I have a recipe for you guys to try :) And I'll just copy and paste it because last time I tried to type it out, I had someone using like 12 cups of brown sugar.
Cherry and Plum Crisp
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup regular oats
3 Tbs cold butter
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups chopped, ripe plums
4 cups pitted, sweet cherries
2 Tbs all purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/8 tsp salt
Cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 400
Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup, level with a knife.
Place flour, brown sugar, and almonds in a food processor. Pulse 5 times, or until blended. Add oats, butter, cinnamon and 1/4 tsp salt. Pulse 5 times, or until mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
Combine plumbs and next 4 ingredients into a large bowl. Toss well. Spoon into a 13X9 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with oat mixture.
Bake at 400 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
I'm imagining a Hyena Battle Royale involving Bella and Edward dolls.

I told her preschool teacher, and her kindergarten teacher she wouldn't nap, but they didn't believe me. Until a few weeks later, when they tell me "She just won't take a nap!"

My friend's daughter who is a nurse gave me a remedy of sorts for migraines, it seems to work for me. She said to take a Benadryl and ibuprofen (Motrin, Excedrin, Advil) together. I have done that and it has helped me with my migraines. Sometimes I have had to double the dosage.

The doctor gave me Immitrex for when I get a migraine but it really upsets my stomach. I take it anyway because it does seem to help a bit.

I haven't heard of Tracy's approach but I know if you take a load dose of painkiller initially like 800mg Ibuprofen then get some caffeine. There used to be a Rx can't remember the name but that basically was what it was. The caffeine really helps to combat it.
Tracy's method would essentially be a load dose too just try adding the caffeine. Hope it helps.

as for recipes, I like to bake cakes...don't know if you like, but here's one for you:
Hazelnut and chocolate cake
Ingredients
oil, for greasing
175 g wholemeal flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
175 g unsalted butter
175 g lightlight muscovado sugar, light muscovado sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp milk
200 g best quality dark chocolate, finely chopped
125 g ground Hazelnuts
25 g Hazelnuts, chopped
Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/gas 4.
2. Grease and line an 18cm springform cake tin.
3. Sift the flour and baking powder, returning the sifted-out bran to the bowl.
4. Cream the butter with the sugar until light and fluffy.
5. Add the eggs, a little at a time, beating between each addition.
6. Using a metal spoon, fold in the milk, and sifted flour and baking powder, mixing thoroughly.
7. Add about two-thirds of the chopped chocolate, together with the ground hazelnuts.
8. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin, levelling the surface. Sprinkle with the chopped hazelnuts and the remaining chocolate.
9. Bake in the centre of the oven for 1 hour, then cover the cake with a sheet of greaseproof paper to prevent the nuts from burning. Bake for 30 minutes more or until the centre feels springy when lightly touched.
10. Release the springform tin and leave to cool.

Suebee I have the same problem with migraines and Immitrex, so my doctor told me to try Excedrin (if you can take aspirin, if not Aleve) a benadryl like T said and to follow that up with something that has caffeine, and he suggested chocolate...he said that it helps the blood flow properly to the brain...anyway I've tried it and it does help a lot. Hope you feel better, enjoy your niece.
