Ib - good description. My "yowler" isn't pleased with his staff (namely me) at the moment. The food isn't up to snuff. He gets abused (when he's forced to take his meds). I don't jump when he wants water. So, he's planning on trading me in for a new model.

SMITTY..Do you ever use a crock pot??? I use one probably one night a week or on Sunday..If you want something that is delicious, nutritious and EASY... Take a roast beef and lay it in the pot...heat 2 cups of water and mix one envelope of Liptons onion soup mix and pour on top..add potatoes and carrots around the sides and cook on low for 10-12 hours....DELISH..

Didn't DK mention a while ago wanting Roselanders to post pictures with hats?
SAUCE (4-6 servings)
1 lb tomatoes (processed or blended)
1 med chopped onion
3 6oz cans tomato paste
2 cloves minced garlic
3 T oil
3 scant T sugar
1 tsp dried basil or 1 T fresh
salt & pepper to taste (easy on salt)
1/2 tsp fennel
In a pot saute' onion & garlic until transparent (not brown). Add tomato. Cook down until thick & creamy, about 20 min. Add paste, filling each can 3 times with water & adding to the pot. Add seasonings. Cook on med-high to boil. Continue cooking on med, stirring frequently for 2 - 2 1/2 hr or until thick.
MEATBALLS
1 lb. ground chuck
2 lg eggs
salt & pepper to taste
2 cloves minced garlic
3/4 c bread crumbs
1/2 c Parmesan or Romano cheese
2-3 T chopped fresh parsley
2T. chopped celery leaves (tender, yellow ones)
Water as needed (approx 1/2 c)
Mix and form into balls. Fry gently in oil.

I still couldn't figure out why such a girl like Kristen was ever needed to be a sandwich between other guys even if both other guys happened to be close friends.Relationship is private matter of intimacy between to souls, its not some game or way to have entertainment,pride or feeling of empowerment for other people around! Hi, Just wanted to remind Jr. that if Rob goes to any of Kristen's premier's there's gonna be an even crazier riot than if Kristen goes to one of his. They support each other and they don't have to go to each others premier's. Why is it that with regards to these couple's business, people always nit pick everything, not all couples got to each others premiers. You think Reese's husband will go to all hers, I don't think so. I've noticed that with any other Hollywood couples. Just because it's Kristen and Rob everyone has to put their two cents in. Like Chris Weitz tweeted maybe now with Breaking Dawn almost done filming, they'll leave Rob and Kristen alone, so these two can enjoy their relationship in peace and enjoy themselves. We know that SWATH will be filming in London and Berlin. I hope they can have some great quality time and vacation together, boy do they deserve it. These two are obviously very much together and in love and haters will always be in denial, maybe even if they get married, they will still harass them. CRAZY!

Spaghetti, I can't hardly eat it anymore, but I did recently after about 30 years of not eating it.
And you know what, Lindsey and Bren, it was damn good!
My mother made it so often when we were children, that I lost my mind over it, and not in a good way.
I found ways to dispose of it, like out the kitchen window, in my pockets, under the stove, to the dog, etc. Mom did catch on, but didn't stop making it so often.
It is now a dear memory of her and my childhood, and mostly it will remain that, at least until I'm 90!
Then, I'll be ready to eat some again...

But Irving Berlin's been gone so long, it must be in public domain for the lyrics, but not that movie scene?

Went out to Applebee's while I was undercover earlier, and ordered two appetizers. The leftovers are now in my fridge.
Boneless chicken wings, 1/2 Southern and 1/2 Honey BBQ and a Veggie Patch Pizza. Mighty good.

Beer is food for the soul and stored in the belly as fat, to fuel the body to run, and run hard, if you drink enough of it. IMO.

Error made, error made...they are Vanilla Caramel almonds by Planters and they are growing on me, as they weren't yesterday, when I didn't have my Miller.
Still, not happily addicted to the M&M Pretzels yet, am able to manage to eat only 6 or 8, most days.
Hey, when did I put this Swiss Milk Chocolate bar on my desk, where I can see it, and since it is already open, must taste a tad or two?
It is of course, so healthy, in so many ways, for it has nuts and fruit along with the natural magnesium in the chocolate.
