Rob and Kristen- Again.

Something's burning.
The rancid stench of burning bitterness.
Burn Baby... BURN.

Oh dear. Oh my.
The poor wretched Ninnies.
Wrong.
Again.
(Have they ever been right?)
(Let me answer that... NO.)

They are distraught.

Kristen went to London.
Kristen is with Robert.
Again.

When a normal rational SANE person looks at the above picture...
What do you see?
Well... say if my father looked at it
(He's pretty sane... most of the time)
He would see a bunch of people walking in a
London Underground.
But of course...
My father wouldn't recognize Rob's MTV coat
or Kristen's slight frame clad in skinny jeans
and backward baseball hat.
No... he wouldn't.
But we do... don't we?
Scary?
A wee bit.

But as scary as that may or may not be
(I mean... so the fuck what if we recognize Rob's clothes
and the way he looks from behind and how Kristen walks
and her hats and... and... and...)
(Shut up)

What is even scarier is the Ninnies
delusional reluctance to just accept
WHAT IS.

As per usual whenever there is a picture of
Rob and Kristen together...
the excuses and rationalizations run rampant.
And they are your normal
every day run of the mill bullshit excuses
made by imbeciles who cannot accept reality.

1. "Kristen is a lesbian!"
This is the age old excuse whenever
Kristen shows up with Rob.
They need to believe that Kristen doesn't want Rob that way!

"She had a female friend staying with her over Christmas!
She must be her lesbian lover!"

Yeah.
Because its unheard of to have a female friend
stay with you over the holidays
while your BOYFRIEND is out of town!
Only lesbians do that!

2. The pic taken from behind...
Of a group of people walking in a
London Underground...
Is somehow...
Bizarrely
Strangely
Illogically
Insanely
PR!
YES!!
Rob and Kristen are riding the tube
to promote the movie!
It's still in theaters!

So please random stranger who just happened
to see Rob/Kristen on the tube
and snap a picture of their backs
Keep up the great PR work!
GOOD JOB!

3. This is my favorite excuse...
Because it gets played every year.
Every fucking year.

"They don't spend Christmas together
which is what REAL couples would do.
They just spend NYE together
which is a FRIEND thing to do!!"

Now you know...
YOU KNOW
That if Rob and Kristen had spent Christmas together
and were seen out and about...
And then went their separate ways to celebrate the New Year...
What would the Fools say then?

Eye Bee Ninnie

Well...
That Christmas is the 'friendly' holiday
and that only real couples would spend
romantic New Years Eve together.

You know I'm right.

Personally?
I think that NYE is a way more romantic time
to spend together.
I mean...
Kissing the one you love
to ring in the new year?

Promises made.
Seeing the new year dawn...
Together.

Yeah.
Brilliantly romantic.

Here's the deal.
(You know what I'm going to say here... right?)

Rob and Kristen
ALWAYS
END
UP
TOGETHER.

 You don't have to approve.
You don't have to 'get' it.
You don't need to wonder why.

Accept it
Or
Just keep wallowing in your bitter foam-filled hatred.

The drama isn't between Rob and Kristen...
It just exists in this fandom.
Rob and Kristen are good.
They are GREAT.

“People think they knew a lot about me before.
They know even less now.
 People will project whatever.
It’s a huge form of entertainment.
As soon as you step outside your own life
and look at it like that and think that you can shape something
 — you need to live your life.
I’m just going to live my life, actually,” - Kristen

And she is living her life.
It just happens to be with Rob.

This post is brought to you by the letter S

S for Stupid.
It should be painful.
it is as it does.
there's no cure for it.

S for Schizophrenic.

People be crazy.
You can't possibly BELIEVE the shit you spew.
You can't.

S for Smiles.

Because you know there were BIG smiles
when they saw each other again.
Because they were Together.
Again.

And last but never least...

S for Sturridge.

Because I adore him.

Forever.

Be Safe.
Be Smart.
Be Sane.
Believe.

Until next time.

Bye for now
2013 is looking pretty (pretty) BRIGHT!

This New Year is going to be BRILLIANT!

Love you, Rose - and all of Roseland!

You are right Rose, if Rob and Kristen spent Christmas together and parted for New Years, the Ninnies would scamper and change their tune that New Years is for real couples.

They should go to Church at midnight for Christmas. They'll hear a key word: family. Family is what is important at Christmas. I was watching some midnight mass the other day in a Church and every single person interviewed said family was most important on Christmas day. That meant spending it with parents, children, and other relatives.

Hello, everyone!
Have a nice NYE and make happy thoughts for the year to come. If we just believe it, we can make it happen!
Rose, as always, you're right to the point. I love your posts. All this insanity is ridiculous but what really matters is that, after all, Rob and Kristen are together, happy with their friends and family.
Take care, all.
Respect for Rob and Kristen means respect for ourselves and we all deserve it.

Rose - all so true you just missed the shouty capitals of them not caring over and over in between their sobs. I can't believe they believe the stuff they say anymore but just say it because they are embarrassed to be wrong all the time, think all their followers are dumb enough to believe the shit they say, or they are just plain and simply lonley, simple and in need of having a relationship to know how it really works, maybe all of the above. Either way - he is her home and she flew half way across the world to be where he is - seems they decided it is important for them to be together and that is really all that matters at the end of the day

Hello, Roselanders and visitors
I want to wish you a GREAT year 2013. Thanks for all beautiful wishes :-)
(In my country, the political issue is delicate, right now)

Rose, this last post is so good! Thank you, for sharing your good sense, your sharp thoughts, your time, your love for Rob, Kristen and Tom, and your blog, where all of us have participated these years in some way.

I hope that all of you’ll have health in your bodies, peace in your hearts, and love in your lives.

For Rob and Kristen, first off, I wish them a good life with challenges in order to make them strong proffesionals and brilliant persons, in this crazy world. I know, they are.
In second place, I want so much that they (R&K) allow to bloom the love that they show one for each other, in all possible ways. I wish they continue growing as a couple, strengthening their love and their lives, and they can carry their relationship to upper level. I love them.
God bless them and all of us.
Life is good and bright
Bye!

¡Feliz Año Nuevo!

It began for Robert and Kristen with an audition kiss, and just like in Twilight, they have had to fight to be together, to overcome difficulties to remain a couple. This is why we all love the books...Rob and Kristen made it real for us. I know, for some unexplained reason, that the kiss they share this NYE will solidify their love for each other and begin another wonderful chapter in their lives. Thank you so much, Rose, for helping us here keep the faith. Love this post you have given us today!

A little off tract:
Went to see Les Miserables with my parents today. Wonderful performances; all singing was "live" during filming. It was like going to a Broadway musical with movie special effects. Amazing. Special emotional performances by Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway and Russell Crowe. Even my mom, who almost never cries was crying with me at certain scenes.

Ring Out, Wild Bells

from In Memoriam A.H.H. by Alfred, Lord Tennyson (1849)

Ring out, wild bells, to the wild sky,
The flying cloud, the frosty light;
The year is dying in the night;
Ring out, wild bells, and let him die.

Ring out the old, ring in the new,
Ring, happy bells, across the snow:
The year is going, let him go;
Ring out the false, ring in the true.

Ring out the grief that saps the mind,
For those that here we see no more,
Ring out the feud of rich and poor,
Ring in redress to all mankind.

Ring out a slowly dying cause,
And ancient forms of party strife;
Ring in the nobler modes of life,
With sweeter manners, purer laws.

Ring out the want, the care the sin,
The faithless coldness of the times;
Ring out, ring out my mournful rhymes,
But ring the fuller minstrel in.

Ring out false pride in place and blood,
The civic slander and the spite;
Ring in the love of truth and right,
Ring in the common love of good.

Ring out old shapes of foul disease,
Ring out the narrowing lust of gold;
Ring out the thousand wars of old,
Ring in the thousand years of peace.

Ring in the valiant man and free,
The larger heart, the kindlier hand;
Ring out the darkenss of the land,
Ring in the Christ that is to be.

Every couple is different. For me, my husband would be upset/sad if I didn't spend Christmas with him. To him, Christmas is far more meaningful than New Year's. For me, it took about 3 years into our relationship before I felt comfortable spending Christmas with his family. Also, he and I don't put any significance to New Year's, even though that is sort of around the time we fell in love. And we don't celebrate anniversaries either and don't understand why people do it. For R and K, I guess New Year's is their thing and it has special meaning in their relationship.

I'm amazed they made it this far considering all the scrutiny. Also, they are in a business where they have many male and female options. People fall out of love all the time because of this. They had a tough year, and they must really love each other so much not to let go. Nothing is for certain, but I really hope they hold on to each other for as long as possible.

Eventually, I think Christmas AND New Year's together for them will happen.

Looove this post. People are always going to believe what they want to believe, even if what the believe sounds crazy as fudge. Like they're not married yet, they each have their own family, in which they have to spend some time with, too. Once they get married they can choose where to go for christmas. Anyways whatever, atleast they're together now, thats what matters. I just want to wish everyone a happy new year, to come and that yall's dreams come true and everyone stay safe while celebrating!!! <3 :D

Good morning all.
You would think that with all the importance certain people are attaching to whether a couple spends Christmas together or not, they would instead look at the true meaning of Christmas and stop being such vile, hateful assholes.

In America ( and for Americans abroad) the Thanksgiving celebration carries much more importance than Christmas.
It's the biggest travel day for a reason........getting home to family by whatever means necessary. It says a lot that Rob and Kristen choose to spend that holiday together.

The expression "Home is Where the Heart is" tends to be a true saying. My parents have had at least 7 different homes due to my dad's job, but whenever I would visit, it felt the same. i've learned it's not where your "home" is...the meaning is about family and no matter where my mom and dad are, it is "home". Rob and Kristen already know this about themselves. Home is wherever they are whenever they are together.

it’s new year’s eve so i’d like to greet Rose and the special folks who visit this blog a very Happy New Year!
hello to ali mac, PL, Freddie, DK, Super, Kami, Ginger, olivia, katy, Annie, Birdie, Pisteuo, Oneheart, Hope, Intruth, Litmom, Kenzz, Patty, Liz, Pam, Holy, wig4usc, Stella and everyone else whom i missed – there’s so many !
and happy new year as well to all the old regs who even though i have not interacted with, i’ve always enjoyed reading comments ever since i discovered this fandom in february of 2012 – i miss reading your comments here as well.
thanks to all of you for the laughs, stories, ideas, discussions, friendly disagreements, recipes shared in this special place called Roseland.
hope to read more positive and fun dialogues in 2013 !!!

@ali, to your question on what exciting thing are Roselanders doing for new year?
well, i’ll be watching the annual “tournament of roses” parade in pasadena, california with the BF !
today we’ll do a preview of the flowery floats before the parade.
they have a float viewing open to the public since dec 28th through 31st.
gives one a chance to look at the beautiful craftsmanship that volunteers do for the floats.
there’s also a float viewing after the parade.
really excited to see this since i’ve always watched it on TV but now i get to see the floats live !

@Freddie and Pisteuo, thanks for sharing those wonderful quotes and poems !

@olivia, thank you for your review of the books that you’re reading. i might check out some of those on your list. right now, i’m tryng to finish three books – “unbroken,” “is everyone hanging out without me (and other concerns)” and “thomas jefferson: the art of power.”

@Holy, i finally saw “on the road” and love the performances of garrett, sam, tom & kristen.
kirsten dunst was also very good even though the women really had very minor roles.

can’t wait to see the future movies of these two wonderful actors that we all admire.

finally, a very Happy New Year to rob, kristen & tom !
may the coming year bring you all more luck and blessings !

To Rob, Kristen, their families and their friends I wish to spend the night surrounded by their beloved ones. I don't know if that makes me a bad or uncaring person, but I really want to see a picture of them together one of these days, as long as it's not from some annoying pap. Do you think they'll "gift" us with something?
Take care, all!

@ali, that’s so romantic, happy proposal anniversary !
we’re staying at one of the hotel chains a block from the parade route & we have grandstand tickets.
so no camping for us but i feel bad for those sleeping/camping out on the sidewalks tonight since temps will be dipping down to the 40s at midnight thru the early morning.
i saw some of the floats earlier today & they are breathtaking & we only saw about 10 floats.
but from the parade souvenir program, the rest of the floats promises to be even more spectacular.
the concierge at the hotel told us that if we walked towards the formation line-up street around midnight, we’ll see some of the floats that are already starting to assemble for tomorrow’s parade.
looking at the floats, i hope i can volunteer next year as a float decorator – that would be so cool !

@PATTY
CONGRATULATIONS ON REACHING 50 AND MAY YOU HAVE 50 MORE !!!

Happy New Year!!!
I thought the same about them celebrating privately, I figured we would have seen some tweets or Ginger would have mention if she heard or seen something on twitter, I hope wherever and however they celebrated they had a fabulous time together and with all their friends.
GOODNIGHT :)))
