Rob and Kristen- It's Actually True!

It was a dark and stormy night; the rain fell in torrents —
except at occasional intervals,
when it was checked by a violent gust of wind
which swept up the streets
(for it is in London that our scene lies),
rattling along the housetops,
and fiercely agitating the scanty flame of the lamps
that struggled against the darkness.

--Edward George Bulwer-Lytton, Paul Clifford (1830)

Big Storms Brewing
 Yeah.
Dark and Stormy.
Robert and Kristen are letting more and more
interesting tidbits slip.
And for some...
That equals

Rob didn't mean that!

Let's review... shall we?
Heh.

Yeah... there is NOTHING wrong with this picture...

Lovely Kristen.
Beautiful Kristen.
Stunning Kristen
was on the cover of Glamour UK.
Oh it was a wondrous thing to behold.
Oh yes.
Not only did Kristen look absolutely gorgeous
in every shot...
She talked quite candidly about her love
of all things "British"
(You know... like her boyfriend)

On her relationship with Robert Pattinson:
“It’s funny when this question comes up, because I sort of feel like, I don’t really care! People can say whatever they want…. [The interest] is totally understandable, but when it’s personal to you, it’s like your life becomes a product and I’m repelled by that. I don’t like to give away gems that people are gonna be like, ‘Oh my God! So I’ll always just shrug it off – in fact, I always find it kind of funny, and not just with Rob.”

Beautiful in Black and White.
Favorite London memory?
[Another laugh] God, I can’t even tell you, so annoying. Erm, hmmm … I spent my last two New Years here, and both of them were fucking incredible.

Fucking incredible.
We all know where she was the last 2 News Years...
And who she spent them with.
Fucking incredible
pretty much says it all.

Did I say stormy?

Dark and Foamy is more like it.
  Let's just suffice to say...
That all Kristen did was answer a question...
Simply.
Honestly.
And while most people were smiling at what she said...
There were those few angry people
who got really upset.
How dare Kristen talk about IOW!!
Suffice to say 'famewhore' was tossed about...
Because you know...
Kristen didn't mention any names...
or even a location.
Even though we all know what she meant...
No... that's the opposite of a famewhore.
I mean it's not like she announced her
engagement at an awards show...
or made a point to get married during
Breaking Dawn promotion...
Or sold her wedding pics to a gossip rag...
See...
THAT would be a famewhore.
And that's not Kristen.

Cute... but not the same, is it?

And that brings up to the 'events' that Rob and Ashley
have been promoting.
Robert has been his usual adorkable self.
Charming and witty...
Trying to say what he is thinking...
But then stopping himself and laughing.
I thought Rob and Ashley did well together.
Ashley is lovely... and sweet
and there's no doubt she is a good friend
to both Rob and Kristen.
She had to deal with a lot...
but I'm sure the extra attention is worth it for her.
Of course...
People were still trying (in vain)
to push her and Rob together.
while you could see that they were friends...
There wasn't anything else there.
Yes.
Robert looked at her.
And he smiled at her.
And he laughed with her.
Of course he did.
But it wasn't the same.
"It's obvious"
For the most part...
Robert looked indifferent to the whole thing.
Robert looked at Ashley...
But not like he looks at Kristen.
Robert smiled at Ashley...
But not how he smiles at Kristen.
Robert posed with Ashley...
But not how he poses with Kristen.
There was something... missing.
In his eyes.
In his smile.
Yes.
Kristen.
I dare say we shall see a different Robert
this coming week...
The change will be undeniable.
Everything he does with Kristen
He does bigger
Better.
You'll see.

Twirling in the storm
What is he thinking in this picture?
And then...
Rob was all kinds of cute in the Q and A's.
All
Kinds
Of
Cute.
But isn't he always?
He does tend to get off the rails a bit...
But isn't that part of his charm?

So...
During part of the press conference...
Ashley and Rob
on stage
With a slew of microphones in front of them.
I'm guessing they didn't realize that every thing
they said to each other would be picked up
and everyone would hear it.
OK.
But we all got a giggle out of Rob.

Highlights?
(so many... so many)
Thanks to Robstenation

Rob talks about Edward handling being a dad. Rob: My girlfriend... Ash: Your wife...Rob: My wife, yes, I'm sorry.  Filming with a baby is the most fun and very simple.

Rob mentions about having a real priest. "It was weird as well because there was a real priest, so essentially me and Kristen are married now, because we just did the same thing as in a wedding,[laughs]  like we just don't have a civil union or whatever...not by law but by the eyes of the Church we're actually married." To Ash "That is actually true"  Ashley: "Remember when you kept getting her name wrong?"

Couple of things.

1.

2.

No people.
No one thinks they are REALLY married.
But isn't it all kinds of adorable
for Rob to say that he and Kristen are married
in the eyes of the church?
Yes?
YES.
My god the reactions to this were ridiculous.
Even Gossip Cop got in on it.
Thing is?
Rob is the one who said it.
Not some gossip.
Not some blog.
Not some hater.
Not some fan.
Robert.
He said it.
And what did he say to Ashley?

Yeah.
I'm sure Rob realizes that he and Kristen
aren't married by law.
And he was commenting on the minister
who turned out to be a real minister
(although I think it was after the movie)
He was being cute
(which he does well btw)
But maybe he really feels that way... huh?
Is that so hard to believe?
I mean... seriously.
Rob and Kristen are standing in front of a minister
even if its on a movie set.
Kristen talked about 'her day'
and 'my wedding dress'
A lot of the cast talked about how REAL it was
and how emotional to see their friends walk down the aisle
Don't you think it was Rob and Kristen
walking down the aisle that made it emotional?
And then Rob kept getting her name wrong...
I Edward... take you Kristen...
Yeah.
ALL kinds of cute.
Smiley.
Happy.
That's good enough for me.

You may kiss the bride...
What have we learned?

Smiley
Happy
Laughing
is way better than
Bitter
Angry
Delusional

Live it.
Learn it.
With acceptance comes peace.

This post is brought to you by...

Thomas Sturridge.

Shaggy and curly.
There are 367 reasons I adore him.
I won't get into them here.
At least not now.

The last question remains...
Where did Rob go after Sweden?
Come on guys...
Isn't it Obvious?

November will be fantastic.
Wait.
FANfuckingTASTIC.
Robert and Kristen
Together...
Sit back and enjoy the ride.
It will be a blast!
And keep the umbrellas handy...
Foam is in the forecast.

Bye for now
I'm singing in the Foam...

  1. Hello!! Happy Saturday everyone!
Hope everyone on the East Coast is safe & keeping warm! I was going to complain about it being too hot here, but then I'll take 83 degrees over a foot of snow any day!

Great post! Loved Kristen's Glamour shoot & interview! She is once again shown to be beautiful, intelligent and witty, loved it!

Rob has given all sorts of cute, random and fun little tidbits on this Euro press tour. Ashley probably didn't even realize what she was in for with him and the stuff he says sometimes! Lol!

Next week should be fun! :)

    Have a great weekend everyone!

  2. Rose: EPIC post.... I've so missed your happy happy optimism <3

I feel like a kid on XMas morning with all the gifts we've gotten lately... And now, the streaming of the BD1 soundtrack... love some of these songs :)

I'm twirling tonite- Isn't it obvious?!!

  3. Hello everyone! Great Happy post Rose! Love when you are able to post lots of the positive. God Kristen in the UK Glamour magazine...she is so damn beautiful! And the interview was absolutely fucking perfect! Loving Rob on the promo tour but am really looking forward to the next couple of weeks...he and Kristen together will hopefully be epic! Have a great weekend everyone!

  5. Hi Groovie, Kenzz, and Berry! *Ignoring the unwanted visitor.

Thanks for taking the time to write on a Saturday, Rose. The little spitting emoticon is hilarious. I think I may have done that a few times over the last few days. hehe

Those pictures of Kristen are so gorgeous. I just love it that we are getting so many great interviews and photoshoots from her right now, especially since she can't be as involved in the BD promotions.

I agree that promos are just not the same with out our Bella. It's her story after all. Rob is always charming and fun but he has that extra something special when his girl is nearby. I'm sure he's smiling now though! ;) Can't wait to see them both next week and wishing them safe travels and some time for rest & each other in between their promo duties.

I liked the soundtrack. It's sort of moody - for lack of a better word. There are a few songs in particular that are really outstanding.

To our NE crew, stay safe and warm. I understand power is out in some areas. Hopefully it won't be for too long.

  6. Hi Groovie, Kenzz Berry and Dottie! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend of Halloween planned. Our son is going to his first Homecoming Dance tonight - so cute! It's not snowing here, but it sure is coooollldddd.

Can't wait for all the goodness coming next week!

  7. Where do you get your fancy emoticons? I absolutely love them (and your post today too... November will be awesome!)

  8. Good evening Rose and Roseland,

I love the title of this post! I agree with all of you and the beginning has been fun. But next week... I have to think they get so tired of the questions, most of which are pretty lame. These things could be pretty boring if they didn't have a bit of the zany from Rob.
I think the black and white is one of the lovliest Kristen has taken. She has blossomed into such a beauty. It will be such fun to see them together again.I wish them safe travels.

    IB,
Can't believe you have snow already! I remember the funny commentary from your igloo last winter.

    DK,
I see you stopped by. Is tonight the night or is it on Halloween?

Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend.

  9. Hi to SJ,dottie, Kenzz, Groovie and berry.

It is cold here in the Midwest. It's time for the sprinkling system to get it's blow job.

    sj,

So exciting the first formal dance. Do they wear tuxes for it? I ended up buying a tux for my son since he had to wear it so often over the high school years.

Here's a cute interactive Halloween link for anyone who is interested. It has to be opened in Internet Explorer as it won't work with Google Chrome. It's a long link so just copy the whole thing. Enjoy!

  10. Hi Rose,

Thanks for the post. I was waiting to see/hear your take on the week’s events.

Rob has the patience of a saint – all the inane questions, all the screaming (which I think was definitely getting to him). He was ever the professional and very generous to the fans. And, if I dare say so myself, I thought he looked absolutely smoking hot.

Kristen shines once again on the cover of Glamour UK and she continues to win over interviewers and readers alike. I hope her work is going well, and I hope she knows that she has been missed on the promotional tour.

Like everyone else, I’m eager to see the dream team united this week. I wish them safe travels.

To my Northeast chapter friends in New York, Pennsylvania and beyond dealing with snow, stay safe. Ironically, we haven’t had a flake come down here. Very odd.

Hi to dottie, Groovie, Kenzz, Berry, sj and everyone else who has posted or will yet post, I hope you have a great weekend.

sj – I hope your son enjoys his dance

Robert – thinking good thoughts for you for Tuesday.

    Take care all.

  11. Hello everyone!
    Epic post Rose!
I loved it! Loved reading it and being a fan in these moments :)
It kinda makes you happy to know you are on the right side, if this makes sense lol
I'm loving all the things that are coming out these days. Oh rob and his word vomit haha gotta love him! lol
And i really like Ashley too! She seems a very sweet girl!
And btw, great way to clear things out without saying names LOL
The one who wants to understand, will understand. lol
I'm really loving the interview we are getting... I'm just sorry, readin the Cinemania interview (if true) that Rob underestimates himself that much!
I was saying just before that they truly are two of the most humble and down-to-earth people in the business...

The soundtrack sounds awesome. For some reason i'm so stick with the instrumental version of "Turning page" at the moment. It gets me all emotional.
And anyway I was thinking it's too cute that the wedding song turned out to be one of the songs suggested by Kristen lol.

Anyway, have a great Sunday everyone.
I'll start mine with a funeral tomorrow.
The brother of a friend of mine died of heart attack last night.
And he was just 28 years old... What a tragedy....

  12. Hi Birdie and PL - Sorry I missed you while I was typing. I hope you are both well.

PL - LOL on the "blow job"

I forgot to ask if any of you had special Halloween plans?

Hello Freddie, Birdie, Leni, and all the rest! It's good to "see" everyone.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Thanks Leni (and glad you liked it) and dottie.

dots- nothing here. again, Halloween is just another excuse to go to a disco hehe

  19. @dottie:
Where I live it's not that huge of an event. I will be probably doing the same thing I did tonight, which is going to a bar with a couple of friends ;)

    What are your plans?

  21. Hi Roseland!!!

    Fio~Please accept my condolences.

I, too, am loving the soundtrack. I love A Thousand Years!!! It makes it even more special that Christina is a big Twilight Fan.

Birdie~Yes! It is snowing as we speak and hubby is up in the Adirondacks hunting (I don't approve of hunting but you can't fight city hall) The igloo may be built early this year...lol

    I see a troll stopped by....SUCK IT!!!

    Anyone here to chat??

  22. Rose...so happy to see your awesome post today!

Rob has done a great job on the Euro press tour. Once again, thank you Rob for the memories and pricless quotes!

However, it is NOT the same without Kristen. Thank goodness for the UK Glamour that came out this week. STUNNING! Hope she wears something like that to the LA Premiere.

Fio...so sorry about your friend's brother.

Sj...awww...hope your son has fun tonight!

Hi to everyone...hope you are enjoying your weekend!

  23. Fio & Leni, Halloween w/friends at the bar/disco sounds fun to me. I'll most likely be handing out treats to little beggers. ;)

Super, I love NC and what a perfect time of year to go! Enjoy your wine.

    IB, stay warm!

and so cool that it's snowing already there! must be beautiful! take a pic of the landscape (is it the right word..?) if you can lol
And I love a thousand years as well! I think it's my favourite!

Hope- i agree. it's not the same without her. cant wait for newxt week!

    Dottie- have a good day!

    ReplyDelete
  26. HI IB...how much snow did you get?

    Hey Dottie!

Hungover a bit from last night.
We partied hard as we watched our Texas Rangers LOSE the World Series.
So...told hubby we are going out again tonight to ease the pain.

    ReplyDelete
  27. @Claire:
LOL He really is adorable.. have you also seen pics of Dakota? I wondered if that was a wig?

    ReplyDelete
  28. Love the post, Rose! Kristen's Glamour shoot and interview were awesome, unfiltered Rob is always so fun and there have been SO many great things happening this promo...can't wait to see what happens next! :D

  29. Saturday is special, as are all of you!

Tonight is the night, the big proposal, and costume extravaganza.

I'm almost on my way, but stopped to say:

    Yay, Rose!

Sunday night, I'll spill the beans..until then, happy day!

    ReplyDelete
  30. @Fio~A Thousand Years....so perfect for the wedding and Bella and Edward!!!

    ReplyDelete
  31. HI guys! Thanks for all the love! Son wears coat and tie - we bought him a new blue blazer from Brooks Bros. If the kid loses it (highy likely) I'll kill him! jk

He looks dashing - we are leaving in a minute! The cute girl he invited wore his football jersey to school yesterday and then to the game today. *sigh* So cute!!!!

See y'all later...off to parental duties, then two Halloween parties! woohoo!!

    ReplyDelete
  32. IB - Hola!!

Leni - Didn't Dakota have short hair recently? I don't know if she's wearing a wig.

    ReplyDelete
  33. @Claire:
That's what I thought too about the short hair and it looks like a wig to me, but it really doesn't matter that much.. she looks really cute :)
I'm excited for that movie already LOL

    ReplyDelete
  34. Hi Leni, Hope, IB and Claire.

Hope - long time no "see". I'm sorry that your Rangers lost, but I totally agree that going out to dinner would be necessary to help deal with the trauma. LOL. Well played.

IB and Hope - have Halloween costumes been chosen for Monday?

    ReplyDelete
  35. Hi Leni!

We got two inches of snow Thursday. Tonight we are going to get up to five inches and it is not even Halloween!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Hi Kay!

Hi DK - have a wonderful time tonight and congrats once again on your great news. Enjoy yourself. Did you decide on Mae West or Sylvia?

    ReplyDelete
  37. Hi kay, Claire and DK!

    sj- have fun! :)

  38. FREDDIE!!!

I love the wedding version of Flightless Bird....it brings the whole series full circle...who agrees?

    ReplyDelete
  39. IB- loving your enthusiasm tonigh/today!
    I agree! lol

    ReplyDelete
  40. i'm also loving "Love will take you".

    ReplyDelete
  41. Freddie~Halloween is banned from our school...I know, it's a travesty.....I was one of the out spoken few who fought it to the bitter end. Now we have to have a "Harvest Festival." What a load of BS. Anyways, I used to dress up like a slice of pizza and the kids loved seeing their teacher dress up...sadly, no more :(

    ReplyDelete
  42. My favorite is "A Thousand Years" and I also really loved "Love, Death, Birth"

    ReplyDelete
  43. FREDDIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How are YOU?? How is the job going with new responsibilities? Are you still enjoying it?

K is set for Halloween...she and her BFF are wearing their cheerleading uniforms (original) and going to a boy's house for fun. hmmmmm!!
This is the first year hubby and I have not dressed up. LOL

    Hi Claire,Leni, Kay, DK

Oh DK...have fun tonight...how exciting. Can't wait to hear about the proposal, etc.

    ReplyDelete
  44. IB!!

I'm having PC problems at the moment and videos aren't playing well, so I only got through part of the Flightless Bird video. What I heard sounded wonderful. Bill Condon has been so smart in referencing back to Twilight.

    ReplyDelete
  45. IB- what a shame! that must have been cute though!

leni- i love that too. when the lullaby starts playing towards the end i get all emotional and get back to 3 years ago :')

    ReplyDelete
  46. @Fio:
Exactly..made me all nostalgic and stuff LOL

    ReplyDelete
  47. IB - no fun!! What was the reason for banning it?

Hope - that sounds great. I hope she has a great time.

Work is good (I think). I have my moments of doubt that I will be good at it, but I think I've come to the conclusion that I want to do it. So I guess I'm going to stay with it.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Leni- i cant believe that it's been 3 years since Twilight came out!
Gosh. And now BD is in two weeks!
    doiyaxngyucgnfsvfve

    ReplyDelete
  49. Freddie- just like Rob lol
I'm sure you can do whatever you want to do if you like it!

    ReplyDelete
  50. IB - a slice of pizza. That's the first I've heard of that idea. Very creative. You should post a picture.

Hope - I'm impressed that your husband would dress up. There's no way my dad would have done that. LOL.

    ReplyDelete
  51. @Freddie:
I don't know you personally but I'm sure you will be great! And I actually mean it :)

    @Fio:
That's why I'm also loving "Flightless Bird" - to think that Kristen found it years ago and now it's again on the soundtrack..I'm so sappy tonight LOL

    ReplyDelete
  52. Halloween became "Harvest Festival" bc the powers that be felt Halloween go too out of control. We would have a big parade and parents would come dressed up....could be a security risk...lol!

    ReplyDelete
  53. IB- !!! WOW! that's so beautiful!! thanks for sharing! <3

Leni- LOL it's two of us then hehe

    ReplyDelete
  54. Fio~It may be beautiful but we have to shovel it and it isn't Halloween yet........ugh!

    ReplyDelete
  55. @IB:
    That's a beautiful pic :)
Your Halloween Festival at school sounded like lots of fun..what a shame.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Thanks Fio and Leni. I appreciate the vote of confidence.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Anybody out there going to see Twilight Tuesday night like me???

    ReplyDelete
  58. @Fio:
When does Breaking Dawn come out in Italy?

    ReplyDelete
  59. About the Halloween stuff, the party pooper teachers just wanted an excuse to get rid of all of the fun and the little extra work that it was. Sadly, my school kids are from a rural area so school was the only way they would get to see each other in their costumes....ya can't fight city hall, though :(

    ReplyDelete
  60. Freddie- anytime :)

IB- yeah, i acknowledge that it also take some disadvantages. hehe

Is Twilight forecasting there on tuesday?

    ReplyDelete
  61. Leni- on the 16th here. :)
i guess it's cause movies come out on wednesdays here. It used to be fridays some time ago...

    ReplyDelete
  62. Fio~In my part of the US they are having "Twilight Tuesdays." Each Tuesday up to BD they are showing the other movies in the series. It starts this Tuesday with Twilight...next Tuesday is New Moon.

    ReplyDelete
  63. @Fio:
    In Austria it's on the 24th :(

    ReplyDelete
  64. IB- oh yeah yeah. I heard of it! lol
    it's a cute thing!

    ReplyDelete
  65. Leni- :/ how can you resist? :(
i cant even resist to go to the night show haha i'll go to the early evening one...

    ReplyDelete
  66. @IB:
    Yes :)

    @Fio:
And it's not only the German version. I mostly go to an English Cinema and even the original version comes out on the 24th!

    ReplyDelete
  67. IB - that is unfortunate. I can understand school administration wanting to play it safe - security wise. It's just sad that the kids are impacted.

    ReplyDelete
  68. @Leni~lol...my heritage is Austro- Hungarian :)

    ReplyDelete
  69. Leni- at least you can watch it in original! the wait will be worth it. I wish i had a cinema showing it in original too.. Well i guess we have them in italya but just in big cities hehe

    ReplyDelete
  70. Leni~We could be long lost relations for way back...lol!

    ReplyDelete
  71. @Fio:
It's always better..well I can't speak for Italian, but the German translation is crap LOL

    ReplyDelete
  72. @IB:
We should do a little research on that LOL

    ReplyDelete
  73. Fio - lucky you. You'll have to let us know your spoiler-free feedback after you've seen it.

IB - I don't know if they're doing Twilight Tuesdays here. I'll have to look into it.

    ReplyDelete
  74. About seeing Twilight...I can't wait to see it on the big screen...you miss so much on a little tv screen.

    ReplyDelete
  75. IB - work is still busy and will be until the end of the year. That said, I'm following one of Super's ideas and taking vacation the week of Nov 14th - so I can follow the BD premieres at my leisure and see BD when it opens. And not to make it sound like I have no life at all, I do have other projects around the house to do as well. I'm counting down the days.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Oh, Freddie, a vacay sounds lovely!!! I bet you will enjoy every moment of it. You deserve it!

    ReplyDelete
  77. IB - Actually, now that I think of it, I've never seen Twilight on the big screen. I came "into the fold" only after it came out on DVD. I'll have to see if it's playing here next week.

  78. Hi Rose,

    Excellent post!

The glamour is one of my favourite photoshoot of Kristen so far, don't take me wrong, she always looks absolutely beautiful, but I like the natural look on this one...I mean...that is Kristen....STUNNINGly beautiful. I also loved interview and love how more and more confortable Kristen sounds in interviews!!

EuropromoRob was wonderful, he was, like always, ALL kinds of adorable, sweet, wiity, funny and god, he looked swooningly, drooling incredibly GORGEOUS. And I love no filterRob...Please, Don't ever ever change, Rob.

Can not wait for next week!!!

I think the minister was alraedy a minister when they made BD, but I could be wrong.

'I Edward Cullen take you Kristen Stewart to my lawfully wedded wiffe' ...wonder how many times Rob got her name wrong :)

Hope everyone is having a great day. Take care.

  79. Freddie~You should look into Twilight Tuesdays :)

    ReplyDelete
  80. Hi katy!!

Freddie~I came "into the fold" the same way you did...after the dvd!!! We are Twi-sisters....lol!

    ReplyDelete
  81. katy~I agree with everything that you said!!!

    ReplyDelete
  82. Leni- i'll have to say that italian dubbing is quite good!
Like Twilight is dubbed perfectly but then something changed...
it's like the more expectation there is for a movie the more everyone tris so hard to do better that ends up making too much effort for something that should be more simple...
I dont know if this is making sense... Anyway I don't particularly liked the dubbing of NM and Eclipse... But I guess it's also cause i'm so used to listen to their real voices that it just sounds wrong to me hehe

Freddie- I swear i won't spoiler anything :) May just let you know how awesome it is lol

    ReplyDelete
  83. katy~Who is that handsome man on your avi? lol :)

    ReplyDelete
  84. @Fio:
I think for me it's the voices too.. I'm so used to hearing Kristen, Rob and all the others that it just sounds weird to me..

    ReplyDelete
  85. IB - LOL. I like that....Twi-sisters. Perfect.

Hi Katy - totally agree with you about "swooningly, drooling incredibly GORGEOUS" Rob. Ha ha.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Leni- lol yeah. that i was just said about being used to listen to their voices hehe

    Hi Katy!

    ReplyDelete
  87. Fio - I'm counting on it. I can't wait to hear your thoughts about it.

IB - LOL. Speaking of Twilight, I still so love the looks on Rob and Kristen's faces during the truck collision scene. The way they looked at each other. The chemistry just washed off the screen. Sigh... Yes, I'm sappy too.

    ReplyDelete
  88. @Fio:
I know, I was agreeing with you LOL

    ReplyDelete
  89. Leni - you do so well in English. I would never have known.

Austria is probably top of my list of places to visit in Europe. I was there years ago in Innsbruck for a meeting. It was fabulous. Regrettably, I didn't get to Vienna, which I was really hoping to do.

    ReplyDelete
  90. @Freddie:
I always loved the Biology scene where they talk for the first time to each other.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Hehe.
Okay guys, I think i'm off to read.
Nice talking to you as always!
    Have a great day!
    talk to you tomorrow/later. x

    ReplyDelete
  92. Freddie~I've been totally sappy, especially with the new music on the livestream......everyone who has seen BD says to bring Kleenex!

    ReplyDelete
  93. @Freddie:
Wow thanks, but I'm sure I make lots of small mistakes. But you saying that means a lot :)

Vienna is great.. I lived there for about 10 years :)

    ReplyDelete
  94. @Fio:
Bye, was nice talking to you :)

    ReplyDelete
  95. I just left a comment and it disappeared.

    Hi to you all (again).

    ReplyDelete
  96. Ha ha - there was just a commercial on TV for the X-Factor and Simon Cowell just told another judge that he was "litrelly" insane. LOL.

Leni - oh yes, the biology scene - another golden one. And of course, the E&B walking across the parking lot at school scene where Edward says he's already going to hell (or something like that.) Love that one too.

IB - Kleenex...great. I teared up at the end of WFE in the theatre and now BD. I usually try to keep my weeping to the privacy of my home so I don't look like the total sap that I am. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  97. Night Fio - I hope tomorrow isn't too difficult.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Freddie,

I liked that parking lot scene too. Looked so natural.

It sounds like your job is going well for you. Sometimes I miss working...not often enough to go back though.

    ReplyDelete
  99. @Freddie:
I also love that scene :)

    Ok good night everyone!

    ReplyDelete
  100. Where is IB? I never get to talk with her anymore.

    'Night Leni

    ReplyDelete
  101. PL!! Here I am!! How are you my dear friend? Hello from the Great White North...we may be firing up that igloo soon :)

    ReplyDelete
  102. Night Leni.

PL - I can relate. Trust me, there are days when getting away from the grind sounds wonderful, but that isn't an option. At the same time, it does provide some great learning opportunities and I do like the people I work with ...for the most part.

If I remember correctly you're pretty busy. Along with everything else, are you still volunteering with a group?

    ReplyDelete
  103. IB!!!!

We connect, finally. I feel so bad for you with all that snow. Mr PL is getting the snowblower ready along with the sprinkler blow job.

    Freddie,

I'm very fortunate not to have to work if I don't choose. I just stopped my volunteering as they have gotten a number of new volunteers that need hours for college internships.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Hi, Freddie, Leni, Fiorels, PL

Hi, IB, some guy called Robert Pattinson....don't think you know him. :)))

I am listening to the Eclipse commentree. I don't know why, but today's post made me want to hear it. They are just too cute for words.

    HUGS

    ReplyDelete
  105. PL~How is STFU doing?

katy~Whoever that guy is, he IS cute. I wonder if he is single :)

    ReplyDelete
  106. katy~I love the Eclipse commentary too! I love when Edward and Bella are in the meadow at the beginning of the movie and Bella says that two out of three marriages end in divorce...in the commentary Rob blurts out "no they don't"....LOVE that!

    ReplyDelete
  107. IB,

What is wrong with your school district? Remember the fun we had as kids on Halloween. Sister Mary Catherine didn't even dress up.

STFU has problems with change. Change the layout of the room, she freaks. Get new appliances and she majorly freaks.

  109. You Know Rose, your HomeBlog was THE FIRST I found in the middle of this storm and I felt it like HOME!
It was 3 years ago...and I thought it was one of the sweetest thing ever! You name your blog 'RPintoxication' and It's OBVIOUS you are 'crazy'(in a healthy way) for this amazing guy. And here you were/are asking just one thing "RESPECT ROB AND HIS PRIVATE LIFE/HIS CHOICES".
And the fact that you adore Kristen is wonderful.

You put a smile on my face every single day with you lovely posts.

"I mean it's not like she announced her
    engagement at an awards show...
or made a point to get married during
    Breaking Dawn promotion...
Or sold her wedding pics to a gossip rag..."

  111. Katy, IB - the commentree is a classic. While we couldn't see it, the "Robsten bubble" was still in full force. I hope they have Rob and Kristen do it again for BD. I would wager that they were the reason some people bought the DVD's last time.

    ReplyDelete
  112. and yes, sorry about that

    I changed my profile! :)

  113. IB,

I don't understand what legal ramifications could come from supporting donating blood because that is the only objection I could see the studio having with supporting blood drives.

Whatever happened with that CancerBites campaign that Rob spoke about at some award show? Another opportunity for the studio to get behind a good cause.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Wonderful post, Rose, and the pics of Kristen are stunning--she is such a beautiful woman. I too enjoyed Rob last week, he and Ashley were good together, but I did miss Kristen. It just seemed wrong Kris not being there. I am looking forward to seeing Rob and Kris together next week. The pics of Rob and Ashley were good, but you were right, there is something missing. Rob looked bored.

Have a good weekend Roselanders. I hope you will all twirl with me.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Hi Barbara F.!!!

That's right PL, I forgot about the Cancer Bites campaign.

On another note....still snowing here :(

    ReplyDelete
  116. IB,

How may inches do you have now? The weather gurus are predicting above average snow for us this year but I hope they are wrong.

OT now, but do you have a simple, fun Halloween craft I can do with a 4 year old?

    ReplyDelete
  117. PL~Make a pumpkin man! Cut a pumpkin out of orange construction paper and make a face with black triangles and a mouth....cut out strips for the legs and arms and fold them back and forth like we used to when we were little and made paper fans...you can glue on little shoes and hands...cute, cute, cute! To make it easier for the child, you can pre-cut everything and then use a glue stick with the kiddo :)

  118. Where did everyone go?

  122. Good Morning Roseland,

    Rose..as always, great post :)

I've enjoyed all the promo from this week. Rob has given us lots of funny, adorable moments, and Ashley was great too. She really seems to be a sweet and lovely person. Can't wait to see Rob and Kristen together next week, though. Like everyone else has said, it's just not the same without her.

I love the Glamour UK photos of Kristen--so beautiful.

Fio- I'm really sorry about your friend's brother..((Hugs))

Have a great Sunday everyone. Lots of love..

    ReplyDelete
  123. Good morning all!

Rose: Again, those emoticons are priceless/brilliant!

As great as the promo tour with Rob and Ashley was, I'm so looking forward to BD promo in November. :)

Kristen looks stunning in Glamour UK and I also loved the interview. :)

    ------------------

I still can't believe it snowed yesterday. It was more snow than anybody expected this time of year.
Around here we have some fallen tree branches(the trees are still heavy with leaves and haven't even changed colours yet) but there was no power loss.
We had a bit of thunder and lightning as well (thunder snow they call it.
To those affected by the snowstorm, i hope the cleanup is underway.
    ------------------------------
Fio: My condolences to your friend and to you as well.

DK: How was the Halloween/Engagement party? Was your costume a success?

    ReplyDelete
  127. Robert,

Best of luck! Attitude is more than half the battle so I know you will come through this all just fine. I'm sure you'll be charming all of the nurses with your wit.

    Fio,

I'm sorry for the loss of your young friend. I didn't catch your comment last night so I'm a little late with this.

Snow for Halloween. How depressing. Those poor little ghosts and goblins will have to wear winter clothes over their costumes.

    ReplyDelete
  128. @Robert:
Everything will work out just fine, I'm absolutely sure of that!
    :)

    ReplyDelete
  129. Robert- Good luck, and safe travels to Houston. Wishing you all the best!

Hi Annie & IB- It's hard to believe, snow for Halloween...

DK- Can't wait to hear about the party :)

Super- I'm glad you had a nice time in Asheville. Biltmore is beautiful. I've sampled my way through the winery there many times ;)

Hi Hope, Claire, PL, Leni & anyone I missed :)

    ReplyDelete
  130. Good morning dear Rose and Roseland,

Rose, thank you for the wonderful post yesterday. I do believe that this stateside promo during the next weeks will be monumental. Will keep beaming the happy, twirly, positive excitement along with the rest of Roseland. ( And I have boots and an umbrella ready to continue singing, twirling and being happy in case of possible foam. )

Robert, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Know that Roseland is sending you best wishes for a very successful procedure and quick recovery.

Fio, your latest vid is beautiful. Thank you for your dedication and hard work.
I am so sorry to hear about your friend's brother. Such sadness and so very young.

    sjjw,
Hope your son had a wonderful time at the dance.

DK, so excited for you, your son and his fiancée.

Super, your trip sounds like it was so very lovely. I have not been to Asheville. Would love to see Biltmore during the Christmas holiday season. I hear it is magical.

Leni, my parents were from Budapest.

Hope, so sorry about the Rangers. ((Hugs))

    Hi to Rhonda!

To IB, PL, Annie, Kenzz and all the NE chapter and Mid-West Roselanders, stay warm and safe during all the early snow. The avi pic, IB, is so pretty.

I listened to the sneak peek of the BD soundtrack
and I absolutely love it. So many wonderful selections....can't wait to see how they fit in during the film. Carter Burwell's "Love, Death, Birth" is amazing and almost had me in tears by the end. He so skillfully and beautifully wove Bella's lullaby into the ending. "Cold" by Aqualung + Lucy is another favorite, and of course, "A Thousand Years" is phenomenal. I've mentioned before how very much I enjoy the CD's for these movies and it looks like this is most definitely another winner.

Both the Glamour UK and Glamour (USA) photo shoots and interviews are top notch. Each is more amazing than the last. Am hoping that we will soon be able to see one with Kristen and Rob together. What a nice gift that would be!

Just wish to say how very fun and enjoyable Rob was on the Euro promo tour. Patient, kind, so very good natured, and funny, funny, funny. Oh, and more and more handsome as he matures. Here is hoping that he is in LO, together, with the love of his life, Kristen.

    Have a beautiful Sunday.
    Hugs for y'all.
Hugs for Smitty, Gruff and Syd.

OK, with my limited internet skills.. Where are all of you listening to the soundtrack?

The song preview is here....yesterday, as PL said, you were allowed to hear all the tracks, right now it seems there are only a few available...don't remember what the exact time frame was for the free preview but it was fairly short.

I do not do facebook, but through links you can sometimes access info, like the BD soundtrack preview.

Must be cause of that :P haha
    give her 2 months time...

    ReplyDelete
  145. I wonder why Rob and Ashley never went to Italy. It seems to be a big market and those two hitting up the Rome Film Festival would have made a bigger impact that Nikki and Jackson, surely?

And where the fuck has Taylor been?

I read somewhere (and I'm slightly rephrasing because I can't find it anymore) how hardworking she is because she is back at work one week after her wedding. Well, if she can tweet ONE DAY after he wedding, she also can work one week after IMO..

    ReplyDelete
  147. @Claire:
    Also wondering about Taylor..

    ReplyDelete
  148. I wouldn't leave the bedroom on my honeymoon. And I certainly wouldn't be tweeting.

And two days after they were out and happily posing for the cameras..

    ReplyDelete
  150. Claire- i wonder that too!
Jeez! I so wanted to go to Rome for the premiere, but as soon as i knew she was going i was like "no way!"
    So unfair :(
i wish they come here next here...

    Leni- Hiiiiii!

Thanks for the book recommendation, I will look for it. My grandmother taught me to cook, but she never used recipes or measured anything, so I could use all the help I can get, especially when it comes to proper technique. I love to cook and bake...but baking in particular :)

  172. Hi all,

I hope everyone has had a good day.

Kenzz - wow, it sounds like you guys were really socked under with the snow. It is definitely too early for this to be happening.

I confess, I'm actually kind of happy about your snow. We were to have a big presentation with our CEO tomorrow but it's been postponed because they can't fly out for the meeting. So, I'm loving it.

Hi Super, Leni, Claire and everyone else. Hope all our Northeast Roselanders are safe in the weather.

  173. I've received wonderful news re; my daw... She was accepted as an Ambassador, representing the USA, to travel to Fiji, Australia, and New Zealand... Now, the fundraising begins!! haha $9000. and she's on her way! What tickles me is she already plannig yard sales and bake sales... At this age, they don't recognize the differrence between $9000 and $900!! :)

That's true. Here it's easy to make some jokes, but I also would never have the guts (nor desire) to bring a vibrator to a fan event or any public place for that matter!
