I saw Oz the Great and Powerful yesterday and loved it. Finding out Theodora was going to turn out to be the Wicked Witch of the West,was like discovering Tom Riddle was Lord Voldemort. Those "wow" twist moments really hits you and I liked how they built her up to who she becomes and why she's the way she is in The Wizard of Oz. Definitely worth the wait and I'm going to go see it again soon.

Like TUF, I agree that usually this kind of thing happens for a reason. You mentioned that the commute and the stress was difficult and hopefully something better will turn up. Even if the pay if lower ... not easy to give up things but perhaps life will be better in other ways.

By the way it freezing cold here in Logan, Utah. Almost day we got windy. During my mother and daughter day with my daughter. She finally change her mind. Thank goodness. HAPPY SUNDAY, ROSELANDERS!!! I survived skiing on the mountain today without mishap. I'll admit I was very nervous and skied as close to the trees as possible to stay out of harm's way. Once a boarder came up beside me, he was coming from the trees and it scared me to death, LOL. The guy stopped and apologized for scaring me and he works at the ski area. Then, a little later, a skier was behind me and I just felt nervous... like riding a horse and falling off, you have to get back up there quickly or never. It's beautiful sunshine and warm weather and supposed to be like this all week.
I'm sure R & K are anxious to get back to normal. I'm sure Rob is tired. It will be interesting to see if he goes directly home or if she meets him somewhere ... we shall see!!!

I'm so ready for everyday to be like today, it was in the high 60s, sunny with just a lite breeze. The hubby and I spent most of the day outside setting on our porch swing talking then fired up our grill. But of course it's short lived just gave forecast of weather and were getting rain late tonight and tomorrow and off and on throughout the week.

James Franco took pen to paper/ his keyboard and wrote a beautiful piece on Kristen. It concentrated on her work ethic and her acting. Complimentary in every way.
It is obvious the man has a fascination with Kristen. Maybe he sees them as kindred spirits........They both tend to play characters with a troubled past or life.
Art to me is subjective, meaning that each of us can look at a piece of art work and we all come away with a different view.
I'd be interested in hearing Franco speak on why he painted it and the meaning of it.
I thought the painting was a little weird.
Snow White has always been depicted as helpless and needy.......she needed the dwarfs, she needed the Prince.
Kristen' s role as Snow White was different..........Maybe that was what Franco was trying to convey albeit in a weird, roundabout way I'll admit.
I liked Oz The Great and Powerful and I liked Franco in it. Again, choosing a flawed character redeeming himself in the end.

On Oz - I get everyone's views - for me I was happy to have my kids want to go to the movies (my youngest is still a little apprehensive) and even if I think Franco is creepy I liked him in it - he played the character well. If I can watch a movie and forget the actor and see the character they did their job and well kids don't care about all the politics of the world they just want to see a movie they can watch over and over and over until their parents go insane and never want to see said movie again. I went to the Marcus Foster concert in Portland last night. He is an amazing artist, the band was great and the music was just thrilling. I'm so glad I attended, even though I'm wiped out right now and running late for work. LOL!!!
I saw Suzie and CJ. There were both in Portland too. They were back and forth all over the venue last night. I met CJ briefly, he is such a gentleman, a really, really nice guy!
Marcus Foster is really nice too, so down to earth and he was very funny when he was talking between songs during the concert. He had us all in laughing a lot.
I have some pics, but I forgot my plug in for my computer so I'll post them later.
There were a lot of Twilight fans there I met some really nice people. I'm so grateful to you Roselanders for giving me the heads up on this concert. It was a wonderful evening.

Hello Rose, I m a big fan of your blog but never post a comment before. i m sure you ve heard by now all the buzz around the Blind Gossip . I ve been following R/K since day one ( when I saw the Vanify fair video, I knew it was love )
and I ve been in love with their love story since that time. What bothered me with this blind gossip it s that they are right a lot of times and they have a lot of blind gossip solved,How can any of this be true ? PR for 5 years, is it even possible ? There is someone or many out there playing with the insecurities in the Twilight fandom.

The excuses that have piled up are creative though. Insulting to anyone with intelligence but creative.
In my mind the idea of a blind Item is that you're not that obvious but when every end date that has come and gone has been shot to smithereens, why be subtle.
Panic it seems results in frenzied desperation by those who have been pushing end dates, exit strategies, PR and bullying for years now.
KKNN99, if you really are a fan and not a troll out to promote Blind Gossip (which I never heard of and won't go google to give hits), you answered your own question... "But what about leaving (living) together, having dogs together, spending the holidays together...I just don't get it!!!" Exactly. It makes no sense. Because it's not true.
Every time R/K are apart (and many times when they aren't) the rags make up stories that they are broken up, cheating, etc. Every time. It's just a ploy to get hits and create drama to keep fans involved and looking at gossip sites.

These people will write anything they can and be vague enough to cover a plethora of stars so that is why they seem right in all honesty about 1% of the time and when they are it is obvious things. No one from their teams/friends/family are going to spill details like that to some random blogger. Rob called them all nerd behind a screen that do nothing but write based on hate. Look at Ted and his blinds - he was never right but that was his bread and butter
Another two weeks , I do believe this will go down as the longest our couple has been apart while working. I bet both are a little sad :(
The crappy thing about it is it just gives the tabs longer to regurgitate the R not wanting K in AUS, Rob barely talking to Kritsten, trial separation BULLSHIT. They are so not original since they're using the exact same story with Miley and Liam.

Here is an interesting little tid bit. So there is a new article from India - the article seemed really off so people asked the journalist about it and she said his answer are verbatim but she changed what was really asked to what she wanted because she wanted people to read the article. So his answers are not to the questions she printed and to that she said was basically she didn't care - she just wanted people to read it and once they did her work was done.

Arleen, you are so family oriented and that is so wonderful. Over the weekend, I too, spent time with my niece and nephew. I took them to the mall in my old neighborhood. As I walked around with them inside, I noticed so many stores have closed down and some on clearance. I think that mall will be gone someday and that will be sad to see.

We have a mall about 30 minutes away from my house and I have no idea how it stays open the only thing still doing well is the movie theatre ans Sears but inside it is basically empty. Pretty sad considering for the longest time it was a great place to go.

There was a journalist who did that to Kristen too. During an OTR interview, she deleted her questions about the movie and made it seem like Kristen's answers were about her personal life, and like she was "telling all". It was total BS. I think it might have been HufP.
@Arte - I think Post Production will happen down the line but the person that tweeted has no proof sooooooo. I am really over all written media period - I mean at least have pride and a little work ethic - the 5mins of someone knowing you will not fix the career you just destroyed because no one will let you interview them now know you openly admit you made it up to get known. People cutting their noses off spite their face - just ugh.

I think the lady that claimed she interviewed Rob is the same person that's writing a book about him and claimed Rob's lives in the mountain.LOL.
Their are too many stories that are invented in twitter about The Rover's filming for another 2 weeks and Rob's staying in Australia till the end of the month and doesn't want to go home in LA.And I'm sure most of them are all lies.

The post-production in Sydney is to last two weeks. doesn't mean that Rob has to be there. If he does, there's no reason Kristen couldn't come to see him in Sydney, if they both want it. However, and bottom line: Only Rob and Kristen know the status of their relationship!
I absoultely love and still remember Kristen's comment to Today's (11/7/12) witch Guthrie's question if she and Rob were back together. Kristen responded: "I'm just going to let people watch whatever little movie they would like to think our lives are and go for it; and 'Keep 'em guessing, I always say.' " Kristen is spot on. I see journalistic integrity still remains in the drain, Rob helping out with some charity work, some confusion as to when the Rovers will wrap up and some cute fan pics of Kristen just before tee off.
