I love the ideas you have for Rob and Kristen. You are right, I think they have manufactured this entire thing. She's gay (or dating Garrett maybe) and he's gay (or a manwhore) and they are dating each other but trying to get more PR by hiding it. I mean it is brilliant really, pretend to be private about a relationship and get tons of those happy paps to follow you around day and night, night and day. Who WOULDN'T love that type of life??? I mean, people leave celebrities alone if they just give them what they want right? Its not like people stalk actors and their families.
But see now wait, because I am pretty sure that last summer some might clear pictures DID surface of Rob and Kristen kissing. And they got them before that at a KOL concert. Then there were the pictures from airports and at a restaurant, and in cabs, and that whole thing where they were on vacation and NOT working and there are more. So in a way, they have been sort of confirmed as a couple. Plus, when they are asked, if there was NO relationship wouldn't it be easier to just deny it? I would if I were them. Unless....hmmmm....well just go with me on this one, unless it was like really important for them to try to keep something that is private just to themselves. I mean, even with all of that confirmation from the wonderful paps, they STILL get followed and chased and asked a lot of really funny questions. So maybe they just would rather not. I mean, they are not under contract to share every detail of their lives. Actually they are not under contract to share ANY part of their lives. All they are under contract to do is act and promote the films they do. Other than that, I am pretty sure, they are allowed to protect and defend the rest of their lives.
Sure I am thinking, its not the usual Hollywood game. I mean you are right. A lot of actors sell themselves and the details of their lives. But maybe these two just don't want that. I'm actually glad that the trolling posts from last night weren't deleted. I know some were worn out by the exercise, but that's just it. Its practice, exercise, and we'll be in better shape for the next time. I think there's nothing wrong with giving people the benefit of the doubt. It it turns out they didn't warrant it, that's on them, not the one trusting.

It is a two-way street,DK. It is really better for them(patients) to listen to the gentle guidance of their nurses (wise for the doctors too). We are almost always pleasant and compliant,because nurses are people pleasers. Yes, we do have our moments and there might be a few Nurse Ratched's out there.

The person who deliberately says things disguised in an innocent statement of friendship that is designed to make fun of and ridicule another person?

I would say the person who says a supposedly innocent statement which is, in fact, meant to be hurtful. Their act is deliberate and pre-meditated. Their whole motive was to ridicule but they cloaked it in a joke. That is way more malicious than a slip of the tongue.

That particular song is one of the first songs I remember hearing on the radio when I was like in first grade..a wonderful memory...ROSE...I will re read yesterday post...no worries...KAMI...no one is perfect but you COULDN'T be troll material...but eat the chocolate anyway..life is too short...
Kami - Definitely the 2nd one.I think most of us will have been guilty of both at some point.In my experience if I've inadvertently put my foot in it or someone's done it to me,you usually end up laughing,the more you try to dig yourself out of your hole,the more flustered you get and it just becomes ridiculous.
The fake "innocent" remark is the worst because you usually purposely target someone's insecurities,knowing it will really hit home and those things stay with people for a long time. They're the kind of things most of us might stoop to if we're hurt and lashing out but like most of us,I do know one or two nasty people who just like causing trouble,possibly to hide their own insecurities. That's my view on it anyway :)
