mites that live in your eyebrows (and other types of hair), skin mites that cover your face (especially your forehead), and dust mites crawling over every inch of your body and your clothing. They are arachnids, and thus more related to spiders than to insects, and are so small as to be essentially invisible to the naked eye.

    ReplyDelete
  103. PL...Wow...really??? My hubby and I had that discussion once and he said he thought they were his....I will Google and see what I can find out...You are probably right.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Fuck off with that shit Syd LOL

    *screaming*

    ReplyDelete
  105. Syd - yes, that did freak me out. I may have to re-think future travel destinations. LOL.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Claire,

Syd is right. Your mattress is covered with them.

    Freddie,

Did you see the Night Gallery with the Sin Eater? It was John Boy playing it and he was supposed to eat over the dead body to eat all their sins or some rot like that.

    ReplyDelete
  107. I didn't sleep for days after seeing the film Arachnophobia for the first time.

    Creeped me right out.

    ReplyDelete
  108. FREDDIE...You would ask that...doctor appts, house projects...I will leave it at that!

SYD..A good point and then we wont talk about all that bacteria in our colons and how most people are constipated and carrying about 5- 10 pounds of "stuff" around with them just because they dont...well...for a nicer way of putting it....how do you say that over there...go to the loo enough?

    ReplyDelete
  109. PL - I don't remember that one, but gross!!! I remember one about some demented doll as well. I don't remember the details, just the unsettling feeling from it.

    ReplyDelete
  110. @PL

If that's the case a new one shall be ordered first thing tomorrow. LOL

    Seriously though, I HATE spiders.

    ReplyDelete
  111. I am going to get out of here before I get so grossed out I cant sleep in my own bed!!!

    Good Night All...

    ReplyDelete
  112. Hi freddie, claire, super, PL & syd
Having a lazy sunday night, drop in to see what's up & see all this bug talk
EW!! I cannot handle bugs, I seriously freak the fuck out!

    Syd-
Suggestion on finding your creepy crawly..
If it was under something u moved, then it probably prefers darkness
Turn off all the lights, wait a few minutes and then grab a flash light to search for it. Or turn the lights back on & see if u spot it running for cover
Good luck with that! No way in helll would I be able to sleep!

    ReplyDelete
  113. @Super

Is that true about carrying excess shit around?

You learn something new every day.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Super-from what I see, I would say people have way more than that in them. In fact, most people I run into these days seem completely full of it.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Hi all...

Freddie- Gah! Palmetto bugs are awful. I had one land on me two nights ago. Freak me out.

Now my skin is crawling with all the bug talk....

    ReplyDelete
  116. Claire - I'm with you on hating spiders. When I lived at my parent's place I used to check around the perimeter of the ceiling for them. I wouldn't go to bed until they were cleared.

    ReplyDelete
  117. @Freddie

I hate it when I'm in the shower and one the size of a fist appears from nowhere. I just freeze LOL

    ReplyDelete
  118. Claire--

    For you darling...

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFFeyxMg9ZE

    ReplyDelete
  119. Claire,

I don't know about carrying around extra shit, just eat your probiotic yogurt and you'll be fine...or you'll still be full of it.

    Hi Melinda!

    ReplyDelete
  120. Good night Super.

    Hi Groovie and Melinda.

Melinda - sorry, didn't mean to make your skin crawl.

    ReplyDelete
  121. SYD...Thats right...I wouldnt be surprised....lol The human "condition" is not a pretty one. Ok...Im going to go upstairs now and TRY to go to sleep.

    Hi and Bye GROOVIE..

    Have a good week everyone!

    ReplyDelete
  122. Syd

    OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is he on crack or something? The fucking lunatic.

    Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  123. Syd - that's cruel. I couldn't even watch it. The title was enough.

    ReplyDelete
  124. @PL

I have been known to slip laxatives in my BF's coffee when he pisses me off.

    It cleans him right out.

    ReplyDelete
  125. HAHA--glad you enjoyed it.

Well, my normal routine has been abandoned. Three nights in a row it seems I have no hope of sleeping but I will go try.

Take care all and if Rose stops tell her I love her and think she is lummy. :)

    ReplyDelete
  126. Claire,

You are evil. A long time ago I worked in a lab with a guy that kept blatantly hitting on me even though he knew I was married. It was just the 2 of us in this whole building. So one day I made brownies and put laxatives in it and gave them to him.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Seeing as though it's Monday here in the UK, here's wishing Kristen good luck shooting SWATH which starts principal photography today.

I'm sure she doesn't need it, she'll kill it.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Claire- You are too funny!

Syd- I hope that spider left a little something inside that idiot's mouth...

Freddie- I'd rather deal with a snake then flying bugs...there's just something about them flying at you (and they do) that makes me crazy.

    ReplyDelete
  129. Night Syd (and Super too)...

Kenzz- Saw your comment earlier. Sucks that you had to cut the vacation short. Hope you and yours feel better soon.

    ReplyDelete
  130. Melinda - I'm a wimp with both snakes and bugs. If I ever had a snake in my house I would be out the front door right away and a For Sale sign would be on the front lawn pronto.

    ReplyDelete
  131. @Melinda

Men sometimes need to be brought down a peg or two.

And if him spending hours on and off the toilet is the way to do it, then so be it LOL

    ReplyDelete
  132. Ok, now. If we are going to talk about snakes, I'm out of here. I can handle bugs but not snakes of any shape or size.

    Good night all.

    ReplyDelete
  133. Good night PL. Hope your tree frogs let you have a peaceful night.

    ReplyDelete
  134. Freddie-

A few months ago my parents had like 5-6 black snakes in their front yard at the same time. It appears a couple of them were having a little "fun" until they all got the ax (literally). Now they are swimming with the fishes.

    ReplyDelete
  135. Ewwwww......completely creeped out now...belch :P

    Goodnight Roseland!

    ReplyDelete
  136. Okay, that was supposed to be BLECH :P

    ReplyDelete
  137. Goodnight Kay

I don't really mind snakes if I'm being honest.

    Just spiders and bugs, ughhhhhh.

    ReplyDelete
  138. Melinda - I would have been totally freaked out. I'm glad they met such a fitting end.

Night Kay. Have a good one.

    ReplyDelete
  139. Claire-

Wise move...men need to know that while they may be the head, we women control the neck! Ha,ha!

I'm taking my leave. My guilty pleasure is on so have a great night or I guess morning for you!

Night Freddie, PL and Groovie (if you are still around)! :)

    ReplyDelete
  140. Too true Melinda

    Goodnight

I'm going to go too ladies.

    Speak soon.

    ReplyDelete
  141. Good night Claire. And don't let the bed bugs bite (as the old saying goes). LOL.

    ReplyDelete
  142. Oh, I'm so sad to have missed the bug discussion earlier with
Syd, Claire, PL, Super and the rest of you. Not!

But do feel lonely for ya!
Even though my bff Vee is blowing up the airbed, she so happily sleeps on, right this momento.

However, am feeling no pain really, for champagne and later Baileys Irish have vanished it.

Now to dream, or not dream about creepy crawlies.

    ((Smooches, oh, why not?))

    DK

    ReplyDelete
  143. Morning Roseland :) (or good afternoon/evening or whatever).
I saw the discussion was amusing last night, huh?
    Spiders, bugs and snakes..? haha
I can't stand any of them ;/ spiders above all!

Freddie- congrats on your temporary promo :)
kenzz- hope you get better soon| *hugs*

I join Melinda wishing Kristen a giod first day filming SWATH :)
i already can't wait for that movie lol

I was wondering if the 15th of August is like holiday where you live as well..? lol

Have a good day everyone! :)

    ReplyDelete
  144. @Sydly Darling!
Thanks for the move/new place sentiments. Wish you were here!

    DK

    ReplyDelete
  145. @Fio
I'm off soon, but wish you a good August 15th holiday, whatever you are celebrating. As far as I know (and that is not very far) it is no special day here in the U.S.

But living everyday is special, everywhere.

    (Kisses for you-DK)

    ReplyDelete
  146. @Kenzz
Get well and back here very soon!

    ReplyDelete
  147. Hey, does anyone know why I can't use Adobe Flash Player with 64 bits?

Songs that are demanding to be heard, are stacked up a mile high, and on this laptop, it's a no go, on posting them.

A special gift awaits the person who gives me the solution.

    ReplyDelete
  148. DK- you are always a sweetheart and a wise woman :)
couldn't agree with you more :)

have a good day you as well! xx
    thinking of you!

and btw, thanks everyone again for the welcome back ^^

    ReplyDelete
  149. Alright, already, for I just keep havering on, and on, and am completely full of it indeed.

    Cheers and goodnight.

    I'll be back.

    ReplyDelete
  150. DK- the only thing coming to my mind is that maybe it needs to be updated..?

    ReplyDelete
  151. @Fio
I tried that and it said can't be done on 64 bits only 32. Sillybilly laptop, being silly.

    ReplyDelete
  152. Mmm--i know what you mean cause i also had several problems with programms having a 64 bits on my pc..
but there are always ways to get through it..
i just googled "adobe flash player on 64 bits" and got some stuff and people with the same problem.. but it's all in italian so i can't really tell you how to do it but i'm sure that you can find a way to fix it by asking on the internet..
also yahoo answer is often very helpful on that point :)

    ReplyDelete
  153. @Fio
Thanks for checking. I also found a way with a new trial beta adobe for 64 bit systems. It is working so far.

    Going to sleep.....

    :))

    ReplyDelete
  154. Good morning all,

    Just peeking in before work...

I see there was a good discussion on bugs, spiders, and other creepy crawlers last night. LOL, sorry I missed it...:)

Kenzz- I'm sorry you got sick. I hope you feel better soon..((Hugs))

Syd- It's nice to see you stopped by. I hope all is going well for you, take care.

    Happy Monday!

    ReplyDelete
  155. Happy Monday dear Rose and Roseland,

Kenzz, hope you are feeling much better very soon.

Sort of glad that I missed the discussion last evening.....bugs, spiders and snakes...oh my! I do not do well with any of them....except ladybugs, butterflies and dragonflies. The others totally creep me out.

Syd, nice to see you were here. Hope you were finally able to get a wonderful, restful, and peaceful night of sleep.

Wishing Kristen an excellent first, official day of filming on SWatH. This film sounds so exciting.

    Hugs for y'all.
Hugs for Smitty, Gruff and Syd.
    Life is good.

    ReplyDelete
  156. Good morning, Roseland! Thanks for all the get better wishes...must have worked, because I'm finally feeling fine & dandy this morning, not as "lummy" as Rose, but certainly no more havering! (love ya', Syd, for my newly acquired vocabulary!)

Fio: Welcome back...hope your vacation was fun-filled! We missed you...

Freddie: Have your new duties begun? How do you like the promo so far?

Claire, Syd, freddie, PL, Super, Melinda, and Kay: that convo last night was soooo wrong... it was like my own personal nightmare..."Spiders, and mites, and snakes, Oh my!"

Super, how did the hubs' b-day cake come out? My daw is taking a cake decorating class, so I was up till 11:30pm making frosting for her class today, and thought of you making the whole cake!

DK: Sooo happy for you- the move seems to have gone without a hitch?? Wish I could help with your computer problem :(

Good morning, Rhonda and Olivia: Have a great week!

Kristen: Best wishes for a wonderful filming experience on SWATH!

Hugs to Smitty, Gruff, and Syd...

    ReplyDelete
  157. Good Morning Roseland...DK...It sounds like you are getting settled in nicely! I hope Kristen has had a wonderful day on the SWATH set...I am excited for her on this project! Have a great day everybody!

    ReplyDelete
  158. Good Monday Morning...

    Fio- Glad you are back!!

Kenzz- Glad the bug passed and you are feeling better.

For those of you who have children back in school or about to go back to school- CONGRATS on surviving the summer!! LOL!

Olivia/IB- Good luck on the new school year. Teachers never get enough recognition in my opinion!

Hello to everyone else that has popped by or may pop by.

Big shout-out to the fairest in the land. Hope she has a great first day of filming!

Off to work I go...have a fantastic day!

    ReplyDelete
  159. Woops! I just popped on twitter and saw that day one of filming for SWATH doesn't start till tomorrow according to Sam (the prince).

Nevertheless the sentiments for a great first day of filming are the same...

    ReplyDelete
  160. Morning Everyone!

    Kenzz - I'm glad you're feeling better :)

DK - Nice to hear your settling in, moving can be such a pain!

Syd - It was nice to see you drop in. The subject matter was a bit questionable, I can do bugs but not snakes!

    ReplyDelete
  161. Hello peeps

Syd's scare mongering about bugs in beds didn't put me off getting some sleep - thankfully.

I wonder if he found the one that put the shits up him?

    ReplyDelete
  162. Claire,

Glad to hear you slept bug free.

I just came in from pulling weeds and I didn't wear glasses so I wouldn't be seeing the little snakes if there were any around.

    ReplyDelete
  163. Claire - I'm not usually bothered by creepy crawlies but one summer when we'd had some building work done, we were inundated by spiders. He arrived home about 4am to find me fast asleep in the passenger seat of my car with my puppy. I've never lived that down :)

    ReplyDelete
  164. Hi PL and Angelica

    Angelica

    PMSL

There's nothing worse than a moth IMO. It's the buzzing noise they make *shudders*

    ReplyDelete
  165. Claire and Angelica,

How do you feel about bats? I lived in an old house years ago that had bats comimg in through somewhere in the basement. I took a tennis racquet into the basement with me every time I had to do laundry.

    ReplyDelete
  166. PL - I'm not fond of bats either! We get the odd one at the side of the house!

Claire - Moths are annoying but the biggest problem I have is the dogs suddenly landing on you while chasing them :)

    ReplyDelete
  167. @PL

I must say that I've never had encountered a bat. I see them as mice with wings, and I hate mice, so I think my reaction would be to shat my pants.

    @angelica

    Dogs landing on you??

    WTF?? LOL

    ReplyDelete
  168. I'm a little confused. The moths I've encountered don't make any discernible noise.

Are we talking about the same creatures I wonder.

    ReplyDelete
  169. @PL

I mean when they flap their wings. The noise goes straight through me.

    ReplyDelete
  170. Hi Roseland!

    Hope you all are well.

Reading the comments I might have nightmares of bugs and mites. Oh my! lol

    ReplyDelete
  171. PL...I Googled Ricardo Montalbans muscles in the movie we discussed last night. According to the article I read, the late actor claimed those pectoral muscles were his but his hair(on his head..lol..I felt like I needed to say that for some reason(eyeroll)...was a wig....true or false?...who knows...

    ReplyDelete
  172. In keeping with last night's theme, I took STFU for a walk on the bike trail that is along the lake and in the woods. Guess what came slithering across the path right in front of me? The ugliest snake in the world. Well, any snake I come that close to would be the ugliest in the world.

    Super,
I can rest easy now knowing Ricardo was real. LOL.

    ReplyDelete
  173. PL....Ugh...That is a good reason not to go into the woods...and remeber what Edward told Bella in TWILIGHT..."There are more dangerous things in the woods besides me"....or something to that effect. Also, you don't want to run into Laurent!

    ReplyDelete
  174. Hi guys,

I'm just popping in quickly to say hi and to wish everyone a good evening.

Super - I'm sure the birthday cake for your husband was great.

PL - Too weird about the snake. I'd never be taking that path again. Nope never!

Angelica - love the sleeping in the car story. LOL.

Kenzz - glad to hear you are feeling better.

DK - glad to hear your move is going well and that you have abled-bodied help. Enjoy that champagne.

    Have a good night all.

    ReplyDelete
  175. FREDDIE...I thought it was ok, all things considered. Have a good evening:)

    ReplyDelete
  176. Super: What did you do for Mr. Super's birthday? Did he love your homemade cake? What a great wife you are!!

Freddie: I haven't heard how the new job responsibilities are for you...overwhelming a bit, or are you jumping in with both feet?

Has anybody had the misfortune to watch the "Bachelor Pad"? Honestly, that's a couple of hours I'll never get back!! (And we know I'm not getting any younger) :(

Wishing Kristen a good first day of filming (again!)...

Rose, Syd, Gruff, and Smitty: lots o' love sent your way(s)... Stop in when you get a free moment <3

PS: Should I not be having a glass of wine after a bout with the flu? Hmmmmm...

    ReplyDelete
  177. It looks like whatever hair color kristen dyes her hair...rob puts some in his! They have the same tones and highlights!

    ReplyDelete
  178. i am so annoyed. i just finished reading some comments at this livejournal community where some people are writing that Rob and Kristen suck as Edward and Bella and that Catherine made a mistake in casting them. I love Rob and Kristen as Edward and Bella and think they are talented actors. sorry for the ramble

    ReplyDelete
  179. Just driving by to say hello to everyone. I don't have a creepy crawly story to add to the discussion so I'll just say "ewwww" to everyone else's. ;)

Kenzz, Sorry you've been sick and had to cut your vacation short. There's nothing worse than being sick away from home. I'm glad you're on the mend now.

Belated Birthday Greetings to Mr Super!

Best wishes to Kristen as she begins her new project. Can't wait to see her in that role!

    Hugs!

    ReplyDelete
  180. Am enjoying a Fosters after a hard day of setting up.

Keeping up on R & K news by reading remarks here and there. Great news for K on SWatH!

Can't get songs to work on this laptop but maybe tomorrow.

    Best wishes out to all.

    ReplyDelete
  181. Good morning Rose and Roseland,
Hope everyone is enjoying these last few weeks of summer.
Enjoyed all your creepy, crawly stories. Funny because I was just thinking how odd it has been that I have not seen any bats this summer and they are a necessity in Minnesota(mosquito eaters).
    DK,
How goes the unpacking? Are you meeting any new people? We need a DK story!
    Kenzz,
    Bummer about your short vacation.
    Freddie,
How's that new job going? Keep on dazzling them!
Hope this new film is a wonderful experience for Kristen.
    Smitty, Gruff and Syd,
Hope you are all doing well and together soon!

    ReplyDelete
  182. Good Morning BIRDIE, DOTTIE,DK,and KENZZ and ALL...

KENZZ, DOTTIE and FREDDIE..Hubby had a nice Birthday...I gave him some money towards an I Pad...love that thing!..the cake was so-so..I confess that I was experimenting and used xylitol instead of sugar...but the real mistake was that I added some fiber to the yellow cake batter and that made it a little too "heavy"...what can I say..Hubby is diabetic so I thought I would see what happened...it was OK..just not great:)

To ANGELICA, LJ, CLAIRE or SYD..Have you ever seen people over there "pole walking"? I bought some poles off the internet and have been watching the videos and walking around the house with them some and practicing. I am a little scared to go outside with them because no one around here uses them and I will stick out "like a 10 foot pole" walking down the sidewalk or roads around my neighborhood. I am trying to get up the nerve to do it. They say its like Nordic walking and you can burn an hours worth of calories in like half the time..

DK..sorry I missed you...It sounds like you are enjoying the new location and getting settled in nicely.

    Have a great Tuesday Everybody!

    ReplyDelete
  183. Rose,
