My goodness the news about Rob and Kristen
is far and few between.
Kinda sucks.
For us.
Kinda great.
For them.
They are busy busy busy

And spending what downtime they have...
Together.
You know its true.
If you think about it...

isn't that difficult to do.
Which is why we never see them out and about too much.
Yeah...
I think there was a sighting of Rob at a grocery store...
or
Hanging out with the guys.
But no pictures.
Never any pictures.
It seems that Rob doesn't agree to that anymore.
And considering that we haven't seen a picture of him...
It seems that people are actually listening to him.
Imagine that!
And you know that Rob and Kristen are perfectly content
to just spend their evenings quietly.
Alone.
Nothing wrong with that.

In a couple of days he could have a nice beard going...

What hits me the most about this interview is
1. Kristen WANTS to be excited about her life...
and she admits that she is.
She's just a normal girl...
wanting normal things.
2. People being entertained by their relationship.
I'm not sure entertained is the right word...
At least for me.
But I'm fascinated by it...
I love seeing them together...
and how happy they make each other.
Seeing Rob and Kristen happy...
Makes me happy.

aspects of Rob and Kristens relationship.
People say they hide it.
They really don't.
They just don't flaunt it.
Theres a big difference.
And I know people will continue to cling to the 'PR' bullshit...
But everyone knows that vacations together...
traveling to movie sets on your own time...
Going to private weddings together
Spending the holidays with the others family...
and just generally always being where the other is
no matter what is going on in their lives...
Is what 2 people in a relationship do.
No need to flaunt that.
It's right in front of our eyes.

I'm constantly amused by how dim and/or deluded some must be.They've never really hidden it,they say and do a lot of things that make it obvious to anyone with half a brain.That's not the same as calling a press conference to announce it! What I find odd is that there are dozens of celeb couples,many of them married with kids and a lot more famous than Rob and Kristen,who are also rarely pictured when they aren't working. Unless you're one of these famewhore-y couples who has the paps on speed dial in case you want to be photographed giving a gift or something,you know, in case anyone thinks you're a PR couple or something,I'd say it's very normal for celebs to stay under the radar as much as possible.

Love the music, loved the actors including young Carl and guess what? I was there in that era and listened along with the other half of the UK to the pirate radios.
Thanks for talking about Rob's BFF Tom otherwise I would have missed this movie.

I could be wrong but it seems to me that the relationships that last..and not just in Hollywood, but period...are the ones where the people in the relationship, keep the relationship private...Of course I could be wrong, and might have missed the weekly press conferences of John Travolta and Kelly Preston, Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, Will and Jada Pinket Smity in which they give regular updates as to the status of their relationship that week. And who can forget the classic weekly status of their relationship press conferences that were held by Bob and Dolores Hope, and Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward? (sense the sarcasm)
I had a sister-in-law, who thankfully is no longer part of the family, who thought that to have a successful relationship once a week, every week she and her husband needed to sit down and discuss their feelings in depth...this she learned from her parents...who I might add were divorced. Unfortunately, weekly discussions and constant professions of love didn't keep her marriage together.
last thought...just because we buy a ticket to a movie and a magazine with an actor on the cover does not mean we own them. They are entitiled to a private life just like we are and we should respect their desire to remain private.

I found an interesting tidbit on twitter. Apparently there is a twitter member that expresses their dislike for Ashley G. and thinks her relationship with Joe J. is all PR. Several of the vocal Kristen haters want that tweeter to be stopped.

And that is a perfect example of the "they don't hide it, they just don't flaunt it." Very true! They don't need to flaunt it, and I don't get why some want them to. Its clear that their relationship is very important to them, so people need to just let them be, they should be able to keep whatever they want private.
Some people (crazy, delusional people) refuse to see what is right in front of them. Its all right their in the way they look at each other, you can't hide that and you can't fake that.
Oh and I agree with SUPER RN, I love the pic of them walking with his hand on her shoulder. There is something incredibly sweet & intimate in that small gesture.

I have to say, of all of the stupid things the haters advance, the idea of the two of them competing or there being any jealousy is the most off base assertion of all.
I was trying to think of some example to demonstrate to the class how to look for "proof" without waiting for the red carpet make-out session that will never happen. (Full disclosure, I didn't read Rose's blog for a few days and was just appalled because of the hate mail that she receives. Who are these barbarians? Normally I stay out of it. I know the truth and frankly don't want to upset small fierce people by arguing about it. However, it annoys me that people are treating Rose so poorly because of this issue.) So, in an effort to kill two nonstens with one stone, I offer up a clip from the People's Choice Awards 2011. Yes I know, Taylor helped Kristen to the stage. Look at the clip again with me and really watch it carefully.
First, did anyone notice the tall dorky guy in the gold jacket who brought Kristen to the show? The ugly fellow who sat on her left? The guy had NO other reason to be there and was not supposed to go except his girlfriend asked him to accompany him.
But wait, there is more and its quite telling if you watch carefully. This is a clip from the PCA's

Okay, watch it through and notice some things. These point will be on your final exam so pay attention please.
First, Taylor helps Kris to the stage. Here is a news flash class. Taylor is well aware of Robert and Kristen's relationship. They work closely and he has had to play the awkward third wheel for years now. They are all friends so if a very nervous Kristen in very high heels does not want to cause a media sensation by having Robert help her up the steps, who do you think she is going to ask to help? Do you think she should have had Jackie Chan or Conan help her? Wouldn't that have been slightly odd? Maybe Zach Efron?
Now, watch the first few seconds of Kristen's speech. She does fine for the first few seconds.
Now, pause the video at about the 40 second mark. What you are about to see is a very sweet girl in love, get very emotional when she looks at her boyfriend. It is endearing and extremely telling but for some reason, the haters and nonstens don't notice. Kristen thanks the fans and makes a critical error. As she is saying that she shares everything (and if you think she is talking about Taylor you are too stupid for this course--get out) she looks quickly to Robert.That is when she loses it. She has to close her eyes and turns to the side. Robert sees what happened and smiles wider whether to try to calm her or because it is so fucking adorable. If you are familiar with anyone who is shy, you know that little routine....she is uncomfortable, but in a zone where she could at least speak, and then saw him. Have any of these people ever been to a wedding or maybe a party where someone is giving a speech and they are fine and then they lock eyes with their significant other and they lose control?
Also, notice Robert's posture. Only when Kristen is not next to him does he do sit on the end of the seat and perch there. Despite the set up of Taylor walking her up, Robert is literally about to leap out of his seat if she can't get thru it, drops the award (ha!), or needs him. He doesn't do that for anyone else. While I find it a bit embarrassing as a man, I suppose there is a sweet side to it but I will leave that to you.
I think that settles it students. Oh and in case any nonstens or haters are auditing today's lecture, please fuck off.
End of lecture class. You are dismissed.

But now I've decided that alot of them do see it, they just can't admit it because they have clung to their ridiculous PR argument for so long & are too stubborn or proud to let it go. Meanwhile, they are missing out on enjoying something beautiful.

I'm sorry to hear some of you are having weather problems. I always feel a tiny twinge of guilt this time of year because I don't have to deal with any of those crazy winter storms. Today I was at the grocery store not even looking for it, and there she was! I watched the boy bagging my groceries like a hawk! So, this honoring Rose with the Beatles marathon is opening my eyes to songs/lyrics I've never heard or seen.

You are offensive to me because you are implying that Kristen had to be having sex with Michael and/or Rob during this period. Let me explain something to you because, despite how you conduct your affairs, some people have values and morals. It is entirely possible that Kristen was dating (not have sex) with Michael but things were rocky and she began to see Robert. Knowing how Kristen appears, she was probably very honest that she wanted to date others. Just because you are a person with no morals, standards, or values do not assume that Kristen lacks the same because I can assure you she does not.
Now, I know this will come as a shock to you but fan accounts are not exactly the most reliable source of information. For example, many of the fans of Rose's blog tell me that you are an ignorant know-it-all who they believe is stupid. Is that fan account true darling?

Dottie thanks that is my nephew Conner, his daddy sent the picture to me today, this is Conner after he emptied every drawer in the house onto the floor...the note said "Good thing he's cute...only reason he's here right now" so I'm sure they might let you borrow him for a day or two.
