Rob and Kristen-- Gimme More

I can wear anything better than YOU.

 Random Rose.

 1. Kristen was in Paris for the Balenciaga Fashion show.
And guess what?
She fucking owned it.
All of it.
Everyone.

And guess what else?
I can now spell Balenciaga without looking it up.
Are you as impressed as I am?

Also...
For reasons that escape any rational thought
Some were foaming over where Kristen had dinner last night.
Seriously.
I guess the restaurant used to be a brothel...
that is now called "La Fidelite"
Which means... Faithful.

 Really?
Several low life gossip sites picked up on the name...
So of course
Kristen MUST have demanded that they eat at this
restaurant so she could send out inane secret messages
to who the hell knows.
Yeah...
That's it.
I mean...
do you not read that and see how fucking
CRAZY
that is?

Probably not.
Which is why this fandom is so fucked.

I just love this picture. That's why it's here.

2. Let's discuss U-Hauls...
Or have you had your fill of them?

Well... it was reported that a U-Haul
was seen outside of Rob and Kristen's Los Feliz home.
So of course that must mean they are moving back in.

Ok...
See...

First of all
IF Rob and/or Kristen were going to move anywhere
WE WOULD NEVER KNOW ABOUT IT.
Do you honestly think for one second
that they would use something as obvious as a U-Haul
to move their stuff in and out?
Don't be ridiculous.
I know it's hard.
But try.
Really hard.
Second of all...
Move back IN?
Who moved out?
Oh yeah... people thought someone moved out
when another U-Haul was parked somewhere in the vicinity
of Rob and Kristen's house.
Right.
Gotcha.

Do you see how fucked up ridiculous this all is?

Gossip Rags are writing such incredible bullshit
and idiots are lapping it up with a spoon.
Like it tastes fucking good.
Like they don't know its SHIT they are eating.

Kristen thinks...
Rob is doing...
Kristen is trying...
Rob is hoping...
Kristen is wanting...
Rob feels...

We don't know this stuff.
NO ONE knows this stuff.
I do know this much...
Rob and Kristen are not discussing
the most intimate details of the most
important relationship in their lives...
With anyone who would turn around and
be a 'source' or 'friend' to some gossip rags.

That isn't their style.
It never has been their style.
So when people say they are making it public...
or they are famewhores trying to promote a movie
That is the most absolute bullshit EVER.

Breaking Dawn is the last movie in a series.
One of the most successful and money making sagas ever.
They don't NEED Rob and Kristen to prostitute themselves out
for promotion of a movie that will rake in billions of dollars
all on its own.
ALL ON ITS OWN.
To suggest that Rob and Kristen whore their private lives
out for the sole purpose of box office returns
is beyond insanity.
If you are truly a fan of either of these people...
You wouldn't think that about them.
Rob has said in interviews...
That he would NEVER put up with that sort of thing.
He would never sell it.
Kristen has said numerous times that she
would never want to share what is hers...
They both have said they don't like their private lives
being used for entertainment.

So tell me.
HOW
How in the fucking world
can people still foam at the mouth about PR?
And riddle me this...
IF they were only getting 'back' together
(and I put back in parenthesis, because I don't believe they were
ever truly apart)
for promotion of Breaking Dawn 2...
Why haven't they been seen out and about in public?
Isn't that the whole PURPOSE of PR?
So why have they remained under the radar
out of sight
if they are supposed to be pushing their coupledom
and prostituting themselves for box office receipts?
I mean..
They only made over $60 million last year together...
It's only obvious they would need MORE money!!
MORE MILLIONS!!!!

Because we all know just how important money is
to both of them!!
They lead such lavish ostentatious lifestyles!
GIMME
GIMME
GIMME

Yeah. That's SO Rob and Kristen.
All Righty Then.

Face it. KSIBTU. Truth.

3. And yeah... it's only 3
Wow.
2 was really really long, wasn't it?

OK.
What else?
I don't know.
Kristen is back in LA
That much I know.
She must be exhausted.
It's like 12 hours from Paris to LA.
And she still came out looking beautiful.
I normally wouldn't post an airport pic...
But only to show
how fucking gorgeous she is.

And I guess I will leave you with
the words that have remained true
through it all...

Rob and Kristen
Always
End Up
TOGETHER.

Truth is truth.

This post is brought to you by
Thomas Sturridge.

I still adore him.

Glasses = Sexy

Don't let people feed you shit
and tell you its chocolate.

Until next time.

Bye for now

Time is on our side...

Love hear from you as always. It is so sad that people just believe and accept all the bull crap that is fed to them. You would think they had enough brains to figure out that if it smells like crap it usually is.

The PR angle has always seemed particularly ridiculous to me, especially for these two. *Sigh*

I'm sure K's happy to be home, traveling is hard enough, to go so far for just a couple days is beyond exhausting. Rest up, K, BD is around the corner!

the WORST PR COUPLE ever.

how come that people can't see this? if they were only together to sell the movie, they would be out and about like never before!!

thanks rose.. i just love your reasonable posts..

that some people are really trying to still go with the PR.. i will never get it

Congratulations, everything has been said very properly ... word for word, wash my soul .... it is very difficult to see and read so much shit out there, very hard!!

Hi Rose,
Just wanted to share this song I think is so apt for R&K.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ao3pInjFV5Y&feature=player_embedded

Amidst this chaos, we should never lose sight of the goal.

"I still believe despite our differences
that what we have's enough
And I believe in you
and I believe in love"

The first stanza of the song, though, I think is more applicable to the public & the media. Each of us has his/her own interpretation about the whole thing but the truth is no one could see them clearly. That they are choosing to be quiet to have that momentary peace and understanding yet so far, the media refuses to give it to them.

Ginger with a Soul said...

Rose - the obvious is still obvious and if they truly believed in the PR angle they wouldn't be so frothy foaming mad trying to convince everyone else that they know the holy grail. I smell fear and it does not smell good at all.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart -because they just go together like 2 peas in a pod

Happy Friday, Roseland - it's the weekend! Finally!

Great post as always. It baffles me how some people say they are PR when they are like the most anti-PR people in Hollywood. They have both been to public events recently that would have been prime PR material, they've both had interviews and opportunities to play up the PR angle and didn't take it. Why? Because it is real life and a real relationship with real feelings and real problems. In the real world, sometimes the best relationships hit a bump in the road and it can take time to navigate it. I wonder how many people throwing the PR accusations around really believe it compared to how many want to believe it. The idiots on both side of the fence want to believe it (although why they would profess to be fans of people with so little integrity baffles me) but I think the press, in particular, just want the angle. The talking point and the fans on both sides to jump in and give them the attention they want. And it always works.

I guess these media guys know what they are doing afterall. We'll have the last laugh though.

Great Post!!! Loved it.

My favorite part....

Gossip Rags are writing such incredible bullshit
and idiots are lapping it up with a spoon.
Like it tastes fucking good.
Like they don't know its SHIT they are eating.

Reminds me when Minny gave Miss. Hilly the Shit Pie in The Help..Miss Hilly ate two slices.

They think it taste really good right now, yum, yum...but the day is coming when all they're going to have is the shit eating without the grin.

You would think they would be full of it by now, but someone always delivers another pie and they have another slice. LOL

@Liz
Did I miss HBG? I only seen John(ASB) Ruth and new BG.
Maybe now that promo is starting he is back taking care of her. Dean will probably return soon too.

@ Ginger
Talking about Sinister earlier made me get excited about our Scarefest trip tomorrow, my hubby is a little disappointed one of our favorite shows is The Walking Dead and the guy who played Shane was scheduled to be there but had to cancel due to filming Wolves of Wallstreet. Are you a fan of the Paranormal Activity movies? We just watched Cabin in the Woods, I wasn't a fan, and Silent House surprised me, next on my list is Barricade.

Terrific post, Rose. I wish the haters would read it and come to their senses.

I too believe Rob and Kristen have been together all along. Kristen looked really happy in Paris, so her life is good.

All this PR nonsense is stupid. If their reunion was PR, they would be out being seen, probably all loving and happy. People just believe what they want to believe.

Have a wonderful weekend everybody. Monday is the day to buy tickets for BD 2---can't wait.

Until next time, enjoy your weekend.

And don't let me even start with that awfull headline 'Rob took/takes Kristen back' as if she were a product. And they would never, ever throw their name in shit to promote a movie which doesn't need it. The movie is famous.PERIOD.

I don't believe they were

I remember to this day, reading The Shining in under 2 days. The movie has such scary music. I begged two dear GF to go with me. They did not like horror movies but agreed because they knew how much I wanted to see the movie. They told me right afterward that this was a "one time" favor and to never ask them to do it again! hehe

I Love all three of those to. Ones that kinda scared me was The Strangers(2008) because it's something that could actualy happen someone and The Descent because where im at in KY we have some really good caves that everybody explores so needles to say after watching that movie I think of that every time I go caving now.

I can't wait to get more promo dates and appearances they have scheduled. I was hoping we would get another R&K mag cover like HB before this all ended but I don't think that is going to happen :-(
I really would love if Josh does a final interview with them.

Well, what can I say...I just finished reading yesterday's comments and I guess I'm in the center of some controversy again. All I can say is that I'm not one to mince words when something bothers me. Last night I thought things were getting a little too fangirly and inappropriate.

Do I expect everyone to agree with me, absolutely not. Do I agree with all of you all of the time, obviously not. I have a yardstick to measure what I think should be said and it is, how would Rob or Kristen feel if they read my comments. It's pretty simple.

You probably say that is farfetched that they would read fan blogs, but if I were them I definitely would. If I were their family I also would read, so if you are comfortable with what you've written then I won't judge. I know that I will try to never write something that I think could be cringingly embarassing for either one of them.

I have made my email public which is not something I have done for a long time. If you object to something I write, or if you just want to say something one on one to me, please email me and we'll keep the drama from here.

Now, here's some good news for those I've offended, I'm leaving for vacation so I will be gone for at least a week.

Kami and Ali, You are both good friends. Thanks!

Good night

I just can't get over how all the webloids keep using quotes Kristen has said about TWILIGHT or her character and turn them into things about her personal life.
I am excited to see them together again but like someone mentioned earlier it will just give them more to write about by picking apart every little word, look and body language between them. After it's over with I hope they take a much deserved private vacation somewhere until Rob starts working.

Ok I'm about to be very, very catty about something and if anyone is a fan of this person, I apologize, but I just CAN'T help myself.

Has anyone else seen the story where Heidi Montage has finally gotten a job at a strip club in Las Vegas?

FYI to everyone in the world who wants to see what an idiot wanting to get some publicity, THAT is what it looks like, someone who will do anything and ANYONE to get in the papers.

Someone who is trying to just get from place to place and live their lives, and Oh by the way are famous...NOT publicity seeking. See the difference?

Kristen and Rob...living their lives...Heidi and Spencer FAKING their lives for attention. Kind of like that commercial "Here's your brain, here's your brain on drugs. Any questions?"

Ok I feel much better thank you for letting me say that HERE.

Gargamel, LOL :) Are you a math teacher? When I first started college, I majored in Math. Studied that for nearly 3 years until I realized I couldn't compete with beautiful minds. They were the ones who showed up to class looking all relaxed, never took any notes, and even called out the professor's mistakes during lecture. I hated them. No, I'm kidding :)

I feel sorry for Tom Cruise believe it or not. He seems like a good father. When the news broke that Katie divorced him, I think I was the only one that felt bad for him while the rest of Yahoo comments blasted him. Whatever, I always like him as an actor, and although I didn't like his Mission Impossible movies, I think he should have won an Oscar for Jerry McGuire. I hope he wins an Oscar one day, it is long overdue, in my opinion

3. DRESS UP like Edward and Bella...maybe pop in the contact lenses

4. Call the paps every morning to give them your itinerary

5. IF ALL ELSE FAILS.... Go hang out with NIKKI REED!!!!!

Gosh, surely they could do better than what they have been doing:)

I love Tom Cruise as an actor. I know nothing of his personality in RL..although I am suspicious after he jumped up and down on Oprahs sofa and made some comments to Matt Lauer about Brook Shields post partum depression...I can't imagine what it must be like to be so insanely successful and famous from such an early age. I would imagine that it's similar to what I see with people in my own home town who, have a lot of money and power...they can become very intolerant of everyone around them and I don't know a whole lot about Scientology but the Veteniarian that we use has a Scientology book in his waiting room. I picked it up one time and from what I gathered that would definitely support people's egos...in that there are THOSE PEOPLE that need to lead and then there are THOSE PEOPLE that need to be led around like puppets on a string....

Morning Super!

Rose, you are so right. Kristen fucking owns them, all of them.

I see a turning tide. All of the reputable fashion sites are reporting on the Balenciaga show and Miss Kristen Stewart. Some still feel the need to reference this summer, some not. It will diminish as time goes on. I think it will fade quicker than people think and it is mostly due to how Rob and Kristen handled this, with complete CLASS by saying nothing, keeping to themselves and going about their business. There is so much BS out there because this couple will give them nothing. It has only been 2 months and after BD2(the last big hurdle)the gossip mongers and loons will get bored and move on to the next victim.

Rob and Kristen will always intrigue people, because they are interesting, talented and yes, very blessed in the "looks" department. I hope and believe the focus will change and soon. They are riding this storm out with dignity and strength. If anything, I think the people that matter, admire them more.

Chelsea Handler on R/K "I'm happy they're back together, I feel that they were really in love and she's young and made a mistake" on "Katie". Now if this bitch has something nice to say....

Oh good, you are still here. I'm about to pick up K at her friend's house. Yes, we are well. Have to tell you that K had her first Homecoming dance/experience last weekend. To quote her "it was the best night of her life." LOL
She danced ALL 6 slow dances....hehe.
Anyway, it's been crazy around here.

How are you????

@Freddie - I had just hopped on :) - Have great day as well

Hope – things are pretty good. It’s just been busy at work. I’m trying to get in some vacation at the end of next week and into the following one. I’ve procrastinated on so many things around the house – like painting the mailbox, cleaning out the garage etc. – so I’m just looking forward to some quiet time, and hopefully nice fall weather, to get some of these things done.

It’s so wonderful that you’re daughter had such a good time. Oh for the joy and excitement of those first experiences. Slow dances, eh?….LOL.

Great to chat with you Hope.

Loved the post Rose. Anyone who could think that Rob and Kristen would put themselves through this for PR....just look at them, they have been through hell and back. (although they are looking better). They will do what they want when they want they always have. These fans need to take a dip in reality because neither Rob nor Kristen give a rats ass what they think about their relationship.
Have a great day everyone!

Ginger with a Soul said...

@JMF - Yeah !!! I bet you are happy. I think I have so much respect for them because they do it their way and haven't folded.

Glad to hear you are going to have a little vacation time...you deserve it. Good luck with your fall projects...you inspire me except for cleaning out the garage. LOL

Ginger & Birdie....NOT a fan of CH, but I'm thinking it's the Reese effect. Haha

Take care everyone.

Ginger, you're absolutely right I think Heidi and Spencer do not even deserve to be called Human beings much less 'stars'. I lump them into the same slot as the Octomom, and whoever else is out that that on occasion make their way to the mainstream media outlets on slow news days or show up on Aol's "In the news" segments. LOL these people are revolting and I have no idea why on earth they are even known. I laughed when I saw a link on a page I was looking at yesterday that said "Heidi finally gets a job in Las Vegas Strip club"

Dollspirit agreed.

I'm not a teacher. But i was a teacher's nightmare.
Bout tom cruise...is it for real??? He hasn't won an oscar??? Why is Mr.Oscar so elusive to beautiful...talented...and franchise actors? I think i just answered my question.
I didn't watch a lot of movies before twilight and didn't know bout actors' lives. I discovered twilight by accident when I was trying to piss off the kids ( they were 5-11 yrs then) . They were doing all sorts of stunts on my bed demanding me to put on the BEVERLY HILLS CHIUAUA movie. I got pissed..went to blockbuster...and rented THE MOST BORING pg-13 movie that i saw. I had no clue. Went back home and PUNISHED them rascals. They actually LIKED it! But they thought EMMET was the main character. I was the one who got bored but i watched the movie ALONE when they all passed out snoring. I just wanted to know which part they were cheering on coz the movie looked so DARK and BORING that i refused even a glance.
As the credits were rolling...i was wiping tears. And then my twilight obsession began.Googled...read the books....googled more....bought stuffs...and through those 4 years the KIDS are with me TWILIGHTING.

the u-haul thing really cracks me up. though i’ve never seen the pics referenced, i find it funny that people believe R&K would actually use such an obvious moving transport. but for the lunatic fringe & all those who believe in nonsense, when it comes to the subject of R&K, stupid is as stupid does …

the subject of your post also made me think … “gimme more” could also apply to the “over-the-top fans” with “insatiable needs” who just can never get enough & must gimme, gimme, gimme …

Misguided is too mild a word to describe them. They are hateful bitches who want to control his life!

If these women truly had any respect for him they would respect his personal and professional choices. They would accept that his choices are his and his alone........not to be dictated by a bunch of horny-assed women who somehow see themselves as his salvation.
It's cringe worthy watching many of them at his movie premieres........I am embarrassesd watching it from the sidelines.

These women trash Kristen relentlessly yet Kristen continues to prove that she is far better than them.......Flaws, mistakes and all.

Ginger with a Soul said...

@Annie - it is something words can't describe - they will never control him personally, professionally and would never in a million years be his one. Everything they are doing right now is ensuring that he will despise each and everyone of them. It bugs the shit out of me that they are too stupid to know this only makes him look bad - not her, people know they are his fans and professional people will not want that shit plaguing their movies or anything. They need to step back and stand down. He is looking for serious mature roles not high school musical so it is time for this insane obsession they have for him to stop. He is a grown man as she is a grown woman - their choices - their decisions - their lives.

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE -- I saw a story last night on 20/20 about a teacher in Texas who had sex with 5 football players (students, but they were 18) and one of them did a video on their phone.

Anyway, she got caught, arrested, and put on trial and I think they said she got 5 years. Her and her husband had 3 children and he's 31 years old. He had to be questioned on the stand and had to watch the video, the poor man. He admitted he was angry... but, he said those that don't understand him sticking by his wife don't understand what UNCONDITIONAL LOVE is.

I don't usually watch that kind of stuff but I was really moved by this story and this man. I certainly hope that this woman will appreciate him for the rest of their lives. Anyway, perhaps those that can't understand Rob should be reading up on stories like this one.

LizzieD said...

DK -- are you here tonight? So, dinner in Chicago next June?? I can't wait, LOL.

GINGER -- What kind of skating are we doing? Roller skating or In-line skating or what? A few years ago, I got myself some in-line skates at a thrift store (wanted to try it before spending a lot) and they were too big so I stuffed the toes with foam rubber pieces. Anyway, went out in the neighborhood (still in the Charlotte area, not in the mountains) with my ski poles intending to practice my downhill ski moves in the off season. Yes, well, pavement isn't nearly as soft as snow. Can you imagine an old lady (was 55 then) all padded up with helmet, ski poles, knee pads, etc. ... even my own parents were laughing at me. I just exercise now to get ready for skiing.

Turn the lights on

Every night I rush to my bed
With hopes that maybe I'll get a chance to see you when I close my eyes
I'm going out of my head
Lost in a fairy tale, can you hold my hands and be my guide?

Clouds filled with stars cover the skies
And I hope it rains, you're the perfect lullaby
What kinda dream is this?

You could be a sweet dream or a beautiful nightmare
Either way I don't wanna wake up from you
(Turn the lights on)

Sweet dream or a beautiful nightmare
Somebody pinch me, your love's too good to be true
(Turn the lights on)

My guilty pleasure, I ain't going nowhere
Baby long as you're here I'll be floating on air
'Cause you're my

You can be a sweet dream or a beautiful nightmare
Either way I don't wanna wake up from you
(Turn the lights on)

I mention you when I say my prayers
I wrap you around all of my thoughts
Boy you're my temporary high

I wish that when I wake up you're there
To wrap your arms around me for real
And tell me you'll stay by side

Clouds filled with stars cover the skies
And I hope it rains, you're the perfect lullaby

Hi Roseland I'm getting excited for Breaking Dawn. Twilight has been such a big part of our lives, it's almost like going through high school for four years and the final movie is graduation. LMAO

My favorite is still Twilight. So many good moments in that one, at least for me.

1. First time Edward entered the cafeteria and they were drawn to each other right away.

2. Biology Class when they talked for the first time, she told him she didn't like any cold damp thing. LOL

3. Edward jumping between her and the van to save her.

4. Him watching her sleep at night.

5. Saving her from the bad guys and scaring them with his low growl.

6. At the restaurant when he tells her he can't stay away from her anymore, and her telling him well don't.

7. Bella touching his hand and putting everything together and figures out he is a Vampire.

8. The scene in the woods when he confronts her and she tells him she knows.

9. Edward: "And so the lion fell in love with the lamb."
Bella: "What a stupid lamb."
Edward: "What a sick, masochistic lion."

10. No Bed...Hang on tight Spider Monkey

11. Vampire Baseball game.

12. Edward and James fighting after he has bit Bella. Edward saving her.

13. The hospital scene.

14. Edward and Charlie interacting while waiting for Bella to come downstairs.

15. The dance at the Gazebo..Rob's favorite scene...and mine too. OMG..the chemistry in that scene was out the roof. Real emotions showed through in that one. Loved it and never get tired of watching it.

Sorry for the trip down memory lane...I guess you can tell I love Twilight. LOL

DK can you email me with which one of those should I choose for my breathing. I'm really interested but want to make sure which ones I should get. Big hugs to you for being such a thoughtful and sweet friend.

Kami said...

Oneheart I like your list, and I think all of the scenes you named were excellent, I would add, as my number one. The Kiss. I think the chemistry between the actors was what made that particular scene work in such a great way.

Oneheart said...

Hi Kami that kiss was magical. I don't think it would have been half as good if the two hadn't had feelings for each other in their own personal lives. You can't fake that kind of chemistry.

I also loved the wedding kiss in Breaking Dawn..it went on and on and I found myself not wanting it to end. LOL

I hope so DK..the asthma attack the other day was so bad that I seriously thought I was going to die. I couldn't get air in or out. All I could do was point at my throat and neck to let them know what was going on. Of course they figured it out immediately. I was lucky it happened in the office and that I work for asthma specialist.

I had the same thing happen a couple of years ago in Flagstaff while we were vacationing. Was feeling fine, walked out of the hotel and without any notice I couldn't breathe at all..I tried getting to the van as fast as I could, started throwing things out of my pocketbook trying to find my emergency inhaler. My husband was freaking out because he had no idea what I was doing, just that I was gasping. I took 8 puffs of my inhaler and finally I could breathe. Refused to go to the hospital..I know so stupid.

I was sick for days with that one. Couldn't talk, weak, and four days from home..it was a long ride. LOL

So if this helps I will gladly get it.

Didn't realize you flew over Chicago. Would love to ham it with you.

Kami said...

I think that if not for the pairing of Rob and Kristen in the movies they wouldn't have been as successful as they are. I didn't like the script for the first Twilight movie, but I could overlook that because I thought that the chemistry was there.

I know this will sound horrible, but I haven't seen Breaking Dawn 1 yet. We were in the process of moving back to Texas last year when they released it, then this spring we bought a new house down here and I've been busy with getting everything fixed the way I want it to be and I haven't seen anything in so long.

@Pam - back from skating and yep it is my sister and her girlfriend the play for the Rocky Mountain Roller girls.

I just want to say - I have no idea how some parents allow their 13yr old daughters leave the house with their asses hanging out their shorts and enough make up to put Tammy Fae to shame. Am I the only one that has the finger tip rule - dear god. I was confused if I was at a skating rink or a night club.

Kami I agree these two were the perfect choice for these movies. The chemistry wouldn't have been there if either of them had not been given the role.

I remember when they first advertised Twilight..I told my husband that I had no desire to go see that silly movie. Well a friend was reading the book and told me how good it was. She let me borrow it that weekend. Fell in love with it. We were in the theater the next weekend. LOL Have been in love with them ever since.

LOL I can understand not finding the time..Real life does come first, so it is easy to understand why you haven't had time to watch BD 1. Congratulations on your new home. Maybe you can watch it before the second one comes out.

I know what you mean Ginger. There was a girl in the office this week that looked just like what you described. I thought she was 18 but found out when she left that she was 12.

Honestly with all the hormone injections into our meats and other foods it is creating growth in humans as well. We were talking at work this week, it is making the younger girls look much older because they are so well endowed. LOL

I truly feel sorry for the male population because it is hard tell who is legal and who is jail bait.

Ginger with a Soul said...

@Oneheart - it was aweful to look at and you are so right - ID check anyone but these ones were young and you could tell but they were dressed so trashy and not a mom or dad in sight.

Oneheart said...

At the mall it is the same thing..you'll see them walking around in hardly any clothing, makeup plastered on, and heels that they can barely walk in, and usually guys following behind with their tongues hanging out.

The parents use the mall to be a baby setter for a couple of hours, so they can do what they want to do. One of our local malls started a new policy a couple of years ago...after 6 p.m. anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent. If not they will call the police to come and contact their parents to come and get them.

You wouldn't believe how much better the mall is at night now.
It had become a hangout. Was keeping paying customers away, especially the elderly. Now it is much better for everyone.

Heart of my heart, I would save your life and breath. I kid you not. What have you to lose?

Ginger with a Soul said...

They started doing that here too because no one wants to part the sea of kids to get into a store and the shop owners want paying customers not kids hanging out. A lot of the kids are super rude too - they think the can talk anyway they want and adults are afraid of them. We were waiting in line to get drinks and a couple of them started cutting in line and when they were told to get to the end they got mouthy. My response was look I am old enough to have bail money and am not afraid to use it - they moved to the end of the line :)

Oneheart said...

LMAO Ginger I will have to remember that line. Reminds me of my neice's first date with a guy and her dad was not happy. The guy came to get her and he walked them to the door. He said son let me tell you something..If you have any thoughts of making it to homeplate tonight...remember one thing. I'm not afraid to go to prison, and you need to ask yourself if you're afraid to die. So keep it in your pants.

My neice was so embarrassed, but she did manage to look at her date and say you do know he's crazy and he's not joking. Believe it or not they dated for a while before they broke up. LMAO

DK you sweet friend of my heart. LOL I have nothing to lose but alot to gain if it does work. You sound pretty confident that it does work and since I trust you...I am going to give it a try.

You've Got To Hide Your Love Away

Beatles:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CKHA2AGbXtI

Here I stand head in hand
Turn my face to the wall
If she's gone I can't go on
Feeling two foot small

Everywhere people stare
Each and every day
I can see them laugh at me
And I hear them say

Hey, you've got to
Hide your love away!

How can I even try?
I can never win
Hearing them
Seeing them
In the state
I'm in

How could she say to me:
Love will find a way?
Gaither 'round all you clowns
Let me hear you say

Hey, you've
Got to hide your love away

Thank you/nanorocknob

Was away for a few hours. Why i don't enjoy crowd of partying people is beyond me. I keep on trying but as the small group gets big i start to feel uneasy and i just become the party pooper who wants to leave. Seminole Hard Rock is still my place of choice on any given Saturday evening with a few friends. Love the food. But i don't have the stamina for drinking...gambling....noise...and dancing.
All i could think of is this blog .

I didn't have vanilla yogurt so I took my FAGE Greek Yogurt and added some stevia and a small amt of organic vanilla extract. The toasted walnuts with the honey is a masterpiece...omg...Thanks:)

ONEHEART

I heart for you about the asthma...I have never suffered with it, but I have known many who have. There is a book ...I want to say its called "The War Within". It is written by a biochemist from NC named Ski Chilton. it is a very good read. He worked for Merck Labs and did a lot of the research and development of COX2 drugs such as Celebrex. Anyway he had a sister who developed rheumatoid arthritis at a very early age so he researched and wrote this book. it explains why people suffer from autoimmune diseases and he explains the asthma as well.

I will be glad to tell u more about it on email or by phone ...

My hubs has been to many a Hamfest. He goes every year to the Charlotte HF and Dayton Ohio occasionally. The local club here in Sumter SC used to have a small one for many years. If you have ever been to any of these He most likely was there and I used to go to Charlotte with him a lot before the kids were born.

I will tell a funny story... In the 70's he used to do a lot of ATV( Amateur television) in the workshop that his parents had built for him ...with all his hobbies..motorcycles, guitars, and every piece of electronic gear known to man, and all the Ham Radio stuff, they had to have a place for him to have it all...lol

Anyway, one night his parents received a phone call from the neighbors across the street, they were watching the evening news when all of a sudden there was interference on their tv screen and whose face appears on their tv..my husbands...lol...

WHEN I WAS IN CATHOLIC COLLEGE WE HAD TO HAVE OUR SHOULDER BONES COVERED WHERE THEY MET THE TOP OF THE ARMS. WE CALLED THEM THE "BARRY BONES" (AKA BARRY COLLEGE FOR WOMEN IN THOSE DAYS) NOW AT BARRY UNIVERSITY IN MIAMI IS DEFINITELY CO-ED. ONE OF MY CLASSMATE FROM CLASS OF '62 IS THE PRESIDENT (SHE IS DOMINICAN SISTER). BACK IN THE DAY WE COULDN'T WEAR PANTS ON CAMPUS AND I HAD TO WEAR A RAINCOAT WHEN RETURNING FROM HORSEBACK RIDING IF I WERE ENTERING CAMPUS!!! AKA "THE GOOD OLD DAYS:)

I'm sorry but I'm always catching up on you guys, it must be tedious to read my replies on something said 160 comments ago. Different time zones plus I only have laptop/comp access in the evenings and nights (and then I'm sucked into FF). It's hard to get away with it in work so I hardly ever do.

Anyway, hello there every one, it's a beautiful sunny day here in Holland. Just enjoyed the MotoGp, total maniac I am when watching it.

Rose you must be sick by now having to mention the PR excuse again and again.
I see the loonies are still at it and not letting go. My god when are they gonna give this PR angle a rest, it's becoming very boring. Do these idiots not see that they are the worst PR couple ever, who ever are their advisors should be sacked.

Gossipmedia?
They'll just keep on going writing what ever they like, knowing they will always have this wonderful fanbase who suck everything up as they can't really think for themselves.

Horrormovies?
Not particularly like them, often too stupid or hilarious for words and you just know that there will be a part 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 etc. So I alway end up being totally disappointed. BUT.
The Exorcist is definitely still the creepiest I've ever seen. My mother and siblings used to drag me to cinema's all the time, I was pratically born in one as my mom was heavily preggars with me watching a western. They took me to the Exorcist movie when I was 8 yrs old (smart move) well no need to mention, it freaked the shit out of me, still when it's on the telly my hair stands up when I hear Regan/devil's voice.

@Ginger, 5:54 am, with you again.
To tell you the truth, I reckon Rob would love to leave these Twihards behind. He outgrew this a long time ago, Rob is a 26 yr old man having to play a sparkling 17 yr old. Of course he knows he owes Twilight a lot so he stays respectful but it doesn't excite him like Cosmopolis does, I mean you have to admit that the Twilight movies are not exactly intellectually inspiring. His answers during Comic con always make me laugh cause he seems to be lost, trying to find an appropriate answer to stupid questions.

Speaking of Twilight,
@Kami,
Yep that kiss was hot even if it was chaste compared to some movie kisses. It had definitely something to do with their chemistry. In fact I find Rob a rather good and sexy moviekisser. I really wouldn't have cared about the movies if it wasn't for R&K. Twilight is still the no 1 for me, prob out of sentimental reasons, it brought them together.

So, this was me again, rambling away. See you!

good morning roseland!

@sue, i’m with you, so many things going on that by the time i’m done reading all the comments and want to weigh in, i find that i’ll be posting 300 comments later … so more often, i just don’t … but …

@Super @ Sat, 8:39pm, yes, that’s a very interesting thought … someone here asked why andrew/emma, tom/sienna, etc, are able to go out in public without being harassed & stalked as much as R&K are – it’s apples & oranges. yes, i think the mentioned duos are also very cute & in-love pairs, but their relationships didn’t start as an epic romance of 2 characters that’s so pure on screen spilling over to real life. and the transparency of every look & touch that R&K have unwittingly shared in public is uniquely R&K, no one else comes close, in my opinion … and plays a major part in the overzealousness that so many fans hold for them – but that same overzealousness that ignited this fandom to its current frenzied state could be its undoing. when insane fans, who have blurred the lines between reality and fantasy, become threats, it may become necessary to pull back. i have a feeling R&K will be a bit more guarded when in public once BD2 is over – to neutralize the insanity that’s getting out of control.

@PL, i like what you said, "I have a yardstick to measure what I think should be said and it is, how would Rob or Kristen feel if they read my comments." i believe that too. i think that being in this business, R&K, or at least their friends & reps, monitor some of the positive fan blogs to get a temperature reading of the fandom. so in my posts, the few of them that is, i strive to be always respectful of them.

@LIZ and Kami, i think i’ve read that story of the arlington, texas teacher somewhere (might be yahoo) several weeks ago. and if i recall correctly, the couple (the teacher & her husband) are swingers. but this affair that the texas wife had with the 5 HS seniors was without her hubby’s knowledge & consent. but he was willing to forgive. i think it’s a bizarre story …

@Oneheart, i love your list although i always found #4 a bit creepy. i love #2 the best.

Kami said...

Parker, I have a feeling this teacher will no longer be working for the Texas school district down here ever again. The majority of Texas school districts frown upon Students and teachers regardless of age of the student, intermingling. I agree, about it being odd. For me, and me personally, my husband would go from being a Bull to a steer in a heartbeat if he did that. But different strokes for everyone. so I agree it's creepy.

Sue, I can feel your pain about being taken to see a movie when you were 8 that you should never have seen that young. I wanted to see Jaws, I begged, pleaded, cried...I was so upset my brother had seen it already and talked about it all the time, I was so jealous. So my mom finally decided she'd had enough, she asked me if I was sure I could handle seeing the movie, I said yes, so the entire family got in the car, went to the drive in theater, yes it was a while ago, and watched Jaws. I was 7 years old and scared for life lol. I cannot even hear the music without covering my ears and closing my eyes. If the show is on a t.v. at someone else's house I will leave the room.

Did any of you watch any Alfred Hitchcock ? I can remember watching one as a young teenager and there were loads of dead rabbits in it!!!!! It scared the life out of me :-[ I can't remember what it was called, just the dead rabbits lol.

parker said...

@Kami, i agree, i think that’s why even though the kids were of legal age, she still got 5 years. i can’t understand people who would risk going to jail for sex.

@sue and Ginger, i agree, twilight is what launched rob’s career but it’s not what will define it. obsessed fans are foolish to think that he owes them for the rest of his life for their support. fans got what they wanted from a believable performance. it was worth every penny plus some (the bonus being a witness to the making of a great RL love story). that’s it. anything else that happens after is purely because of rob’s talent, not because of fans. generally, if a movie has a good story, decent acting and loads of marketing, people will come, rabid fan or not. twilight may have been one of the few exceptions to the rule because yes, i agree, it’s not necessarily intellectually inspiring nor brilliantly scripted … it was the actors and that potent chemistry of R&K that magnetised so many people (me included) to the films. but to make threats and think that the success or failure of every future movie that R&K will make will be dictated solely by fan support is a delusion that lives only in the minds of the insane fans. what is even more delusional is for the lunatic fringe to think that they’re actually a majority that could make a dent, when in reality they probably only number in the hundreds or less.

@ali mac, i don’t think i’ve ever seen that hitchcock movie but we rented “the birds” by Alfred Hitchcock not too long ago – that was pretty scary, i think. has anyone ever seen a movie called “carrie” – i saw it on cable some weeks ago. i wasn’t scared during the whole movie but the end scared the shit out of me lol.

i was also watching my DVD of “adventures of tintin” recently and was thinking of actors who have very distinct voices that would be great in animated movies. i watched lorax and honestly, if i didn’t know that it was taylor swift and zac efron, i wouldn’t have recognized them. so i was thinking, i think Kristen would be great as a voice in an animated movie. because i think she has a very distinct voice. i don’t think it’s because i often hear her in videos but there’s a certain timbre and break in her voice that makes it quite unique. another actor whose voice i know i would recognize right away is jack nicholson.

@Super, i agree, better be careful than sorry – these are crazy times. the colorado theatre shooting is still fresh in my mind. so i’m expecting beefed-up security, pat-downs & cameras to easily spot trouble.

@Kami, yes, i think she’s the one who played carrie. and john travolta was in there too – very young still & minor role. he was the boyfriend of one of the girl-bully. i’m not gonna say the end in case others haven’t seen it but i jumped and screamed a little bit. psycho is a good one too especially that part where he’s talking to his dead mother – just thinking about it gives me goosebumps.

Hi GINGER, HOLY, GARGAMEL and KAMI

I have been watching Dark Shadows. I ordered the entire series on DVD in April...it came in a box shaped like a coffin and a card was in there that was signed by Jonathan Frid... and have been so addicted to it..even my husband is coming into the den and asking to watch it...Of course the series is somewhat campy..in a way...but I really appreciate Jonathan Frids acting now more than I did as a teen. they recorded each episode straight through and back in the sixties they didn't have the technology to stop and re do a scene so if they forgot their lines they just improvised their way through and sometimes a camera would be inadvertently in a scene.... Or something would fall over...good stuff I tell ya....
