I'm tired that people seem to forget that Rob and Kristen
are flawed human beings...
and they have feelings just like you or me.
All I will say is that I want Rob and Kristen to find happiness

This fandom is incredibly selfish.

For me, i am staying off twitter and any other social media, there are a lot of crazy teens out there crying and getting themeselves into a right old state and for what?

Do people not realise he is a grown man and as such can take care of himself? The fans are nothing but noise, yes they buy tickets and see his movies and vote for him in poles to win awards, but outside of all that - they are just people who scream and shout his name, they don't live in his world.
I know i shouldn't be bitchy ladies and men in here but i find the whole attitude in this fandom really pathetic and immature. Of course we are all anxious for Rob and worried the press will be their usual obnoxious self, but that is all. I have faith he will go out there and be professional and do his job and then leave. I don't expect him to give anyone anything and to be perfectly honest i know he won't because it's no one's business but his and his to share or not share with anyone.
His quote made a very poignant thought - find a way to take it back. And yes the world has taken everything away from him. Kristen for all that she is going through will be on his mind, there is not a hateful bone in his body - they have shared so much together that has been built from a good friendship and like all good houses they have to be made with a good foundation and i do believe they have a very strong foundation.
Rob - find a way to take your life back, to get Kristen back.

Honestly, these people posting this crap on blogs do not see Tom his beautiful baby, Sieanna, Kristen, Rob any of them or probably any actors for that matter as people, people with feelings, people that get up in the morning, brush their teeth, eat breakfast. @Torrimarie- You didn't understand my post. When i mencioned TOm and Sienna i was not calling Sienna bad names. NO i was not. MY intention was to say that to me because of her personnal dramas she knows better than anyone what is being attack from the media. She can relate to what kristen is now facing. This is my point. Don't make appear that my post is against Sienna because its not. If you read second time you will see that i talk about Sienna second chance of life. Now she is happy, you can see that she is more private. She learns. She move on from all the dramas. And my point is that kristen will move from all this circus too.
If there are other comments about Sienna , well was not me. If they call her names, well is was not me. I don't relate with that points of view. I never said that Tom will make the decision for Rob. Only Rob can make his choice and he will do.

I don't want to be presumptuous, but I think you're missing the point torrimarie was trying to make. Now I have zero interest in Sienna Miller, but when she cheated with a married man everyone was quick to condemn her as a homewrecker. Now that it's Kristen and a married man, people are making excuses for her. It's rather hypocritical.
Yes, Sienna appears to have cleaned up her image but if you notice it's not with the person who cheated on her, or with the man she cheated with.
Maybe taking back your life means taking it back from the person who hurt you, or the person you hurt and learn to be on your own.
I'm not trying to start anything, just looking at things from a different angle.

I've been a bad girl, it was sort of by accident. I saw that producer fellow Agnelli being chased by the paps (oh they were gloating). First they ask him "what you think of Kristen cheating on Rob, man"? No reply. Than they asked "do you think they'll get back together"? Straight away he says "yes" and then "I hope they do".
I don't know what his angle is, whether he likes to make a name of himself or genuinely knows and cares about Kristen. I'm a silly girl, seeing more into his straight "yes' than I should, I know I know.

There were these girls at the WFE premiere and the NYPD kept asking them to move back and they were being really aggressive with the NYPD......... The cops were having none of it and I felt compelled to tell them unless they wanted to be arrested, when a NY cop tells you to back off.......You back off!

Sweet Rob will have his first challenge AND his first triumph tonight in the wake of this crazy storm. I have no doubt. I will be watching to give him all the support I can in my own way. Jon Stewart's ratings will be astronomical for sure. I hope tonight is the first step in slowing down this runaway train. Cosmopolis is a great film for Rob's career and he deserves to have success.

Isis, I'm really glad you're not going to take this personally because I wasn't even remotely thinking of you when I was writing what I did. I was talking about the 'New Hope' and if something you said was quoted in my comment then know that I was attributing it to her/him/them.
Plain and simple, I stand by my comments. It's unfair to bring into this situation someone else's sins to exonerate Kristen of hers.
This is not a spectator sport, this is the lives of two human beings both of whom are hurting.
I came here to Roseland because I've been reading the blog for a long time and I've always been impressed at how much people here have supported both Rob and Kristen throughout the years. Like a lot of people we posted trying in a safe environment, sometimes anger at Kristen was very evident, but for the most part we were working out our feelings.
However, we learned very quickly that only pro Kristen comments were welcome. Which would have been perfectly ok, if only Pro Rob comments were welcome in the meantime. Which hasn't been the case a lot of the time.
Very few people will truly say what they are feeling because they don't want to risk the wrath of someone. A wrath that only makes an appearance if the comments are about Kristen.
People feel completely free to make any comment about Rob they feel they want to and there have been some pretty silly and insidious comments that have been posted. From this being a prank to Kristen doing this because she needed out of an abusive relationship. Yet there they sat most of the time unnoticed.
As I said before this is not a sporting event that we all gather around the TV to watch as pontificating pundits give their opinion of the previous play made. This is the lives of two human beings, it is none of our business and we have no say so in what they decide to do.
So in that spirit I am going to take my own advice and butt out of this situation and quit contributing to the gossip mill because yes I fully realize that I have engaged in gossip like everyone else.
I have always liked this site because it was different than others like I said, people had fun here, both Kristen and Rob were loved here. And lastly it was less nutty over here, less extreme.
It's a shame that's slowly dying out. Rose has given everyone a great place to come, I hate to see it slowly sink into the rabid "Kristen only" pool.

Torrimarie(?) I admit I haven't read all the comments in the last couple of weeks but from what I've seen, Kristen and her offense has been discussed ad nauseum and from every conceivable angle - despite the fact that none of us really know exactly what it is she did AND the fact that whatever she did wasn't done to us so it's not our place to forgive her or not. Remember, we are basing our opinion of what Kristen did on pictures, which can be very misleading whether you choose to believe that or not.
As for Rob, I've seen nothing but support, love, and sympathy here. If there were any comments blaming him they were quickly dealt with or given the cold shoulder. What more would you have us do? I'm certain that his work will become even more a topic of conversation as he is seen and interviewed this week.
Just because Roseland isn't your cup of tea anymore doesn't mean it's dying out. IMO it's better than ever.

Dottie <3 Well said, I think the main problem is people remember the posts that stick out because of arguments etc. they tend to forget the small posts everyday where people say they are still praying and sending their support to Rob. I would bet that every reg on here supports Rob 100%.
I've said it before and I'll say it again the reason there was so many comments about Kristen was because she was being attacked by so many in a very cruel way. If you follow Rose you obviously feel the same as she does about it and are supporting both of them equally!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have guarded my words because I had intended to keep visiting this blog in the future, but having seen the rabid reactions to simple words that people have posted I realize that's not going to happen. I came here because a good friend of mine was hurting and needing a sounding board to work through this, they thought that this would be the very best place to do so, only to be told basically shut up. My friend has not been back on the blog since that day when it was said that things being talked about was making people uncomfortable.
Out of respect for this blog they left, without a scene or harsh words, they simply stopped posting and apologized before they left.
The ONLY people being called out were the people who were angry at Kristen.
So here are some facts. First of all you have no idea how many times over the course of these events people have swallowed their angry words and respected the fact that you have the right to your opinions. However TRUST ME, there have been many, many emails going back and forth that have said exactly what I am about to say. DOTTIE SHUT UP!!
No one cares. You are sitting there in your sanctimonious little world deciding what is and is not ok to be talked about. You are not the final word on what is appropriate for this blog. So please do all of us who are no longer willing to swim in shark infested waters to make a comment a favor and shut the hell up!
I remember reading this blog and seeing when you showed up, you as well as several other people were welcomed by several people who became your friends. Ok, I'm a newbie, well not really I visited this blog every day for the last 2,5 yrs. In the beginning I commented a lot but after a while I felt I had nothing to add. It felt as if I was trying too hard to fit in so I only commented occasionaly on Rose's words who alway wrote terrific posts.
Now, I don't want to offend anybody but you are a very tight bunch almost territorial and sometimes slightly intimidating.
A newbie tries to find his/her place and maybe is careful in what she/he is gonna say, testing the waters a bit. It's the same in RL, you don't bulldoze yourself into new situations or groups of friends. I don't, that's for sure, I'm one who observes first, figuring out what I have in front of me.
This is a blog who supports both of them, most people who come here know that(I thought), I read 99% of the comments since all this happened and I hardly read any hateful comments, a few lose ones here and there. Confusion, wise words, lyrics, theories, anger, disappointment and mostly sadness.
All this change must be a pest for you regs. So many new ones invaded this blog, being lost, looking for some sort of connection, as so many blogs closed down. Pretenders and bullshitter's won't last long so they will move on fast enough.
Me? I'm no bullshitter and if something pisses me off I will tell you but I do admit that your comments keep me on my toes. I'm still too aware of what I'm writing, trying too hard not to sound too stupid (like now Sue?)

I do see what sue is saying, being in that same position. It is kind of like being the new person in the neighborhood and having to test the waters. It takes awhile to know who is quick to anger, who has a special relationship and who is full of it. Sometimes your opinion isn't respected because no one knows you and you're upsetting the status quo.
I am firstly a fan of Rob but I have no ill feelings toward Kristen and if Rob wants to be with her that's his decision not mine. I'll support whatever he wants to do.

I can only talk about my experience here. Since all this drama happened and with robstenation close , i didn't know where to go to read posts who were not with hate and talk about my sadness. I went to the comment posts here and read all your comments from day 1 of the drama. And i liked, i felt related with all your opinions, i share the same feelings about kristen situation like you all and rose. Since i post i never felt exclude, or ignore. Everytime that i made a question to someone that person always respond to me with kindness (@Ginger this is for you sweetie : ) )In the first and second week with all the false rumours on the blogs, the no stop hate, i was really sad and i came here and told what i felt and everyone helped me to feel better. You all told me kind words, we talked about forgiveness. We pass this together. This is something that i will never forget. Came here and read that people around the world (i'm from europe), that i don't know personnaly, felt the same sadness and hurt like i did it's heartbreaking. We all have the same phisical sintoms, stomack pain, not eating, bad sleep, crying, can't take this out of our heads. The difficulty to believe what happened.I lost weight and many of here said that they lost weight too. You all could have ignore me and you all choose to respond me. This is very beautiful.
This torri person is a hater like many out there who go site to site to make haters comments. This person came here to see if we here were like them . But everytime that one troll comes, and they have been ,but thanks god they go away, they get scared of us : ) They don't understand us. We are a mistery to them. They don't understand in their minds that we all here made a choice about all this situation. And was not the hate side. We all choose the forgiveness side, we all understand that is not our decision , it's Rob and kristen decision, it's their lifes. We all made very clear in our posts that we will respect their decisions. Of course that we all want them together. But i want them together is not for me. I am new to posting as well but I am pushy and everyone here has been respectful and so nice to me - the people that came on here to hate people were addressed because face it hate is a pretty strong word for someone we don't know and did nothing to us. The names slung are Kristen were unnecessary, cruel and as said before more of a reflection of the people who are using them more then of her. Judgement was passed on a situation none of us have facts to nor will we probably ever know. Disappointment and confusion are completely understandable and I never saw someone slam someone over that. I feel like I am adding to the fire but the abuse words came from someone who was on her bashing Kristen at length - I think it was said more in frustration to people telling her to knock it off. You ladies are amazing, supportive, and genuine - qualities hard to find in the world as we have all seen .
So I am totally going to go back to laughing at some of the things people are doing out in that line and sending in the mail. These two live in a very unreal world - I can honestly say - a world I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

i get where you are coming from and by no means am i being condescending.
I understand your need to make a comment regarding some poster and their 'voicing opinions' but please be aware - not everyone should be tied by the same brush. I to am very new to this board, i have read it for years and i blog too, tweet with Rose on a regular occasion - so i a, not a novice to what is going on in this fandom. In fact, the only people who 'aggravate my time and patience' are the rabid fans on both sides.
NO ONE knows what is going on in Rob and Kristen's life, but they are concerned. Now that concern can be taken two ways; obsessive and compulsive - or genuine and empathetic.
The OC's as i will call them, are the very thing that is wrong with supporting two people; they want to know absolutely everything either about Rob's life or Kristen's. They are the ones that follow the two kids around, stand outside hours on end in all kinds of weather on location shoots and even bring their own kids along. They are the ones who have been very vocal about all of this, voicing their opinions on Kristen and what she has done, turning and being all sympathetic about Rob's position and shooting down anyone who argues with them.
These people believe they have the right to spout their dogma on every board available and then cite sources as having credible evidence (on both sides) The people i have seen have been those who only tolerated Kristen while she was with Rob, but as soon as she made this mistake, the gloves came off and they crucified her.
I sincerely doubt this is what Rob wanted anyone to do to her. I sincerely believe she is a hell of a lot pain right now from not only her guilt on what she has done, but how she has hurt him and the reaction to her mistake. THAT is just my opinion of course but i have done couple counselling for many years and generally male or female have a surge of guilt that takes them a lot time to get over.
Rob is so beautiful and I'm happy to see his smile but there seems to be a sadness there :-( I look forward to seeing videos.

Rob and Kristen didn't ask for this? You can't choose who you fall in love with and for that, Rob and Kristen have had to put up for years with this shit!
They have had the media scrutinise everything about their relationship, the same media that is pulling Kristen apart - and she has fallen so far...
She is a victim of Hollywood and 'lets build them up to tear them down'
She has always hated the way the media has tried to control their lives and possibly has often wondered what on earth does he see in her to endure his crap on his life?
Rob loves her, there is NO doubt in my mind that he does. He is in a state of limbo right now, with people telling him what he should do, people telling him how he should react and people telling him how he should push forward with his life. But the only person he should be listening to is himself. If he loves her like we all believe he loves her, then he will know what he has to do and no one else has the right to tell him that.
I think that emotions are still running very high everywhere and personal attacks on people in message boards does not achieve anything.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion yes, and i have only seen a handful of questionable posts from people who have invested in this...personally, and have not taken a step back to look at the whole picture at all.

People need to chill out with nasty celebrity gossip. It makes you look like a shallow, no-life fool when you judge someone you don't know. Everybody thinks because they have an opinion the whole world needs to hear it. Anybody remember what Thumper said to Bambi? Actually it was to Mrs. Rabbit - "If you can't say something nice...don't say nothin' at all." Own that. Gossip is like toothpaste being squeezed out of the tube. Once it leaves your mouth, you can't take it back.
(side note: their tweets were in reference to Miley Cyrus cutting her hair and all the crap being said about it, however given the current drama in the fandom I thought it was appropriate)

So, I haven't commented in a while, (DK- sorry for your loss, hold on to your happy memories), but I must say that I have read about 99% of the comments for every blog over the past 3 years and I have never encountered a post from Dottie that I interpreted as 'throwing someone under the bus'. She has always come across to me as supportive to both Rob & Kristen, and only lets her 'snark' out when she feels others are being disrespectful to either. I have always appreciated that about many of the 'regs' here. Roseland is a special place, in my opinion. So many diverse view points shared with respect, not to mention the heartfelt support of two people we don't really know, but care for. I truly appreciate the opportunity to come here and share in that, even from 'afar'.

Ginger - You say exactly what I am thinking most of the time, and your 'fashion sense' is impeccable (nothing better than jeans, t-shirts, and converse/vans).

Lordy i have read some hateful comments in my time but PITYS has just won the golden nugget, you would think it was Kristen who 'cheated' on her, rather than what the media has put about.

actually PITYS i do know what i am talking about and it's crazy little bitches like you that have rob being protected in case one of you break through the barrier to get near him. It's people like you that makes his life a living fucking hell because he can't go outside his own door without people like you chasing after him like love sick puppies.
