Robert, Kristen and Emilie.

*Sigh*
I'm not even sure I want to write about this...
It's embarrassing to the good, decent fans
of Robert Pattinson.
Well..
An MTV interview was published where Emilie de Ravin
said the following about her chemistry with Rob
and how it was to work with him.

"I flew to New York to test with Rob and
we immediately got along and had instant great chemistry,
which is not an easy thing to come by.
Obviously you're acting,
but you want to have that connection with somebody.
We had it."

The immediate fall-out?
Extreme hatred.
Because there are some people...
who call themselves 'fans'
Who just cannot distinguish between
Robert's work and his personal life.
And not only that...
Any female who has the audacity
to come into contact with him...
Is immediately skewered and roasted
by the lunatic fringe.

I don't get it.
And I'm fucking glad.
Emilie's interview was very pleasant
and she was quite sweet and lovely about Robert.
She realizes how lucky she was to have
worked with someone who is so HOT right now.
She appreciates how kind and easy Rob was to work with.
Is that a bad thing?
Personally.
I hope to hell she is right about their onscreen chemistry.
I want "Remember Me" to do well.
For Robert.
Because I care about his career.
I want him to have one.
And while I don't think the lunatics
out there will have much impact on his movie...
Does everything surrounding Robert have to be
all about the drama and the hate?
Emilie didn't do anything
except her job.
And that job happened to be working
with (and kissing on) Robert.
Lucky?
Most definitely.
Worthy of toxic hatred?
Absolutely not.

Someone sent me this quote.

"If only closed minds came with closed mouths."

Indeed.

And then we have Kristen.
Who still gets hated on every damn day.
Who some haters honestly believe
that she is only hanging out with Robert...
because he can further her career.
Really?
If you had a chance to hang out with Rob...
Wouldn't you?
Do you need a reason to want to?

To all the people who feel that
Robert and Kristen owe you an explanation.
Owe you a reason.
Owe you a piece of their lives.
Owe you a say in who they see...
and what they do.
Owe you ANYthing at all...
Get a fucking grip.
You are NOT entitled to anything.

It's one thing to speculate on a relationship...
it's another to intrude upon it.
In the end...
We aren't players in these 2 peoples lives.
What we want doesn't matter.
We are just watching from the sidelines...
Wouldn't it be nice to cheer
Instead of having to listen to the jeers?

Hope for Haiti.

I haven't said much about this.
Why?
Well, I'm a private person when it comes
to things like this.
I feel no need to talk about
how much I have given...
or what I plan to do to help.

But that being said...
It is a tragic, horrific circumstance
these poor people are going through.
And they do need our help.

Watch Robert on TV on Friday...
And do what you can do for Haiti
Watch. Help.
Win/Win

Missing Robert Pattinson...

Couple of thoughts...

1. This song (Superstar)
has been going through my head for days.
DAYS.
And it keeps making me think of Robert.
Always Robert.

"Long ago... and oh so far away"

"I fell in love with you..."

"Before the second show..."

"Your guitar... it sounds so sweet and clear"

"But you're not really here...
It's just the radio..."

2. So... word is Robert will be hosting the London
portion of the "Hope for Haiti" telethon.
Robert.
On TV.
Robert.
I mean... I can't even put into words the feeling
that came over me at reading those words.
One thing stands out perfectly clear...
I've Missed Robert Pattinson.
A lot.
I may have tried to kid myself into thinking
that maybe...
just maybe...
I was kinda getting over him.
That maybe...
I didn't care as much.
Can I just say
LIAR! LIAR! PANTS ON FIRE!
I care.
I was only trying to protect myself
from not being able to see him.
It was self preservation...
It was trying to tame the addiction...

2. Which brings us to...
When did Robert and Kristen
become so damn good at evading the Paps?
Impressive?
You bet.
I mean, its not like London Paps aren't
notorious for their stalker skills.
How in the hell has he done it?
And Kristen...
One picture in weeks... and weeks.
I love that they have figured it out.
I love that they have had so much down time.
(Together)
But damn...
I miss both of their faces...
Yanno?

3. I'm so so (so) excited for Kristen
and Sundance.
I want her films to do so so (so) well.
Is Kristen the best actress of her generation?
I don't know...
But we just might find out soon enough.

4. I got this long. long. long. email yesterday.
Someone wanted to share their opinion
about how Rob and Kristen's relationship
is all for show.
It's all a PR move...
Mostly for Kristen
Because of course she 'sucks' and needs
to attach herself to Robert's 'star'.
Everything we've seen thus far has all been planned.
All of it.
And yeah, Rob is going along with it
because Summit told him to!
Of course.
Studios usually dictate to people who work for them
who they hang around with on their own time.
And Rob being the nice guy that he is...
wants to help out poor Kristen's career
so he is pretending to like her
and posing for all those pictures
of them snuggling at concerts
and holding hands.
And yeah...
Summit made Robert invite Kristen to England...
Because we all know that the Twilight movies
need ALL the help they can get
in terms of publicity and press.
And I'm not making this up.
This person REALLY believes this shit.
And this sort of delusion isn't even funny.
It's fucking scary.
Please stop writing to me.
Please.

5. Robert on TV this Friday.
I get to look at him.
I get to listen to him.
I get to see him.

OK.
I'm better.

1 + 1 = Rob and Kristen

*sigh*
What to write about.
There isn't too much in terms of Robert.
Supposedly, he's in England
doing pre-production on his next movie.
Supposedly, Kristen is back in the States...
doing her thing for the upcoming Sundance Film Festival.
(I can't WAIT to see Kristen!)
(Is Robert with her? ;)
Hmmm.
So I guess I talk about...
Rob and Kristen?

Last night were the Golden Globes.
Taylor was there.
I totally understand why Summit is pushing him
to the forefront right now.
He's polished.
He's slick.
He's well behaved.
He's clean-cut.
Kinda the opposite of Robert and Kristen?
Anyway.
There were rumors all over the place about
Gerard Butler and Jennifer Anniston.
Why?
Well... they are promoting their latest movie.
So they appear together.
And of course... that means they are a couple.
Sound familiar?

But riddle me this...
IF
Gerard and Jennifer were caught snuggling
at a concert...
Or pictured on a hotel balcony the night after an event...
Or playing footsie in a limo...
Or holding hands on an airport tarmac...
Or say...
Gerard was in Scotland for the holidays...
and all of a sudden Jennifer showed up
and was hanging out with him...
What would you think then?

Exactly.
You would think they are in a relationship.
Unless you are Robert and Kristen...
Then you are just friends, buddies... pals.
Who kinda just happen to turn up at the
same place
All the damn time.
Together.

Mere coincidence.

See what I mean?

1 + 1 really does = 2

There you have it.
Can I say just one thing?

NO COMMENTARY FROM ROBERT?

Have you lost your mind, Summit?
I have mixed feelings about New Moon as it is.
Yes, I like it.
Yes, I will buy it.
But it doesn't have the same draw for me
as Twilight did.
And it's not because there is so much
more of Taylor Lautner.
I like Taylor.
I felt this way the first time I saw New Moon.
I kept thinking about it...
Still haven't figured it out.
But.
One of the BEST parts about the Twilight DVD
was listening to Robert giggle and make fun of himself.
He did voices, he questioned Catherine Hardwicke
He had 'inside' conversations with Kristen.
And Kristen was all kinds of charming and cute.
So.
What.The.Fuck.?
To say I'm disappointed is a major understatement.
Major.
I mean...
I put up with Catherine's lame ass banter...
she didn't even seem to know anything about her own movie.
And did anyone care about the "Texas" armadillo?
No. No one cared.
I was so looking forward to listening to
Robert, Kristen, Taylor and Chris.
All kinds of lame.

Since I am writing about New Moon...
I put in this picture from my favorite part.
It still remains the best scene in the movie.
Sauntering.
Strutting.
Strolling.
SEXY.

What does it say about me
when my absolute heart stopping moments...
from both movies...
are when Robert is walking into the scene for the first time?
I can't even put into words how it makes me feel.

Something in the way he moves...
Damn straight.

A scene from "The Runaways"
Kristen and Dakota look fantastic.
And Kristen...
Gorgeous.
And she is channeling Joan Jett
Big Time.
Sundance is coming up soon...
I hope this movie does great.
(Along with "Welcome to the Rileys")

So.
Do you think Robert will show up at Sundance?
Be kinda sweet.
I guess we shall see.

Bye for now
