3. I wanted to thank everyone who had a kind word
for me over the last few days.
It was kinda bizarre.
We had 2 funerals and a wedding
One funeral took us by surprise.
I hope I didn't come across as flippant or anything...
The people involved weren't close to me
Distant relative of my husband.
Old friend of my husband whom he hadn't seen in years.
So while there was sadness and grief...
Mine was for my dear husband.
It was good that we ended the weekend with a wedding.
We needed it and it was actually better than I thought it would be.
I only hope the Bride is as happy everyday
as she was on her wedding day.
4. I'm still wearing my Rose Colored Glasses.
And all is rosy and glorious
and I love how they block the hate.
(They are polarized)
Although I admit to missing the laughs that reading some
of the bullshit drama gave me...
It is a nice calming peace to not deal with negativity.
For now... at least.

5. I sometimes get comments telling me that they miss
how I used to blog.
When I would just obsess over Robert...
Well.
I will be honest.
While I still love and adore Robert Pattinson...
I don't obsess over him like I used to.
I used to get all angsty and overwhelmed
with every new picture or appearance.
I don't anymore.
I don't have that heightened NEED anymore.
But you know...
it's been 2 years since I started this blog
and things change.
I've changed.
I would hate to think I've just stagnated for the last 2 years
and honestly...
isn't it GOOD that I'm not as obsessive/addicted as I used to be?
I think so.
Sometimes when I get those kind of comments...
I really think they are saying

I have wireless cable. I just started having problems in the past month or so. I have changed the channel on the router 3 times now. I think part of the problem is my son moved back after he finished college with his laptop and now my husband brings his home from work. It seems that our friend Syd wasn't the one creating the drama last night but instead it was me! You have to believe me when I say I think you are all wonderful, sweet, imaginative, creative, talented, smart, funny, and very loyal. I did not mean in any way to offend anyone. I simply cannot follow what goes on here and it all seemed rather random. I seem to have offended some of you and I want to offer my apology and hope you will believe that I do not think anyone is crazy. It was a crazy situation though as I was completely confused.
I hope this clears things up and that you all understand. I wish you all the best and thank you for, I hope, your forgiveness.

Wouldn't it be lovely if internet fandoms came with a guidebook full of "DO's and DON'T's" for posting? We really need a modern day Emily Post or a Miss Manners to write a rule book. During my early days in the Twilight fandom, I joined a site where a lot of the women referred to other members as their "wife" or "wifey". I just ASSumed that there was a rather large number of members who were married to each other in real life. During the holiday season I asked another member which side of the family she and her "wifey" would be visiting for Christmas. She laughingly ("LMFAO!!!!!!" was her exact reply) explained that she was happily married to her DH (that's Dear Husband in fan speak) and had 5 children and the her "wifey" was actually her internet BFF (that's Best Friend Forever). *blushes* Our exchange drew about 100 comments of people who were also apparently laughing their fucking asses off at my mistake, all accompanied by evil little laughing emoticons. For months after that incident, I began to religiously search the Urban Dictionary for an alternate meaning to any word or phrase before I posted on that site. I can laugh about it now, but I felt like such an idiot at the time.
I wasn't here last night, but in reading back through the comments I think it was just a misunderstanding. The other members were only looking out for their friends and it seems like that was your intention too. It was very kind of you to post your apology and I'm sure it will mean a lot to those involved. Roseland is an amazing place full of loyal members who respect and support Rose, Robert, Kristen and those closest to them. You and your wonderful friends are an important part of Roseland, and you're welcome to join in the fun anytime.

I don't think anyone is offended, like you said major confusion. Everyone is just trying to protect Roseland and the people that post here. You, Lil, and Bailey are our most favorite posters. I am only home for a few winks and a shower and swung by to see what “fun” I missed. Was going to post something silly about more basements and window licking, but maybe just sharing my yesterday will be the sunshine this morning Roseland seems to need.
For the last few months, I have been working with a group of children that have a severe movement disorder. Most of these children have difficulty walking; feeding themselves…it even interferes with them playing. We have been working with a new therapy and yesterday we had a breakthrough! It was small, but amazingly wonderful. I obviously can’t provide much detail, but know that a child’s self amazed smile lit up my world yesterday and I am passing that wonder onto Roseland this morning.
We all have our share of real life drama going on. We are all friends here just trying to add a little happy to life. The first time I sent something personal into this unknown cyber world, I received a wonderful gift back from you all. I hope sharing this time you feel it received.
@Rose: Thank you for a beautiful post. May I dare say that your happiness has become just as important to Roseland as Rob and Kristen’s? As their smiles make us smile, so does yours.
@1RoseFan: my *wave* may be late (thus the jokes about helmets and window licking if you missed them) but it is genuine none the same.
@Sue: Your chronicles are integral to our laughter and brilliant. The “fucker really sparkled”… “Bob Punchjunk”… “Twi sanctioned swimsuits”…don’t care who you are that’s HILARIOUS!
@Boris: Just hang out more. You’re smart and the Roselandians aren’t that complex. Just good people having sometimes borderline “good” fun.
@Tracy: Flove you back! Remember miracles happen everyday. They may not come in the form we wish for. We may have to look a little harder for them, but they are there. You know where to find me…even if I’m no longer in your basement ;) BTW…did I leave my helmet there? LOL
As Roses’ post shows, and we all have experienced (or we wouldn’t be here right?), a smile increases your face value…and surely is infectious.

Last night did get a bit confused and chaotic, but I think everyone has calmed down and things will be okay. We're very protective of ALL of the wonderful people here. We are happy that Rose has brought us all together and no one wants Roseland to change from the fun place that it is. It will get easier to follow, promise. :)
I've been going through the comments, it seems that there was some kind of misunderstanding but it seems everything has been explained...so I'm thinking eveything is great.
