Like Olivia said on the last post, thank you for putting up the new banner. I absolutely love it and for me, it epitomizes all that I loved about Twilight and what drew me in. I loved seeing the characters sharing these types of intimate moments, or scenes where they were just talking getting to know each other. The film was more personal. I liked that. I hope we get more “real” moments like that in Breaking Dawn.
When I see the banner picture, it makes me wonder what Kristen was thinking about as she sat there listening to Rob play. Hmmm???

Since I'm feeling kinda feisty today (anyone but the Bears- please), I am moving camps to the 'hope-Kristen-goes-to-the-Golden Globes' camp if only to completely ruin the night for all hatestens. I love RM Rob and up to now that is my favorite Rob role. However I fully expect WFE Rob will blow that great RM performance away. The pics, trailer and set reports just speak to Rob hitting it out of the park. I so can't wait until April!

I also, read an article about how Kristen's performance in the Runaway's shouldn't have been overlooked by the award shows. It said something to the effect that Kristen and Dakota improved the script.

Rose, great post as usual. I love the new banner. I believe Kris is in LA with Rob whether we see her or not...I believe she will be with him at the after party. Hopefully one day the hatestens will accept the Robsten relationship and leave them alone. I hope so because I know that is what Rob and Kris want more than anything else, to be left alone. I dvr'd the GG's and have yet to watch the show but I did see some photos of Rob online, he looked good although a little tired. It looks like Kristen didn't attend the show nor the after-parties but I can't say I'm surprised by that.
I read that Garrett Hedlund said Rob visited the On The Road set many times (That piece of news brought the largest smile to my face this early morning.

Rob looked handsome in his navy blue suit and WFE hair. He owned the Red Carpet and his presenting duties and interviews were well done. Especially liked his exchange with the MTV and also the Access Hollywood interviewers. Sounds like he had an enjoyable evening and was able to visit with friends and acquaintances.

We also read a book that shows pictures of "White Only" section signs on buses and separate doors going into restaurants. The kids can't believe there was a time when that really happened. Re: the "if they were together she would have been there" theory:
Accordng to some colleagues who were working the event last night, there was a lot of complaining among the PR people about stricter attendance policies this year:
Only nominees (across all categories) get a plus one. So Best Actress nominee Angie gets to bring Brad, Best Mini series producer nominee Tom Hanks brings Rita Wilson.
Presenters do NOT get a plus one.
AS always, nominated films/shows got a certain number of tickets -- usually adds up to table -- which are distributed at the discretion of the producers. (That’s why Peter Facinelli was at the Nurse Jackie table, but didn’t have Jennie with him. On the other hand, Summit invited Taylor Hackford to accompany Helen Mirren because, well, she's Helen Mirren.)
But this year there were a lot of people left out -- even AGENTS got cut off the list this year. Guys from CAA and power brokers like Ari Emmanuel (the inspiration for Ari Gold on Entourage) went begging.
So the only way that Rob could have brought Kristen last night is if (a) she were also a presenter, or (b) Summit gave her one of their “RED” related tickets, or (c) one of them were nominated.
So there goes the whole GG as barometer of their relationship argument… neither Rob nor Kristen had any say in it.
And once again, it shows how stupid the whole PR argument is.
If Summit is trying to sell them as a couple, why wouldn’t they use one of their allotted tickets to have Kristen and Rob there together?
Seems like it would be a – pardon the pun – “golden” opportunity to further their evil plot. I mean, if they invested all that time and money getting Kristen to the Spyglass Inn on New Years Eve, you think they’d so the same for an internationally broadcast awards show.
So the Hatestens will have to retreat to a fallback position:
" Summit doesn’t think she’s important enough to have at the table!”

Remember DeNiro’s comments last night about posing for pictures? One of the biggest inside jokes about the GGs is that the studios barter photo opps with their biggest stars for tickets and table placements. Each studio has to negotiate with an 80 year old Israeli woman named Julie Solomon, who’s like a combination of Attila the Hun and a Jewish grandmother , and part of that negotiation is lining up the photo opp schedule for stars to pose with HFPA members. The Daily Beast even did a story on this – although the HFPA denies it. But it's known in the industry. And you’ll recall that one of the sightings of Rob last night before the show talked about him posing with members of the HFPA.
So knowing that they already had Rob, Bruce Willis and Helen Mirren to deliver on the photo opp deal, and they were working with a limited number of tickets to cover their nominated film and studio execs, it didn't make sense for Summit to add Kristen. It’s no reflection on her -- it’s just how the ticket game is played.
So that leaves them with... "Why didn't Rob bring her to the afterparties/Rob was out partying without her!"
That would be a good argument -- except all the parties are held in the Hilton (which explains how Rob went from HBO to NBC to Warners so quickly) and require a show invite to get in. And making the rounds of all the studio sponsored gatherings at an indstry event doesn't exactly translate to "partying." Not that there's anything wrong in a guy going out without his significant other (which you learn when you have a relationship in the real world vs your imagination). But if they want to use the afterparty pics as "evidence" -- in the words of Marisa Tomei's character in My Cousin Vinny, "the ahh-geh-ment does not hold watah."
But then again, why waste time with facts and logic when we can just make shit up?

Rose, I agree with you when Rob is walking it just makes me squirm in my seat. I have seen the sex walk in New Moon over and over and if anyone looked at my face when I am watching that they would see a grin like the Chelshire cat. His walking is nothing but sex on legs.
Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa (ninjiom-hk.cwahi.net) may be another choice. i know alot of people use it, its also non alcoholic, though it's effectiveness is not as good as alcohol based cough medicine, but it's still good to use on not so serious sore throat.
