Rob and Kristen- Twirly Together

Happy Chinese New Year!

You may have noticed the red background
(kinda hard to miss)

It's the year of the Rabbit.
I like Rabbits.
I sorta have a thing about bunnies.

Anyway.
I was talking to a friend yesterday...
I was kinda whining to him about how 'ninja'
Robert and Kristen were lately...
And how there really isn't much to write about.
(He wasn't really sympathetic...)
So he suggested the Chinese New Year...
Now
I don't really know much about this tradition.
He told me that Red is a color that brings good luck...
That you 'sweep out' the bad luck
and have a fresh start.

Sounds appealing.

I like bunnies.
I like red
I like good luck.
I like the thought of a fresh start.
We shall see.

A pic from "On The Road"
Kristen is all kinds of adorable, isn't she?
She is.
She is.

I'm looking forward to this movie.
It's an iconic book...
and Kristen and Tom in the same movie?
Win/Win

Is it OK if I look forward to WFE, OTR and BD?
Is it?
Is it possible for a fan of Robert and Kristen to be excited
for ALL of their upcoming projects?
I don't look at it as having one movie do better than the other...
I want ALL of them to do well.
It's not a competition.
(Really... it's not)

I like this picture.
Tom and Kristen...
Tom was looking out for her that night...
He was taking care of her.
Isn't that sweet?

Tom obviously adores Kristen.
(It IS obvious)
When he was being interviewed about
"Waiting for Forever"
(Opening today in theaters)
He was asked about Kristen...

E!OnLine- Marc Malkin  It's not easy being Kristen Stewart.

Though she looks plenty pleased sitting with costar Garrett Hedlund in this just-released still from On the Road, her pal and fellow Road costar Tom Sturridge says he's seen firsthand how aggressive the paparazzi can be with K.Stew.

"I think, you know, with her and with everybody, it's just not fair, especially with like young girls," Sturridge told me the other day while promoting his new flick Waiting For Forever (out tomorrow, February 4) at West Hollywood's Standard Hotel. "It's outrageous. Men chasing young girls? It's terrible."

Working with Stewart on On The Road was anything but terrible. "She's astonishing," Sturridge said. "I think she's genuinely an extraordinary actress, and she does things in the film that I've never seen her do. But also kind of never seen anyone do. Yeah, she was just brilliant." (FYI: He doesn't lock lips with her, but costar Garrett Hedlund does.)

On the Road, an adaptation of Jack Kerouac classic beat novel of the same name, also costars Sam Riley. "It was so weird," Sturridge said. "I remember the beginning when all of us were sitting at rehearsals looking at each other being like, 'How is this responsibility of this film sitting on our shoulders?'"

Sturridge also revealed that he hasn't seen Hedlund's most recent flick, Country Strong. But he doesn't really have to. "Garrett has sung me all the Country Strong songs and acted out whole scenes for me so I feel like I've seen it," he said, laughing.

In Waiting For Forever, Sturridge plays a professional juggler who has a lifelong obsession with a childhood friend, played by Rachel Bilson. "I've definitely been obsessed with a couple of girls," said with a smile. "They didn't work out."

She's 'astonishing and brilliant'
I love it.
I love him.
Wouldn't it be wonderful to have a friend like that?
Someone who watches out for you...
Has your back at all times...
And defines loyal?

Yes.
I'm crushing a a bit on Mr. Sturridge.
Not hard to do.

And finally...
Robert.

Ah....
Sometimes I really don't know what to say.
Sometimes you find yourself looking at him...
and then forgetting where you are
what you were doing.
You know?

Yes.
You do.

I will never tire of that face.
That voice.
That smile.
That hair.
Those eyes.

.........

Yeah.
See how easy it is to get lost?

One more still from OTR.
Such a cute picture!

I can't help but think back to when Rob
visited her on set...
(Oh he did)
Heh.
Kristen was wearing that shirt...
So I wonder if Rob was there when this scene was shot...

Looks like she's practicing for that scene right here...
Kristen.
Twirling.

It's only right.

And wouldn't you be Twirling?
Look who is next to her?
Look who just couldn't stay away...
Look who...

Can't seem to get close enough...
Looks incredibly happy to see her

Yeah.
When I see Kristen in that shirt...
I will always think back to these pictures.
And how Robert had to go see her...
And the BIG smile on his face
when he gets close.

*TWIRL*

This post is brought to you by the letter *B*

B for Bunnies.
So cute and cuddly.

B for Best Friends.
Rob and Tom.
Um...
Wow.

Bye for now

Bren,
I took a peek and ran from the AT. Ted is an asswipe!

@Bren
It is a Chicago style hot dog with everything on it, or what you choose.

But you cannot have any ketchup, for they don't allow it in the place-it's forbidden.

So, you get a Vienna hot dog, with mustard, onions, relish, tomatoes, celery salt and maybe you can add sauerkraut & hot peppers, not sure.

Handcut french fries come with it and they are incredible, too.

Birdie said...

Bren,
Wow, that is quite a crowd! Sounds like lots of fun. I hope you don't have to do all the cooking.

Good morning ladies,

Those pictures of Kris are stunning...totally gorgeous.

Hope you all have wonderful weekends!!

Sending all my love to Smitty, Gruff & Syd <3

Gwen,

Do you feel that you are in a rut?, the best thing to do is try something new....you are a daredevil, go for it...it'll do wonders for your boredom...

Birdie said...

DK, you are making me hungry.

Birdie said...

Morning Liza!

gwen said...

Birdie- his name is Neil, he's the goalkeeper. He just answered some of my tweets. About the hostile people, the place is known for rebels and the likes. But i've been there before, the people are okay. It is somewhere down south of my country and have a beautiful white sand beach.

DreamerKind said...

@Birdie
Sure I know, I am one of those crazies.

@Bren
Rob and Kristen know what's what and that's that to me.

Ted who? Pfffft!!!

DreamerKind said...

@Liza
Morning to you, too.
Have a great weekend yourself.

LJ said...

Hi DK, Birdie, Gwen & Bren!

Bren said...

Birdie,

No, I would drop dead if I had to do all the cooking...first of all like I mentioned the briskets, chicken, turkey legs, ribs will go in the smoker overnight. (actually longer than that) but Steve does all that, so no worry...

Everyone brings whatever else they want, it's all potluck..lots of sides, main dishes, dips and desserts...we used to synchronize when we first started doing Football Sunday, not anymore, we just bring whatever...

gwen said...

DK- Youre making me hungry though its dinner time for me, lol.

Morning Liza!

DreamerKind said...

One particular Kris pic by Testino, of the black hair curly hairstyle set, reminds me of my mother.

There is a certain expression of the eyes and mouth that was like hers.

I had to smile at that sweet memory and the sweetness I saw in Kristen, too.

Bren said...

Hey Liza,

Happy weekend....

DK,

I have heard you use celery salt, but I have never tried it....

gwen said...

OK all this food talk is making me hungry, gotta go get some bite. Be back later.

Birdie said...

Bye Gwen. Talk to you later.

DreamerKind said...

Celery salt adds an earthy taste to it, IMO, that is something special, like salt on the rim of a margarita or a sugared one for a dacquiri. Extra oomph...

I'm gonna grab an apple, too.

@Gwen
See you later.

Bren said...

Actually Spunk Ransom posted the Ted comment, I don't go near T's blood-bath....that's where all our favorite trolls live....

On a happier note, since my team didn't make it to the Super Bowl this year, but Robert's did, I'll be cheering for the the Steelers...(although I hate their perverted QB, ok so it wasn't a happier note after all..lol)

Bren said...

Good bye Gwen,

I'll probably be in dreamland when you come back.

Birdie said...

I've heard that about the Steeler's QB. Yuck! Although you are a loyal wife, it's not to late to switch to the Packers.

Bren said...

Guys,

I really hope R/K, show up at the Baftas together....wouldn't that be wonderful...

word v...cutopet----I have a cute ol' pet, do you?

Bren said...

Birdie,

This is funny, he bought me a Steeler jersey to wear Sunday, cuz he thought I would cheer for the Packers...so much for loyal...lol

DreamerKind said...

@Bren
Anything R & K do, where we can see them, is lovely, I agree. Baftas, and such events, oh, yes!

Birdie said...

That would be a treat, wouldn't it?

Birdie said...

Bren, ha he's got your number!

DreamerKind said...

@Bren
Clever R, to get that jersey for you! Where will the 40+ folks congregate? Bet the women are in the kitchen/family room?

Bren said...

DK,

Where are you?

I thought you had gone to Washington state for your apple..lol

I'm a little hungry myself, but I might be a little sleepier than hungry, at the moment.

DreamerKind said...

@Bren
I had to wash two frying pans and clean the stovetop while I was in the kitchen, just sayin'.

DreamerKind said...

Sleep is sounding like a good option, right now.

May have to say bye soon.

We always start off together, but we always end up separating....women have better and funnier discussions, and the nosy husbands are always pretending to watch the game, but trying to hear what the women are saying....actually we hang with very funny people, that we probably look mental to others.

Bren said...

DK,

That is so funny, you had time for chores, in the middle of your post...

Did you wake up early?

DreamerKind said...

@Bren
Sounds wonderful!

I'm going to get ready for bed, and I mean it, am not lying to you or myself!

Hope to talk with you soon.

@Birdie
Take care and later, lady.

DreamerKind said...

Yes, for me I woke up early-2pm and went to bed at 8am, silly one that I am. All of the True Blood has bled me dry, too.

DreamerKind said...

There's nothing left in me to think, post, amuse, cajole or communicate to you lovelies.

I beg pardon, and say bye, bye, birdies.

DK

Birdie said...

Have a good sleep DK. Talk to you later.
Bren,
Have you been up all night? I don't know how you ladies do it.

Bren said...

That is early for you, certainly, not enough sleep...

I'm heading out too, I have too much on my plate today...besides I forgot Steve is bringing Max over this a.m., he's going to find me asleep..lol

Good night DK, Birdie...I'll see you here tomorrow, but it will be an early night for me...

Later.

Birdie said...

Good night Bren. I'm sure you've got one hell of a busy day. See you later.

Hello, Roseland!!

I see Happybitch was here last night again with her delusional and hateful comments...how pathetic. I know it's hard to ignore the troll, but scroll past her comments and continue with whatever convo you all were having. Responding to her/them we are just giving what she/they want ATTENTION...just ignore 'it'...she/they will eventually be deleted and then it will be like they never existed.

Freddie, I've seen those pics of Robert. It's hard to believe that most of these pictures from this photoshoot are outtakes because they are breathtaking beautiful!!

Kami, saved your jalapeno popper recipe...it sounds delicious!

Wish you all a happy Saturday!!

Birdie said...

Well, I just watched WTTR. There is something that draws me to really excellent actors and I'm not sure I can put it into words.

What is it that makes a truly good actor? The ablility to portray a character,to lose themselves and you in the character. Kristen has such an incredible face. She draws you in and you feel something just looking at that face. She can say so much without needing to use any words. She wasn't an actress playing a stripper; she WAS Mallory. She was that sad, strong little girl. Is it obvious I was impressed? Well done,Kristen, incredibly well done.
