We all saw how cute and adorable
Rob and Kristen were at the MTV awards.
Pretty obvious how much fun they were having together...

and lets not forget the handholding backstage...

I don't have signed documents from

stating they are in a loving and committed relationship.
(I tried...they said no way!)
But I have eyes...
and a brain.

And while there's not signed proof its not PR...

And you have listened to them talk about such things...
and their feelings/thoughts on relationships
on fame
on keeping personal things... personal.
If you paid attention to what they actually said...

They don't want to be happy for them, so its their loss! Not ours and certainly not Rob & Kristen's.

ReplyDeleteI always feel like they separate for a time in the beginning of a job because they sort of have to become that character for a while and maybe their relationship is a bit of a distraction from that role playing? It's just a guess but it's been my theory for a while now. I don't know how people that are in committed relationships can turn off the character when they go home at night and be themselves. Maybe they like to give each other space for their work? Another theory I've always had is that they got into this relationship knowing that they were at the beginning of their careers. It seems to me that their careers are very important to them and they seem to have laid some ground rules about maintaining respect of that. I really admire their relationship to be honest. I think that they seem ridiculously excited when they get back together after time apart and they seem to be growing with each other and very respectful of the other's job, time and space.

ReplyDeleteI'll never understand why these "fans" continue supporting Rob &/or Kristen if they believe them capable of such a large scale manipulation and deception-- It seems to me these loyal fans(LOL) might be happier if they found a new obsession... IMO they should throw their support behind a celebrity who is honest and would never treat fans in such an under-handed way.
I'm sure Rob & Kristen will be devastated to lose these fans, (yeah, right!) but eventually they will recover & maybe someday realize they didn't deserve such loyal fans to begin with! bahaha!

I believe as you do, Rose, that they've been together somewhere over the last week or so. He had a couple of days off (heard via Twitter, might not be true) and if so, it's possible that they rendevous'd somewhere. Not to mention that they do the private plane thing sometimes and even more so now that they have Bear. Bear is getting too big to carry under the seat on commercial airline SOOOO, would they check him? Maybe, a lot of people do, but I'd be scared of that.
I'm sure we'll be twirling soon. Personally, I hope Kristen is enjoying some time off, maybe with friends and family. She'll be in London in about 4 weeks or so and back to the grind. Just think, it won't be that long before they are together a LOT for the BD promos, will be so much fun.

Hey Roseland. Just peeking online to see what's up and it seems people have lost their minds. Too much drama!
ReplyDeleteI read someone's opinion earlier today as to why people get so nervous when they think RK arent spending enough time together. This person said that since RK have never verbally confirmed their relationship the only way people could tell they were a couple in the beginning was through their actions. So now people watch their actions closely because that is the only way they will know if they are still together or not. Does that make sense? I'm not making any judgments, I just thought it was an interesting observation and wondered what you all thought.
It does seem like Rob and Kristen's relationship gets more scrutiny than most other celebrities. I wonder if this could be the reason? Whatever the reason, as time passes I hope people will settle down & Rob and Kristen can enjoy a more normal life together.

Anyone with sight can tell that they are looking at two people who are close, but for whatever reason people seem to need confirmation and after all this time I don't think a statement will do it.
I think that the internet and twitter have fueled this whole fandom and it is unprecedented. The way Rob and Kris's lifestyles are followed has never occurred before. If the furor doesn't die down soon I would not be surprised if colleges don't start offering classes in Robsten 101 as part of marketing or communications or lifestyle curriculums. Unfortunately, I don't think the likelihood of that happening is farfetched at all.

Hi PL! 2 yrs ago people were looking for confirmation that there was a relationship. You'd think since it is settled that they are indeed a couple the scrutiny would end. But now it seems people are watchful because they want to be sure the relationship still exists. ReplyDeleteSunbathing, did not happen in Minnesota! I needed some Vitamin D, so I got some here in Illinois. But a funny thing happened to me, while sunbathing, I once again fell in love with breezes, and bugs, and napping.
So, I had to get into the house, to not become a victim of Nature.
I will try to be there. I have a strange internal clock and with nothing other than work to tie me down, I float around at strange hours,too.

ReplyDeletehi rose...you know the most stupid thing i heard? that you and two others would know for months now, that rob and kristens relationship is over and you and the others would help to cover the break up, because of the Breaking Dawn promo...there would be a release of some pictures in the near future to cover that fact and rob would have a nother woman at his side already...

I am only guessing at their relationship based on comments that each one has said in the public but I think that it seems as if they both have the utmost respect for one and other and even if things didn't work out on a romantic level, they would still maintain a friendship.

Dottie, may that s.i. clear up quickly, those are miserable to have to deal with.
Read through the 3 volumes of the Hunger Games this past week. A super fast read and pretty good. I was satisfied with the ending of the trilogy; felt there where some twists and turns that were well done and not anticipated. Will be looking forward to the screen version when it comes out.

ReplyDeleteWhen you were talking about the picture of Rob taken while shooting Remember Me and how sad he was back then brought that all back to mind and I looked up some different photos from that time period and he was just so down all the time. I think he and Kristen have learned how to manage their shooting schedules much better now so they can be with eachother more and that is a good thing it will only make their relationship stronger.
DK...I just saw where Chicago had 70 mile per hr wind gusts and storms yesterday. Hope all is well in your area.
