Here is the link to the apple dumplings. It is not my original but from Allrecipes. I wouldn't want to claim it as my own. That would be like taking a recipe off the back of a bag of chocolate chips or something and saying I make the best cookies.
The recipe does cut in half easily for a 9x9 pan and I reduce the sugar somewhat as I think it is a little too sweet.

My 2 cents on things in R/K land (not that it actually matters-lol)
I do the twitter thing. I follow other R/K fans so I see all the hoopla. However when it comes to that stuff I generally only observe. The amount of absurdity out there astounds me sometimes. People have no shame at all. Kinda scary.
I've recently read the sheer stupidity that has come out of the "she devils" lair. Kristen owns them and she isn't doing anything except living her life with a wonderful man beside her.
Here's the thing, Kristen, if she wanted to, could flaunt the fact she is in a relationship with a man that is desired by millions of women all over. Yet she doesn't. I respect her more for that.
To add to what PRpro said about celebs on twitter. IMO, I tend to think that many celebs want as much adoration from fans as possible. Twitter now means instant adoration 24/7/365.
Twitter in turn has given fans instant access to their fav. celebs. Because celebs tweet all kinds of personal pics/info about themselves fans now believe that it's okay to know all about them.
Because many celebs have lessened the boundaries between themselves and their fans, it's making it very hard for celebs like Rob and Kristen to be able to lead a private life. I commend R/K for what they have been able to do so far given how "in demand" they are.

Hope and Melinda thanks for the congrats for my son. Everyday this week he has engaged me in some topic that we have to google to learn more information(ex. String theory, Einstein, car engines and movies) He keeps me on my toes.lol
30, I agree with you about the WFE sites. Those girl's don't deserve the drama they have been getting. This all happened five years ago. Inside Edition showed a video, (don't know if it's the same one), but it was sad to see elephants treated so inhumanely.

I also read that Jack Kerouac's mothers house is within driving distance to where I live. Jack lived there at one point as an adult. He also penned a book(not OTR) while living there. Small world we live in.
IB- HOA's can be a nightmare! I wish you all the luck in fighting with the neighborhood bully and those he has in his pockets.
Annie- If you are ever bored and want something to do go to thesmokinggun.com and read the "riders" of certain musicians. The things they want amaze me! So I'm not really surprised abt Will Smith.
Not all celebs are cut from the same cloth though. Which is why I'm only a fan of a few. They are more interested in being an actor than being a celeb.

Melinda...OMG...so funny you mentioned IN and OUT. Today they are opening a few locations in North Texas!! It is on the news...LOL...LIVE coverage!! So...because Smitty has declared her love for this place, we will be having a burger for dinner tonite. Cannot wait!

It's been a long time since I’ve posted here, but I read the blog and all the comments everyday!
English isn’t my first language, so I’m sorry for my mistakes and bad grammar, but the classes I took in high school are beginning to fade away.
Anyway, today I had to comment because I’ve read something that blowed my mind away and frankly scared me as hell.
I don’t have a twitter account nor do I know how that world works (I’m “twitter – challenged”) but sometimes I read the public tweets…and I’ve come across an account that made me understand just the level of insanity Rose must deal on a daily basis!
It’s called “becausewearenot” and contains the comments left on the nonsten.com by its users….
I’ve only read some of them and all I could think of was two things: 1 – There are scary, scary peopled out there, with serious mental issues and 2 – I wish I could meet or know Kristen Stewart so I could give her a big, big hug and tell her that she is one brave and courageous girl!!
To face that level of lunacy and still be sane, balanced and try to live a “normal” life it really is an accomplishment!
Be safe Rose and Roselanders….today I’ve realized what a true blessing this place is in the middle of the craziness that the “twiworld” has become!

Got to sleep until 7 this morning due to some more state testing and a modified schedule! Sure do like these days even though they are far and few between. : )
Thank you Linda, will enjoy the day. What a sweet and brave kitty to bring you such a "treasure". I agree, scary eyes. My sweet little one, when she was still with me, brought me a little field mouse once and several little lizards. Quite ugly, but such proud little gifts. I haven't the heart to get a new little kitten. My last kitty was with me for many, many years and I cried for days when I finally had to have the vet put her down. They are such sweet, funny, loving, graceful creatures.
Oh Hope, can this be true? IN N OUT in the Lone Star State? Haven't heard anything yet about one opening in my area, but this town has one of the highest number of restaurants per population in the state. I will wish hard and maybe soon I will be savoring the taste of one of those burgers, even though I try to stay veggie most of the time. My son stops at one whenever he can when he is on business trips since there are no In N Outs in his state either. He raves about them.

In case ya all were wondering it has been invaded by extremist and bully's tainting the film, Rob, Reese and Fox, they are spamming ALL blogs, hacking fans sites and blaming the movie for the training methods used for Tai.
It would be so nice too have the support for Rob and this beautiful movie wouldn't it? I just may be a bit too passionate person in real life and stick up for something I believe in.It just would be nice too see more positive comments over there that's all.
