You probably have all the tea information you want, but there is a book called "The Ultimate Tea Diet" by Mark Ukra. It is quite interesting and advocates drinking tea all day to curb your appetite, especially green tea. He even suggests using tea leaves as seasoning.

Also, would like to share that once we got in to Austin, my friends who live there mentioned that The Kings Speech was playing at the Regal Arbor 8 and they surprised us all with tickets for an after lunch showing. It is a masterpiece of a movie and I hope you all can see it. The movie, Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush deserve Oscars, Golden Globes and SAG awards. Helena Bonham Carter was lovely. The audience clapped at the end! I can't say enough about how wonderful this film is. I was delighted with it and also the fact that we all got to see it today.

It really did have some interesting ideas in it. I have to admit, if I drink hot tea all day, I don't seem to feel the need to snack.
There is another website adagio.com that also sells a lot of teas. I have ordered from them and the tea comes in cute little tins. Just stay away from the gunpowder tea. Tastes like it sounds.

I enjoyed True Grit ( and really like Jeff Bridges...a must see is his movie Crazy Heart ), but I absolutely loved The King's Speech. Two very different movies; I much prefer the historical theme, setting and the brilliant script of TKS. The friendship that develops between Bertie and Logue is heartwarming and intriguing.....this is a true story. I loved it! If the movie makes it to my town, I will see it again with some friends here. I will buy this DVD when it is released.

I used to think that I could eat Mexican food every day and not get sick of it.
Well, one week I had it almost every day, and I admit, I grew a little tired of it. Had to wait a few days before eating it again, lol.
Always feel like I am waiting, waiting until I have it again, ha, ha. Could be like waiting for R/K news which is also a delicious pastime!
Also, I drink tea and coffee, loose and bagged, with or without cream, honey, sugar, milk or lemon.
Must be that I am a true glutton for food and drink, I'd say....

Hi Super RN & Rhonda, Sorry for the "driveby" post last night but I had a couple of friends come over to watch Remember Me on Bluray. I've seen it before but they haven't. We were all in tears by the end of it. Amazing how even though I know how it ends it still affects me the same.
Tea or coffee? Hmmm...I love them both. I love Peppermint Tea and Orange Roobios Tea. As for coffee, it's got to be Tim Hortons or Dunkin' Donuts. Not really a fan of Starbucks...that is some STRONG coffee!
The only movie that I’ve seen in the theater this holiday season is Tangled and I thought it was really cute.
