Condemn racism without making excuses.

I am a Rob fan and I have never bullied Kristen. This past week, reading all the horrible twitter comments, there is absolutely nothing about Kristen in them. I sincerely hope that these horrible people who are tweeting with icons of pictures of Kristen or pictures of Kristen and Rob together saying the racism against an innocent girl is not bringing Kristen into it for whatever reason. It's really not about Rob and Kristen any longer. I wish fans would just support who they are a fan of and leave the hate behind.

ReplyDeleteGonna be honest, I don't care at all about FKA Twigs, but I am tottally against the racial slurs or any forme of hate made on her twiter and/or her Instagram...it's just WRONG!
Hypocrites Aka nonnies are NO ONE to call out others on hate, since for the past 6 years...and still counting, they have been known to be hating on Kristen, calling her all sort of vile names and making up all sort of disgusting rumours about her. So they better shut up, because they are a fucking embarrassment to humanity.
Happy for this "Sony Pictures Classics Plans Kristen Stewart Oscar Push for 'Still Alice'". Finally She being recognize. Even if she isn't nomitated, just being considered is wonderful. Hoping for Rob's turn one day.

ReplyDeleteI'm a devoted Rob fan, always have been. I'm not a fan of Kristen but was happy for them both when they were together and if they have both chosen to move on then all I can do is wish them luck. I love reading about Rob and his film choices, I know that some people don't get them but I do. He does things that are really courageous and exciting and intelligent and creative, roles that are truly challenging. I love watching him evolve, I love that he has to act his character he's not just doing stuff that's like him. He lives his character. The Rover and Cosmopolis were both movies that showed a true testament of what he is capable of. Sorry everyone but I think he was really trapped with the Edward role. Again, he was brilliant but who else could have played such a character.

So I was flipping through the channels on the telly and I hit FX right in the middle of Eclipse! Right at the proposal! My most FAVORITE SCENE IN ALL OF THE MOVIES!!! Needless to say I am not to sad any more! :)

Well, I've got some distance from the whole Rob with another woman thing so am doing better and hope that I can just enjoy both of them separately with their careers. I'm trying...one day a time...it is hard to break an "addiction" of 6 years and I'm sure you all get that.
ReplyDeleteI finally saw The Rover and must say that Rob's performance was great. His eyes say so much in that movie. As for Kristen, it was great to see her out promoting her new movie and she looks great. I was reading that Nick, her Equals co-star, snuck in the back way...maybe there is a great friendship brewing there or maybe more who knows.
It is hard to realize that they are more than likely not romantically linked anymore, but something tells me they are still great friends after all, that is what a great romance is built on right? The selfish part in me wanted to see them get married and have kids and live happily ever after but the realist in me knows that if their romance died that I would never want them to be unhappy just because a group of fans wants them together.
Life goes on and from the looks of it they are both happy and that is what counts.
And I can't forget to mention the "push" for Kristen getting an Oscar nod that would be outstanding. I think she has deserved a nod before this but that is just me.
