Fools for LOVE

April Fool's Day.
Not a fan.
At all.
Like fools need a day glorifying their foolishness?
Ha.
Just an excuse to be mean and play tricks
on people...
Get their hopes up...
And while 10% of the 'jokes' might be funny
That leaves us with a big 90% that sucks.
Yeah... sounds like FUN!

Anyway.

I sat down this morning...
Trying to ignore all the fools
but let's face it...
Near impossible to do in this fandom.
Remember the 90% that sucks?
That goes for the Lunatic Fools.

But I sat here... thinking about why
I believe what I believe...
(Prepare yourself I'm in a writing mood...)

One of my very favorite pictures of Robert.

Years ago...
When I first started writing this blog
I used to just talk about Rob.
It was pretty easy to do.
I would write a paragraph going on and on
about how gorgeous he was...
add a couple of pictures.
BAM!
An easy post.

Then it became blatantly obvious
that Robert and Kristen were fast becoming an item.
Things got complicated.
I really didn't know that much about Kristen at first...
and I was initially hesitant to accept that
Rob was falling in love
(for the last time)
right in front of my eyes.

One of my very favorite pictures of Kristen.

It became interesting to watch.
Seeing them together...
Getting closer.
Closer.
And more intimate.
It was fun to see how happy they were together.
It made me happy that they were happy.
You could look at Rob and see how completely smitten
he was with Kristen
(and vice-versa)
It was so adorable.

And so "Robsten" was born.
The fandom became divided.
Those who were happy for Rob and Kristen
(The good side)
Those that were angry and bitter.
(The Lunatic Fringe)
And immediately after came the hate for Kristen.
What was her crime?
"She's a bad actress, I'm allowed to not like her"
That's what they started with.
Then it was she didn't comb her hair...
or she didn't smile enough...
It didn't really matter WHY
They just wanted to hate her.
But the truth became clear.
Crystal clear.
They hated Kristen...
Because she had Rob.

Another of my very favorite pictures of Robert.

Kristen was the one Rob fell in love with.

It has nothing to do with 'Epic Love'
It has nothing to do with Edward and Bella.
It has nothing to do with selling a movie.
Two people met on a movie set and fell in love
with each other.
It happens.

We all know the Lunatic Fools want to pin
their hopes and delusions on some PR contract
that doesn't exist...
But just think about it.
If Rob and Kristen were going to do any sort of PR for this...
It would have been during Twilight.
That's when it would have been needed.
It was a low budget film
with relatively unknown actors...
They didn't even know if New Moon was going
to be made until seeing how Twilight did at the Box Office.
Then some PR would have made SENSE.
But no...
Rob and Kristen went out of their way to not
draw attention to their relationship.
Even then.
If they had been under some delusional lunatic contract
We would have seen Rob and Kristen all over the place together.
That's what PR is.
That's how PR works.
You don't tell 2 people to hide from cameras
and be famously private about a relationship
you are trying to promote.
You want them to be seen in public.

Love. Love. Love.

And let's face it...
Even if you factor in the
"Is they-- Is they ain't"
curiosity of their relationship...
You really think it would go on for over 4 years?
Who does that?
And better yet...
Who fucking BELIEVES that would happen?

It always amazes me that people who claim
to be Robert's fans are so eager for him
to be some shallow dishonest famewhore.
That he would willingly prostitute his personal life
for monetary gain.
That he would continuously deceive his fans... for years.
Do material things seem incredibly important to him?
How many millions does someone need anyway?
Does he come across as a liar only out
to make money no matter the cost to his
personal integrity?

Why is this so damn cute?

I've been told that we never see Rob/Kristen
doing anything 'normal' couples do.
Holding hands... kissing in public... being all coupley and cute.
But we do.
We have.
Many many times.
Dinners. Dates. Concerts. Weddings. New Years.
Vacations. Set visits. Baptisms. Parties. Golf.
Etc... Etc... Etc...
The list goes ON and ON.

The Fools just scream "FAKE-STAGED-PR"
every time it happens.
They have to fall back on those excuses
They have to BELIEVE that...
It's the only way they can rationalize what they see.
What they know.

I remember back after New Moon came out...
And the Ninnie Mantra was
"We give it ONE more movie!"
Then they thought Rob and Kristen would be over.
And when that didn't pan out...
It became
"Just one more movie again"
And when Rob and Kristen
continued being in each others lives...
"Well. After the DVD comes out it will be over!"
And of course...
We all know where that led.
Now its some mysterious date in August.

Then what?
Christmas Box set?
5 year anniversary issue?
How far forward will they keep pushing it
when another DEADLINE comes and goes?

Their best shot was in July.
They thought they had it all.
But the FOOLS were proven WRONG once again.
(How many times have they been wrong now??)
Rob and Kristen came through it together.
Robert proved to the world
what matters most to him.
Moving forward.
With Kristen.

We know the truth.
It's right in front of us.
We realized it when these pictures came out.
Everyone did.
These are two people who fell in love
For the last time.
They are ALL IN.

Robert and Kristen
Always end up together.
Over the last 4.5 years...
That much has remained the same.

No one can predict the future.
All we have is today.
But the future is looking pretty fucking bright.

This post is brought to you by my
complete adoration of Tom Sturridge.

Sorry Sienna. But the SMILE!

I've been hearing WONDERFUL things
about his part in ORPHANS.
Not that I'm surprised, mind you...
But I'm glad other people are seeing
what I'm looking at.

Until next time.

Bye for now
Stay pressed Lunatics.

    Have a good night, Roseland!

  4. @Rose - can I say I like when you are in a writing mood?

The haters don't even count because they never really have anything to say - they just try to oppose everything they see. They have no original thought, no real insight, and defiantly no real life experience. Rob and Kristen can be anywhere they want and yet they always end up together. If people don't like who the other is dating then maybe they should just concentrate on their career because they will never be with one or the other ever nor have any say on how they live. I admire that they live how they want because that is really how it should be

Kristen and Robert always end up together

  5. Rose, they won't ever stop their hate for her. Some so-called fans are crazy. Remember when a crazy fan of Stefi Graf stabbed Monica Seles in the back? They are psychopaths Kristen and her team need to watch out for these psychos.

  6. Aww Rose you are a true romantic, and I love you for it! "Fell in love for the last time", such a touching sentiment. I'm inspired by you Rose.

On another note, Tom is wonderful in OTR. Loved him!

  7. Lizzied & PamH - On the obscure topic of Rob's arms! LOL! I think you might be right Pam about it was done for The Rover. In one of the Rover pics from RPL, you can see that his arm is bare looking. It also shows the cording of his fore arm muscles more. Maybe going for that gaunt, stringy muscled look?

  9. @ Rose
You can be in a writing mood as often as you like...we love it : )
I've never in my life been so fascinated by watching two people go from shy one of a kind attraction to fun flirty chemistry into scared of making a change/taking a chance straight to OH WHAT THE HELL we love each other and don't care what anyone else thinks. I'm pretty sure I'll never care this much about another couple, that I don't actually know, in my whole life.
No matter what The Lunatic Fringe comes up with next it's not going to matter or change that Rob and Kristen are ALWAYS GOING TO END UP TOGETHER

    Goodnight All

  11. Mornin' Roseland!

    Rose,
My sentiments exactly. It is why I come here. I am always wishing the best for these two. I think they deserve it.
Man, I would love to see Tom's play. I hope you get there.

    Oneheart,
Glad you are OK and so sorry for those in the accident.
    DK,
I hope all is well with you and yours!

  12. Good morning all.
Oneheart: It's a relief to know you're ok.
I will hold those families in my thoughts and prayers.
We don't get fog here often but when we do it's scary.
    --------------
Arte: Yes, I gave up listening to the audio book for Cosmoplis. I bought the book instead.
I have downloaded some books to my I-Pad but there is nothing like having the book in my hand and flipping the pages. :)
    ---------------
What is there left to say about the lunatic fringe that has not already been said?
My advice to them would be to get out and live their lives because Rob and Kristen are surely living theirs........Together. :)

    Cheers!

  13. Hi All!

I wanted to make some kind of intelligent, insightful, and utterly intriguing comment about this post, I really did. However, I got as far as the wetsuit and the only thing I seem to be able to come up with is…

Thighs, thighs, thighs, thighs, thighs, thighs, and more thighs.

(Taking a breather so I can up with something smart, sassy, and
    scintillating)

    Okay…it’s been 15 minutes. Let's try again.

    Thighs, thighs, thighs,thighs, thi-

    Sighing.

    Nope...sorry, that’s all I’ve got.

  14. Just 5 minutes online looking on whats been going on these past few days are enough to see that nothing as changed. Same shit different day. Haters as usual are being as they know best...Hateful and insicure shippers as usual are whining about things like " why aren't Rob and Kristen attached to the hip 24/7". Both sides annoying and stupid as fu**!!!

    Anyway,

    Excellent post, as always, Rose!!

Loved very much paddle boarding Rob pics. He seems to be getting better at it. AtleticRob <33333

Much love and hapiness for Rob and Kristen.

    Hope everyone is well.

    Take care and be happy

  15. I must say that I admire your patience, Rose. I admire the patience of all of you, who take the time to explain here, on twitter or elsewhere why it is just ridiculous - not to mention highly insulting towards two young people, who have proved time and time again how much they value their privacy and respect their fans - to think that a 4,5 years relationship is not, cannot be, could never be PR.
It's everyone's right not to like Kristen, or not to like Robert, to be exclusively Kristen's or Rob's fan. Noone says that we have to like them both. BUT it's highly disrespectful towards Rob to bash Kristen as it is disrespectful towards Kristen to bash Rob, just because someone doesn't aprove him or her as their other half. It's not our decision, it's not our right.
I'm saying it's our right not to like them equally or to like just one of them. It's our right, not that I understand how can you not like Kristen or Rob, how can you not love them together, how can you not feel the electricity than transpires through them when they are close to each other or when they look into each other's eyes.
I was having a discussion the other day about racism. I'm not a racist, by no means. But I have a problem with stupidity and with genuinely mean people. I just can't find the straingth to convey an adult conversation with people who are like that. Maybe that's why I can't have a discussion with the Lunatic Fringe. Because they are both stupid and mean. An unparallel combination.
    Thanks for the post, Rose.
Sorry for my long comment, I hope I don't bore everyone LOL
Take care everyone. When I celebrate my birthday in 5 days I'll have a glass of wine to celebrate Kristen's too.

  16. ROSE, Wonderful post, as usual. Everything you say MAKES SO MUCH SENSE in this nonsensical fandom.

Those of here would be truly lost without you and your blog.

Thanks again for being here. I hope that not too far in the future we'll still be here but NOT talking about the haters because they are gone!!! Doesn't hurt to dream.

I hope everyone has a nice day!!!

  18. Good morning Rose & Roselanders -

I was so happy to wake up and find that you were in a writing mood last evening. I'm on vacation - last day :-( ), and have been in quite the thinking mood as I've sat and listened to the waves on the beach.

I don't understand the reasoning behind Rob's "fans" hating on the ONE person who means the very most to him - and vice versa. There is something very sick and twisted about...oh, wait...I think I just figured it out.

I don't follow any loonies on Twitter, but I see the comments and retweets. Very sad that people have nothing better to do with their lives than fabricate lies and hatred.

It's so obvious. Rob and Kristen always end up together. If the craziest can't accept that, they really need to just move along and find someone else over whom to obsess.

Thank you Rose, for this haven. Except for the occasional intruder, this is such a refreshing place to land.
    Happy April!

  19. Good morning to all the Roseland! I have been praying of them every night. So what is going on with Rob and Kristen? I mean what do you mean they fall in love for the last time? What does that mean?

    ReplyDelete
  20. Oneheart- Hope you are recovered from the shock from the accident.

  21. ARLEEN -- There's a song that Rob's friend recorded and there's always been speculation that Rob wrote it or helped write it. Anyway, the song lyrics "appear" to be about Rob falling in love for the last time with a green-eyed girl. I'm sure it's on You Tube. I'm at work, can look for a link right now, maybe someone can help us out.

What Rose is indicating and what we all hope and pray for is that R & K have fallen in love for the LAST time meaning it's forever, sigh ... so sweet just to think about.

  30. I love when you're in a writing mood. There's one thing I don't understand about some "fans"/Ninies. Why hate, when can love? If R/K's relationship bother you so much, you should ignore it. Find something that will make you happy and just let them be.

LIZZIE. I enjoyed the HOST book once I got about half way through it...which took me about 6 months...I will try to see the movie this weekend. I have never done an audio book but I would like to find something the next time Hubs(oops, Robert...did you find me another word to use???)and I go on a trip...I'm never in my car very long unless Im going on a trip which isnt as often as I would like..

In spite of the box office results, everyone I've talked to really liked the movie.

  63. ONEHEART -- Now that I've seen the movie ... I suggest you see the movie BEFORE you read the book. I know I was pushing the other way but in this instance, I suggest the movie first, then the book. That's the way I did Twilight and after I saw the movie, I couldn't wait to read the book. I think the same about The Host. I think a lot of people who like the movie will want to read the book.

  68. How in hell is KM still being allowed to post here. Stop him, Rose. Your blog is too awesome to accomadate a turd like KM.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Ginger- Who are we going miss by the way. Is Rose leaving us. Because I hope not. I enjoy her posting. I wish she didn't have to go.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Ginger- Never mind I get the point.
Rose- tufenuf55 is right. Don't let that troll or hater or you can say a trouble maker get to you. To me he is a creep. That belongs behind bars. Technically that troll is getting on my last nerve I don't know about rest. Don't stop posting. Just because he has been talking trash.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Waves at everyone,

@KStew Krew, hubs and I are HOOKED on Game of Thrones, we can't wait for season 2 netflix dvd to come. We are late in finding out about the show, hopefully season 2 will be just as good or even better. Sorry about the flu, that sucks, I never take the flu shot either. For a while now, my husband has been making colloidal silver water, which is supposed to prevent viruses from multiplying. A few days ago, I woke up with a sore throat, so I gargled down like half a cup of that stuff, and now I feel much better. My body is doing pretty good fighting the cold virus off. Also I take a lot of vitamin C, and the cough syrup has been helping too. And get plenty of rest. I hope you get better soon.

Arleen, just ignore KM, she is a psychopath, and good people should stay away, protect themselves from psychos like KM.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Topaz Emerald- Hi! I have ignore that S.O.B. I just don't understand why he or she keeps popping up on here.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Arleen,

I don't know why she keeps coming here either, but I really believe she is a psychopath. She is a threat to society and belongs behind bars.

    Ginger, evening :)

    ReplyDelete
  74. Topaz Emerald- From what I can tell its a guy because its a guys names. Unless its a transperson you know what I mean. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  75. Hey Roselanders! Spot on, Rose. Those solo pics of Kristen are gorgeous. She's just naturally beautiful. I've always love that B&W look on Rob the best.

Hoping fucking haters will have an epiphany one day and realize the error of their ways. Hopefully sooner than later.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Arleen,

Yes, it can be a guy or transgender too, LOL, but I think better chance it is a woman obsessed with wanting to hurt Kristen. It is very upsetting because Kristen never pay attention to them, or try to make them upset, or try to hurt them, but they want to hurt her. This kind of mentality is not right. It is not human. It is psychopathic behavior.

    ReplyDelete
  77. @Ginger-I can't wait.You better not cancel.LOL

    ReplyDelete
  78. @Topaz-I think KM is a woman. She's one of the parasites that comes and visit us,she just change her name.

    ReplyDelete
  79. @Holy - no way to cancel once the tickets are bought :) We are all really looking forward to it, going to be a blast

    ReplyDelete
  80. @Ginger-good.You're coming the first weekend right?

    ReplyDelete
  81. @Holy - the plan is for both and spending the week between hanging and exploring. I will let you know when I get the tickets for sure though

    ReplyDelete
  82. Ginger- Where are you going by the way? I am about to hit the sack. So good night.

    ReplyDelete
  83. @Arleen - Coachella next year - it is a music festival in California they have every year with tons of different bands

    ReplyDelete
  84. Goodnight everyone! Sweet Robsten dreams!

    ReplyDelete
  85. Frannie - LOL! You said it girl!

Ginger - Great songs, both of them. I needed that "Good Life" after my long day.

KStew - Hope you feel better and get well soon.

Topaz Emerald - I love your comment. Very nice words about
Kristen. It's true I've never seen anything but empathy for others from Kristen. So many times she's thinking of making others comfortable. It's shocking that someone who does no harm is
    targeted that way.

Rose - Thanks for removing the bad troll comments! It must be a lot of work for you trying to get rid of him/her/it. Thank you.

Arleen - Thanks for asking your questions! By the time I read the blog all my questions are pretty much answered because you asked.

  90. Hey, Roseland -

Back home, cleaning house...had to take a break and catch up.

So great to see so many of you here last night & today. A special hello to olivia since I don't see you here as much lately :-).

LIZZIED - I'm going to take your advice and see The Host first. I bought the book when it came out, and have tried to read it several times - just couldn't get into it. Maybe if I saw the film first, I could make it through the book.

KSTew Krew - I haven't watched Game of Thrones, but my daughter loves it. HBO, right? We don't get HBO, but I'll have to check out Netflix.

I've missed you Oneheart - we've been missing each other on our "other" rendezvous locations. So - HELLO! That wreck the other evening was crazy - I showed Sox & the family the photos you posted. Awful. I couldn't drive in the mountains at all, much less in fog like that.

Take care, folks - HELLOS all around to everyone!

    ReplyDelete
  91. GOOD DAY, ROSELAND!!! I hope everyone is having a nice day. We're having lovely weather today but bad stuff coming :-(

LITMOM -- Good idea on seeing the movie first. It was difficult for me to judge since I've listened to the audiobook probably 10 times!!! So, I know the characters, the dialogue and the story so much that any changes or omissions were immediately noticed. LOL, when cleaning house, those audiobooks really help make that task easier!!

GINGER -- Wow, Coachella, maybe you'll see R & K there ... not till next year I think you said. You have to plan that stuff ahead.

PAMH -- So glad you got to see OTR, I can't wait.

HELLO TO EVERYONE ELSE, sorry not mentioning everyone's name but have to get back to work.

LIZ IN LALA LAND --- TWIRLING because we all KNOW that R & K are together.

    ReplyDelete
  92. @Liz - yeah next year and you have to buy the tickets almost a year in advance for a guarantee - doing it for the kiddo's 21st B-Day. I probably would be the person they would be standing by and I wouldn't notice them because it would be a great band playing. Almost cried when I heard the Lollapalooza line up - Mumford, Lumineers, Killers, Phoenix, The Cure, Nine inch nails - My dream Concert

    ReplyDelete
  93. This comment has been removed by the author.

  94. Had to delete because it went totally wrong

    @ LIZZIED
The movie was great and I'm looking forward to you watching it so you can give us your opinion of what you thought of the characters and the film in general. I shared with Ginger thru email so as not to spoil it or anyone who hasn't watchd yet.

    @ Ginger
When I seen Mumford was apart of Lollapalooza I thought to myself how I bet when you seen that you let a few curse words fly : )
LIZ is right you may actually get to see RK and the hobo crew. That would be icing on an already great cake lol

    ReplyDelete
  95. I can totally see that they are together. And they are sooooo in love. What is wrong with people? or what is wrong with these women? They can be catty motherfuckers. Get a life, stop living in a fantasyland and open up your eyes.

    ReplyDelete
  96. WAVES & HUGS- @Ginger/Pam/Liz//Arte/Tuf/Annie/Arleen/Topaz/Sue/DK/Atticus/Oneheart/KstewKrew/Kay/Super/Gargamel/Stella and to those I miss.

6 more days and it's Kristen b-day.And it's been 5 years that both Rob/Kristen celebrates their b-day together.

    Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Hi Holy, Ginger, Pam, Lizzied, Arte, Tuf, Annie, Topaz, Sue, DK, Atticus, Oneheart, KstewKrew, Kay, Super, Gargamel, Stella, Angela, and Rose. Hope everyone is ok. Any news on Rob and Kristen?

    ReplyDelete
  98. Sounds like everyone is quiet. I understand some of you are working. I just hope everyone is ok. Included Rob and Kristen. Just asking.

    ReplyDelete
  99. PAMH -- OTR, I read the book and listened to the audiobook which was read by an actor (sorry, can't remember his name) so was really good. Weren't you asking about opinions of Dean? I don't think it's a spoiler since the book came out in the 50's, LOL, but he was a "true hippie" or a hobo or whatever. BUT, he was totally fun and totally irresponsible. I believe most of us have known people like that and were drawn to them for no good reason other than they were different. I know I had a girlfriend like that when I was in my 20's, I still miss her. But, she was like a bird, flying where the wind took her.

I hope to see the movie soon ... I keep checking Amazon ...

    ReplyDelete
  100. GINGER -- I understand about planning a year ahead ... I have to do that with all my vacation plans or cannot afford to go anywhere. It gives me something to look forward to and gives me a longer time to save up the money. Will it be just you and your daughter going? Sounds like a great time.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Good evening all.

Arleen: Hi. :) Just cooking dinner here. What are you up to?

    ReplyDelete
  102. Annie- Hello! Nothing just bored and miserable right now as women go thru everyone month. My daughter is on spring break. I was working today. One of my customers is completely frustrated. Couldn't change his mind about groceries. That completely gets on my nerves. I had to help him out. To me he seems creepy to me.

    ReplyDelete
  103. LIZZIED: Hi. :)
Would you always go with the audio version of a book?

    ReplyDelete
  104. Hi Roseland..Lizzied you have me curious about audio books. I have never set and listened to a whole book. Is it something you have to require a taste for or does it come naturally. I've not listened enough to know if I would like them or not.

The sun was so bright today and it really is starting to feel like winter may be gone...and maybe no more spring snow.

    ReplyDelete
  105. Waves Arleen always so happy to see y ou here. Sounds like you had a rough day. Hope tomorrow is better.

Litmom I think we have been like two ships passing in the night..You will be leaving when I'm coming on or vise versa. LOL Glad you had so much fun on your trip. You deserved that.

    ReplyDelete
  106. ANNIE & ONEHEART -- I can address both your comments. Because I work all the time AND I'm a slow reader (I'm very easily distracted) the audiobooks enable me to get some reading done while I'm doing other things. Even getting reading in the mornings. Sometimes I only get to listen for 15 to 30 minutes at a time. Also, when I first found some, they were posted on YouTube so were easy to download and enjoy. It really makes housecleaning or even cooking more fun while listening. I don't have any commute so don't usually get to listen in the car.

I have even found some new Text To Speech software and am now making my own audiobooks from fanfiction stories. It works really good.

THE HOST is my very favorite audiobook because the reader makes it seem like a play.

I don't think I would have enjoyed reading Cosmopolis but the actor who read it made it really interesting I thought. Same way with OTR, more fun and interesting being read to. Maybe it is an acquired taste. I use an MP3 player that has a speaker so I don't always have my ear buds in.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Ooops, meant to say "getting ready in the mornings" ...

    ReplyDelete
  108. ARLEEN -- Waves!!! I feel your pain, girl. Been there ... got rid of it at 35. Of course, I've had hot flashes since I was 35, also!!!

    ReplyDelete
  109. ANNIE & ONEHEART --- And anyone else here ... I have all the Twilight books on audio and The Host and many others. Also, have ALL the 50 SHADES books on audio. I'll be glad to share if anyone wants to try them.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Evening Ladies and Robert

@Liz - it was me that wanted Pam's impression of Dean from the movie - I want to hear yours after you see the movie. I really liked Sam as Sal.

Coachella - so far it is 10 of us going

    ReplyDelete
  111. Hello ladies!
For your viewing pleasure...have you seen the two outtakes from the Blackbook photo shoot? Ahhh, that Mr. Pattinson just never fails. Go look Arleen, it will cheer you up.

    ReplyDelete
  112. GINGER -- Okay, I understand. Hopefully, I'll get to see the movie soon and we can discuss.

Wow, 10 of you ... will you take two vehicles (or more) or rent an RV?

    ReplyDelete
  113. Thanks Birdie, LIZZIED, and Oneheart.
Oneheart- Its going to take week for me. Because I just started today.
Lizzied- I don't want to think that yet. I am still planning have more children. If the lord could give me another. Which I have been praying everyday for that. I may have one daughter. But I want another one.
Right now you girls I am relaxing took midol. A friend of mind suggest I drink that raspberry tea. Its herbal. That should help with time of the month. So I am going to try it. And relax and watch my rerun of Seven of heaven.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Good evening everyone!
Special thanks for get well wishes from Topaz Emerald, Holy, Ginger with a soul, artemisluvv...and anyone I missed. Antibiotics are a good thing. Mucinex is fabulous for snot busting those sinuses! Feeling much better!
Waves go back to you Arleen P.
Hey Topaz, I will have to google your colloidal silver water. Sounds interesting. I believe in "other" remedies for illnesses that are not traditional. As long as they are natural and not harmful. I bodybuild so I have to watch my supplements and everything that I take.
@ Ginger with a soul...I wanna hang with you at Coachella and Lollapalooza! I would love to be able to go to both of those concerts. I can't believe that The Cure is still around...love them! The Killers would be enough for me to go see! I hope when you go you keep us posted with updates, especially if RK and the hobo crew are there.
Litmom....I don't have cable either. Gonna have to pirate the missed episode this weekend for Game Of Thrones. I usually don't follow many shows, but my bro got me hooked last year. My son and I love it. A bunch of my co workers watch it too and I have warned them not to spoil it for me. Gotta catch up. I hear the books are a good read, just lengthy.
I miss hearing about and seeing Rob and Kristen. When is she due to start a project? Big birthday coming up, curious to see how she will celebrate.
Have a good night everyone...back to work tomorrow. Work is a four letter word....ugh.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Great Post , Rose. You are always right on track. All the drama about Rob & Kris going out with their friends is so tiring. If I had to be with my husband 24/7, I would pull my hair out. I never went with my husband on business lunches & dinners, nor does he go on mine. The important thing is that these two special actors connected because they wanted the same things out of life. They are both frugal and private people. They seem to love a simple life outside of work: spending time with friends and family, listening to music, going to movies, reading and playing with their pups.Their quiet love makes us smile.

    ReplyDelete
  116. @Liz - so far 2 cars. We have to drive I-70 through most of Colorado, Utah, and will see a little Arizona and Vegas before hitting Cali. We still have a couple maybes going too, it will probably be 3 cars when it is all said and done

@ KStew Krew - Oh man I wish I was going to Lollapalooza but once I saw the line up the 3 day passes were sold out - I would trek to Chicago for the Killers, Mumford, and the Lumineers alone. I shed a tear or 2 when I accepted I couldn't go. Coachella will be next year but I will get videos and pictures :) - Holy is going to be hanging with us and anyone else going is more then welcome to come hang with us crazy ladies

    ReplyDelete
  117. Hey Roselanders! Am totally fucking envious of all you guys partying it up at Coachella next year. When is it again? It will be a mindblowing blast for you guys, especially if R/K show up.

I love Game of Thrones but am waiting for the current season to end before watching it. Also love The Following, but what pisses me off is that the antagonists keep winning the little battles. The writers have got to give the protagonists something, anything.

    ReplyDelete
  118. @Atticus - mid April, the tickets for next year go on sale next month. I am a huge music junkie. Going to do Banaroo and SxSW at some point here too

@Birdie - I saw them and the never ending paddle boarding pictures

    ReplyDelete
  119. @Ginger, lucky lady. Music junkie too. Right now my dream lineup would be the Killers, the Black Keys, Alabama Shakes, Band of Horses, the Lumineers and Camera Obscura.

    ReplyDelete
  120. Gotta say Kristen opened my ears to Camera Obscura and Band of Horses.

    ReplyDelete
  121. Hello again ladies.

@Atticus- hello,so you watched The Following also. It's irritating that Ryan Hardy can't get a break.Joe is always ahead of him.Come and join us next year for the Coachella.

    @KstewKrew-I'm glad you're feeling better.

    @Ginger hey there.

    ReplyDelete
  122. Ginger- Sounds fun driving.
Atticus- I thought Rob will be leaving soon for his filming and so does Kristen. So what is happening?

    ReplyDelete
  123. Hello everyone : )

Just got back from watching a comedy show with hubs and friends it was Aziz Ansari and was really impressed with how good it was, the only thing I knew him from was MTV awards and a couple movies.

    @ LIZZIED
I've never read OTR so not familiar with how his character was portrayed but I have to say I didn't have a very high opinion of him in the movie. But it was a great film and Kristen , Tom and Sam did wonderful.

    @ Ginger
The road trip will probably be just as amazing as the concert : ) I'm so envious

    ReplyDelete
  124. @Arleen, who knows. Won't know anything 'til they get on set on whichever movie. It's a guessing game right now. Just hoping they get to spend Kristen's bday together but not much hope for them spending Rob's bday together as I think both of them will be working.

@Holy, it really sounds tempting but for now, I'll live vicariously thru you guys. Never say never, right?

    ReplyDelete
  125. Focus filming was moved to August 2013,location will be in New Orleans and Argentina. So far no word for Kristen's costar.

    ReplyDelete
  126. Good evening young ones!

I am also tired of speculation and prefer the known. The rest I let go and that is so freeing.

Love all of the music talk and concert attendance plans. Right now my musical well is dry. That can happen.

Been thinking of getting a new passport and going to England for a while, maybe even volunteer at the Royal Collection. Shouldn't I be making plans for my own life, even after the June wedding? Thinking, that's so.

Rob and Kristen are sweet, aren't they? Giving them my thoughts of being free, as I am, and they are, to do as they please.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Hi Roselanders! I'm feeling sad that I never get here until late at night anymore. Too much work lately.

Ginger - Hi there. Lucky you going to Coachella!

PamH - Good to hear you liked OTR!

    Lizzied - Hi there!

    Holy - Waves~~

Arleen - Hi, glad you are having a nice evening.

Ginger, PamH and Lizzied - I really want to talk about OTR too. There are some Dean things that really need discussing.

KStew - So great you are better!

Olivia White - Well said! No one spends 24 7 together, it's not
    even logical.

    ReplyDelete
  128. @Arte
Even if I don't post, I am around late night. We could have a chat. I keep watch here, and if I am lucky avoid ugly posts. As you just said, 24/7 is not realistic in relationships.

Really, I think I need some "live" music to renew my well. Am going 6/1 to hear Spider Saloff (well known in the Chicago area) which will help:

    http://www.spiderjazz.com/

Missed Marcus and that was my fault. He does a bluesy sound I heard from Ginger, right up my alley.

    ReplyDelete
  129. @DreamerKind, your plans sound freeing and impromptu. Go for it! A lot of great music out of England and Chicago. Would love to hit all the blues bars in Chicago and pub crawl my way thru the UK.

    ReplyDelete
  130. @Atticus
When can I expect you? Off we'll go to all of the great jazz and blues bars! We'll even hit the local neighborhood jam sessions.

You may remember that Rob and Kristen said they loved Chicago when they were here.

Even Tom & Sienna looked happy on their visit last summer. I could only nod in understanding.

    ReplyDelete
  131. DreamerKind - Thank you. I didn't realize you were around most nights, that's a good idea. How's your dress shopping for the wedding going?

    ReplyDelete
  132. Hey arte!

DreamerKind, will be heading east from Vancouver. Can I pick up anyone along the way to Chicago? Should maybe rent a Tbird?

Must have been living in a cave. When were Rob & Kristen in Chicago and who's wedding?

    ReplyDelete
  133. Atticus Hi back at ya!

I think DreamerKind is going to a wedding soon, and she is shopping for a dress still, I think. I should let her answer for the details on that.

I know, I don't know when Rob and Kristen were in Chicago together. Probably for one of the hundreds of Twilight promotions! LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  134. Atticus

This is an oldie, and one of my favorite Rob interviews. It takes place in Chicago.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jujimDOqHqE&list=PLC2rAdMFXUQ_ehIp6TyIS0_A5d7mfPGXb&index=18

    ReplyDelete
  135. @Arte
The dress shopping is dismal. I found out I am apple shaped, so I have no waist and otherwise straight up and down. Big, big boobs! What a shock! Lol.

I need a flared skirt and lots of illusions to create a waist. How ever did those former men love me, apple that I am, slim or curvy? Beats me! But I only want to look classy. Any designers in mind?

    @Atticus
Which Vancouver? WA or BC both of which I have been. Tbird, I am with you! You can pick me up before England demands my volunteer efforts!

When you were in that cave dwelling time, they were here, that's all I recall, maybe 2010?

Rob went to 5 houses to visit fans in Naperville, IL only one year before I moved to the town next door.

I remember, it was for the Oprah show before she relocated to Beverly Hills. Darling Oprah!

    ReplyDelete
  136. arte

I had not seen that interview and enjoyed it so much! TY

    ReplyDelete
  137. Many know but some do not. I am the Fairy Godmother of Roseland, which is along with being a dj here, for 3+ years or so. My magic wand waves for everyone, for good things against bad, and when someone points out injustice, it waves for peace.

I love the nightlife and am on the nightshift, every night, although lately silent, with nothing profound to share, so I am silent, yet here, my loves.

    ReplyDelete
  138. Tufenuf - So glad you liked it!

DreamerKind - Of course the Oprah show was in Chicago! Geez losing brain cells here!

DreamerKind - Maybe you should look at some Oprah or Adele pictures. They both have some great outfits, and a similar figure type that you describe. Some of Adele's dresses would be perfect for a wedding. That would give you a general idea for your shopping. I know Oprah uses the famous Spanx to help create her waist.

    ReplyDelete
  139. DreamerKind - You asked how those former men loved you, but darlin you answered the question in the sentence above when you described your other asset - big, big boobs. And we know you are a nice person too, so a lot to love I'm sure. :)

I've always wished I had that asset, but I don't. Drat!

    ReplyDelete
  140. @arte, the good ol' days. Man, that was a long time ago. Shocked producers didn't like Rob's teeth and not surprised he fooled them. He's no longer single though, lol!

@DreamerKind, should have pointed out that it's Van, BC, second home of the Twilight empire and where I believe is actually when R/K became a couple while filming New Moon. Guess I'll have to get that passport now.

    ReplyDelete
  141. Atticus - Yeah, that was in the early days when he still single, before New Moon happened. Did you think he was slightly flirting with the interviewer? I mean his voice was so sexy.

    ReplyDelete
  142. @Arte
Loved for my big ones, eh! Funny to read that. Those guys in my life reserved my love early (at 13) and I held off until I returned their feelings (16). The boobs were only average then. The heart was wide though.

God, I feel lighthearted tonight. Oprah has an hourglass figure which all wish for, no matter how large. Adele, I can relate to, esp if I were 40 years younger, thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  143. Here is something DK. I kinda miss this songs both here is one.
    Monica two lyrics.
    One called Angel of Mine

When I first saw, I already knew
There was something, inside of you
Something I thought that I would never find
    Angel of mine

    I look at you
    lookin at me
Now I know why they say the best thing are free
I'm gonna love you boy you are so fine.
    Angel of mine

How you changed my world you'll never know
    I'm different now
    You helped me grow
You came into my life sent from above
When I lost all hope you showed me

I'm checking for ya boy you're right on time
    Angel of mine

Nothing means more to me than what we share
No one in this whole world can ever compare
Last night the way you moved is still on my mind
    Angel of Mine

What you mean to me you'll never know
Deep inside I need to show
you came into my life sent from above (sent from above)

    When I lost all hope
you showed me love (boy you showed me love)
    I'm checkin' for ya
boy you're right on time (right on time)
Angel of mine (Angel of mine)

I never knew I could feel each moment
    As if it were new
    every breath that I take
    the love we make
I only share it with you (you, you, you, you)

When I first saw you I already knew
There was something inside of you
Something I thought that I would never find
    Angel of mine

You came into my life sent from above ( came into my life, yea yea yea)
When I lost all you showed me love (Boy you showed me love , uh huh)

I'm checking for ya, boy you're right on time (But boy your on time)
Angel of mine (Angel of mine, oh mine)

How you changed my world you'll never know
    I'm different now

Robsten Dreams should put this together out of this song.

  144. arte, in the words of Rob, "I dunno," lol! It's amazing that he and also Kristen for that matter, stayed so grounded. The world was their oyster and they could have gone down a more destructive path but they didn't. Guess that's why we love 'em.

    ReplyDelete
  145. DreamerKind I think my comment came out sounding slightly weird! It was meant to be sort of funny. Sorry! I just meant that is one of the things that guys like. The heart wide open is the most important thing of course, which is obvious to anyone who reads your comments.

  146. And this one too.

  147. Atticus - Yes, it's incredible that they stayed so grounded. I have tons of respect for them because of that. You're right, I think that's one of the things we love about them.

  148. I kinda heard him also say about be a hermit crab too.

  149. Arleen - Thanks for the music, Monica has a lovely voice.

DreamerKind - I really liked Spider's singing too. Nice jazzy sound.

Good night tufenuf, Atticus, DreamerK and Arleen. I have to go to sleep now. Thanks for the company!

  150. artemisluvv- You're welcome. I wish that Robsten Dreams would something together of Rob and Kristen on those music too. I think its perfect for them. Goodnight.
    Goodnight everyone.

  151. @Arleen
From the first time you posted, your kindness was there. Thank you for the songs.
All I wish I could give to you, is peace, that Rob and Kristen know their own way to happiness. Not to worry.

    @Arte
What you said was adorably funny and I took it as such.

    @Atticus
Get that passport. You have your first co-rider. I am French with ancestors from Quebec and others are English. Ta da!

Just made an organic martini of cucumber, apple and vodka. So health conscious and buxom, too. Got it made, don't I? Maybe because of. Ha, ha.

  152. Finding myself so touched by television shows like Restaurant Impossible, and yes, even Duck Dynasty.
What other shows take the dreams and goals of real people and acknowledge them and smooth the way, encouraging being a cohesive unit? Not news shows for sure, which only frighten us with doubts about us all giving a damn about each other? We give, dammit.

    ReplyDelete
  153. @DreamerKind, sounds yummy. I'll get on that passport.

arte, Arleen, tuff, Ginger, Holy...great convo.

    Goodnight all!

Me, too. Without a passport I will not travel outside of my comfort zone, would you? Let's do it.

  157. My word verf is agreeing with me, I think.
There was no number to type and "nery one" would mean no one and that isn't so, for I am one, writing it. I see deeply into nothing, that's my talent. I see clearly though. Kiss.

    ReplyDelete
  158. Have I discovered the delight in eating a martini instead of drinking one?

Really, I drink it but chew the apples, cucumbers and taste the fresh lemon not to mention the Tito's handmade vodka, which is rated 95 and actually delicious.

Plus this vodka's not full of chemicals that will hasten my demise, so they say (not really) and so I believe (just so).

    ReplyDelete
  159. @Pist
I can't help but think of you and your delight in defeating the impossible odds of word verf comprehension.

Why I just had "lamedyn" which certainly is lame doing which I am. It is only a matter of time and random numbers until 5885 appears as my address and everyone will type it in and know where I live. Stop on by, dudes.

  160. Paid advertisement (by my life experiences not $$)

I cannot recall when I last had such delicious, non chemical bacon. Not true, it was when last I made this Smoking Goose bacon, only last week.

Anyway, the real story goes way back when I went to a college homecoming at 15 with my future first husband.

We stayed at a farm and the mother of our host made the most delicious bacon, pounds and pounds of it, all we could eat, and I did. Now I can again but don't need to.

Life repeats the beat of itself, if we let it. What's 40+ years of living to taste bacon perfection again? Living has paid me ten times over, I'm saying.

    DK: Sleep well. :)
About your dress for the wedding.....I don't know if you have enough time for it but maybe you can have the dress custom made for you.
    --------
Ginger/Holy and others who are going to Coachella.......Mumford and Sons are awesome in concert, they performed at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn this past February.
    -------
I saw and read an interview with the New York Times theatre critic and the cast of Orphans......Alec Baldwin had some interesting thoughts on the play and audience reactions along with other observations.

Here's the link if you're interested:

  164. To all the women on Roselands. Sorry I made be complaining. But why do mother nature have to kick my butt. Especially when you are heavy. I just started yesterday and today I am heavy and crampy. When something like this I normally don't go out. That is me. I am sure of you get like that sometimes too.

    ReplyDelete
  165. Good morning arte, DreamerKind, tuff, Ginger, Holy, Lizzied, Atticus, Annie, Rose, Oneheart, and the rest of Roseland. How is everyone. Hope our couple are doing ok. Hope they are having a time for themselves. I am just saying. I haven't heard about them. Of how they are doing.

    ReplyDelete
  166. Arleen: Morning.
I know, especially when it's heavy.

For me It's the only time when my first beverage in the AM is tea (black tea) no milk, sometimes a bit of sugar.

  167. I just one of the twitters. I have a question. Who is the blond that Rob is playing on piano with? And what is going on here.

    ReplyDelete
  168. ARLEEN -- Do you have a link to send?

    ReplyDelete
  169. @ Atticus...I too first heard Camera Obscura and Band Of Horses when Kristen mentioned it in an interview about what was on her ipod. I also picked up on Interpol and a few others from her...all good stuff. I would like someone to ask her again. I think some people are a little shy about disclosing what is on their ipod for fear of being ridiculed and I sense this shyness in Kristen. Sometimes the ipod playlist can be like the eyes to the soul...revealing. Glad she shared though.

  170. Lizzied- I just saw it on one of the on Robsten twitters. I was asking them. They clear it with me. It was one of the keyboardist from Florence. From Hobo Cuteness @ sashaRK27

  171. ARLEEN - I saw the video. The blonde is the keyboard player from Florence & The Machine. Rumor is that Kristen gave that $100,000 piano to Rob for their anniv. LAST YEAR, like a year ago. So, who knows when it was taken.

    ReplyDelete
  172. Lizzied- The person from twitter had finally clear it for me. Sorry I got worried. Right now I emotional. I get that during time of the month things.

    ReplyDelete
  173. ARLEEN -- I get it, you must have more faith in "our kids" ... The most interesting thing about this photo is Rob's pants, good grief!!! I'm sorry but that CAN'T be comfortable, LOL. I can just see Kristen telling him to pull up his pants ...

    ReplyDelete
  174. @ Arleen
Thanks for posting the pic link :) it's always great to see photos of them and especially when they aren't paps pics and when it's one I haven't seen before.
Like LIZZIED said its hard to say when the pic was actually taken ? He does have short hair but can't tell if its as short as he has it right now. It looks like a guitar laying on top of the piano so it was probably a jam session among friends. I imagine they still spend time between both houses.

I'm sure they have something planned to celebrate Kristens BDay.

  177. Arleen - Thanks for sharing the picture! Good job girl. Hope you feel better tomorrow.

Lizzied - I know, it's kinda cute & funny about the pants. I'm really showing my age when I say I don't understand why all the guys like their pants that way now. Even 40 year old guys wear them like that. Guess it must be the "hip" thing to do.

I'm going to rejoin Twitter because I can't play the video, so I guess I have to be a member just to see the video. Twitter has won again!
