Rob and Kristen- For The Last Time...

This makes me SO happy!

THIS makes me SO happy!

I cannot wait to see her again!

And I'm incredibly excited about WTTR...
I just hope it gets a wider release
so that everyone can see how fuck awesome
Kristen is in this movie.
Roger Ebert already saw the movie at Sundance
and her performance inspired him to say,
“I’m discovering an important new actress.”
2 thumbs up!

The Runaways was showing in 2 theaters
within a 50 mile radius of my house...
That's pretty damn sucky.
But I did get to see it in the theater
(with a lot of old men... totally creeptastic)
So I'm hoping that WTTR will also be near by.

It's not just Kristen that I want to see...
I'm a major fan of James Gandolfini
Like huge.
It goes beyond his superb work in the Sopranos...
I love the guy.

So I've found my Rose colored glasses...
and decided to block out the negative

I don't really need any old glasses to see the good.
It's right in front of me all the time.
For some odd reason a line from the Simpsons
keeps popping into my head...
Homer to Bart
"Let the baby have his bottle"
Random... I know.
But that's how I feel today.

I know what I know...
And Robert and Kristen being together
is one of those things.

Both sides of this debate have their 'insiders'
Some a bit more dubious than others...
(You know... a friends uncle who has a cousins girlfriend who is in the 'business')
They both give people what they want to hear.
But you may not believe this...
I don't need anyone to tell me what is right in front of me.
Yeah, it's always nice to have my thoughts confirmed
(which they usually are)
But it's really just logic and common sense...
and not being blinded by hatred.

Does Robert look miserable here?
He looks pretty fucking relaxed and comfortable to me...

Kinda looks like he's where he wants to be
with exactly who he wants to be

He's not looking angry or put out...
He's not looking like Summit has a gun pointed at him in the bushes

He looks like a man...
who wants to be as close as possible to Kristen.
A man who is smiling...
And not just any old smile...
one that says...
THIS is definitely where I want to be.

Shes got these big green eyes, and they're as wide as the moon.
They can take you to bed without you leavin' the room.
I would kill just to be her man,
but she's too cool to give a damn.

I'm falling in love for the last time
I'm falling in love forever and ever.
Falling in love with a girl that ain't mine
I'm falling in love for the last time.
She makes me feel like a king,
she makes me feel like a freak
She plays on me because she knows that I'm weak
And she knows just what to say, just to brighten up my day.

I'm falling in love for the last time
I'm falling in love forever and ever.
Falling in love with a girl that ain't mine
I'm falling in love for the last time.

I'm falling in love with a girl...

Someone I adore quoted Winnie The Pooh recently...
And I will admit it, OK...
I'm a sap.
You might not think so because I'm often so
Sarcastically Snarky
But I really am a softie.
Sarcastically Snarky Softie Sap?
Snarky Sarcastic Sappy Softie?

Piglet holds a special place in my
blackened, grizzled, shrunken Grinch heart.

Piglet sidled up to Pooh from behind. "Pooh," he whispered.

"Yes, Piglet?"

"Nothing," said Piglet, taking Pooh's paw, "I just wanted to be sure of you."

I just wanted to be sure of you.

This post is brought to you by the letters *P* and *S*

P for Piglet of course.
I wanna hug him...
and squeeze him...
and call him George.
OK, maybe not George...
But I'm sticking by the hugging and squeezing.

S for Smitty.
Thanks for sharing that quote with me...
It really got to me.
Good Luck on Friday!

Bye for now

great post Rose, yet again!

LOVED the part about Summit holding a gun aimed at his head in the montreal bushes, I laughed out loud, a big hearty laugh!

I don't know, but you would think if you were his fan, you'd actually be happy that he seems to be having a good summer with friends and loved ones. That makes me happy for him.

Can't wait for kristen tomorrow- as well as your commentary on it!

Honey said...

What you need to know:

1. Kristen is losing interest in Rob
2. Her and Tom are getting closer
3. There is tension between Tom and Rob

Rob will not be making an appearance during WTTR promo and at the premiere. However Tom will be taking his place by Kristen's side. Not long now till Rob will be out of the picture.

Hi every one ...Honey sweety you just don't give up , in some level I admire that ....I have Rose color glasses today ...to all have a great one ....

OMG, Honey. You're still here?
I assume you must love Rose very much.

anyway, really want to see Kristen on Jay Leno, but i guess i can only watch her on you tube since we don't have Jay Leno's in my country.

Great post as usual, Rose.

Oh Honey Bunny,

you are so funny thanks for the laugh.

Kami said...

Honey I'd tell you off, however right now I'm the president of the SueBee for prom Queen committee...and too busy..

However being so old...my eye
sight is gone I can barely see the screen to type, my hearing is so bad I can't hear people on the phone, I have arthritis so bad in my hands I can't paint posters, my walker is in the shop so I can't go door to do asking for votes. Being so old, I'm getting senile and can't remember where I live nor where I put my teeth...ohhh wait there's they are...hmm why won't they fit...oh wait it's my hearing aid...now what was I writing about...oh yeah...VOTE For....hmmm who was that again...oh yeah...Vote for Pat Boone!!!...hmmm that don't seem right...oh well..off to sleep...

(PS. this was meant to be funny, slightly snarky and in no way meant to fight take it with a smile and a grain of salt)

Kami said...

what the hell...Honey please hush!

Sydney said...

Sure thing Honey. You go ahead and hold you breath for all that to happen.

The Runaways was playing in a few theaters in my city too, so I am also hoping Welcome to the Riley's will be as well. I am very intrigued by this movie. Can't wait to see Kristen on Leno. It feels like it's been so long.

So sweet how happy and blissful they look when they don't know the cameras are there. Holding hands at a Paris airport, nuzzling on the set of OTR, kissing in the street outside a party. So presh.

SueBee said...

Any other words of wisdom?? I'm writing it down. Really.

Honey said...

Oh I feel sorry for all for you because you cant see whats really happening. Kristen is losing interest in Rob. She doesn't want him at the WTTR premiere nor does Gio. Walter didnt want him on the OTR set either. He should just go back to London and let Tom be Edward instead. Breaking Dawn can carry on without him. Cant wait for the WTTR promo because Rob won't be around ;)

SueBee said...

Yeah, you read my post! Did you find your reading glasses?

I'd get up and get mine but I don't want to break a hip or forget why I left the room.

Thank you so much for joining my prom queen committee. I want so badly to be cool so I'm hoping this will help!

LJ said...

Hi Rose!

As far as I know there is no UK release date for WTTR which is rubbish, I really want to see it!

Lots of luck to Kristen for The Tonight Show, not that she needs it she will be awesome as always

Honey...you are ridiculous...end of.

Much love,

katy said...

You just hold your breath for that...starting now.

Bwahahaha!! YOU feel sorry for US??

I FLOVE it!!

Kami said...

SueBee you'll have to speak up I have my hearing aid in wrong and I can't hear ya... we will make you Prom Queen yet...like Lucy says to Ethel..."I've got a plan" what we will do...if either one of us can remember what the hell we're doing in 5mins... is we will run you against Honey for Prom Queen and just like that BAM you're in, prom queen and part of the cool crowd...hmmm how would you feel about being head cheerleader? Too risky? i mean no broken hips are needed...lol

SueBee said...

Honey, please go on. I'm hanging on every word. Really.

Anything else to add?

Hope said...

Well...let me second that Rose...Good luck tomorrow on the Leno Show!! We will all be watching to see how beautiful she looks with those long legs gliding across the stage. Cannot wait to hear any news on WTTR, BD or OTR she wishes to share.

Love that you ended with that great song...and thoughts from Pooh.

Oh...and from yesterday...I think we are ALL 'cool' here in Roseland because we visit Rose's blog each day and that is a 'cool' thing.

Kami said...

Honey, you're crazy as a loon, nutty as a fruitcake and all around a pimple on the butt of humanity...but I have to say...as disgusting as you are..and as wrong as you are...you're beginning to grow on me...kinda like a fungus, but you're growing on me...

Can't wait to see Kristen on Jay. Thankfully he is not an ass like another late night host is. I bet he can even pronounce wolves right... :)

So looking forward to WTTR. Will making a trip somewhere to see it for sure.

Honey- you are on a roll today. Keep it up as we all get amusement from your ramblings.

Today is turning out to be a beautiful day. Going to twirl and smile all day I believe.

Hugs to you all!

I loved the Jay Leno show the last time, when they were talking about how she was so proud of herself at the Oscars. It made me pull this kind of face :P
I was like, yehhh! Go you Kristen.
And she really gave something of herself, shared that she wears her heart on her sleeve which made me go awe.

She played that game with the hankies too?? Hankie Pankie I think it was. XD

Her interview the last time was brilliant though overall. So I'm definitely looking forward to tomorrow's. I'll probably see it sometime Saturday, with the times and everything.

Ode To Rose

You've got that thing, you've got that thing,
That thing that makes birds forget to sing.
Yes, you've got that thing, that certain thing.

You've got that charm, that subtle charm,
That makes young farmers desert the farm.
'Cause you've got that thing, that certain thing.

You've got what Adam craved when he
With love for Eve was tortured.
She only had an apple tree.
But you, you've got an orchard!

You've got that thing, you've got that thing,
That thing that makes vines prefer to cling.
Yes, you've got that thing, that certain thing.

You've got that thing, you've got that thing,
That thing that makes bees refuse to sting.
Yes, you've got that thing, that certain thing!

From the Broadway show "Fifty Million Frenchmen"
(Cole Porter)(1929)

Kstewrocks, thank you for your comments...on my end all is right between us, no hard feelings...(even about the <.< middle aged and elderly remark..wink wink...kidding it's cool I decided to see the humor in it..) I think you'll find everyone here is pretty nice...we do it to combat people like....the sticky one (points to Honey)

PS. the age thing goes...baby, child, teenager, young adult, adult, middle aged, elderly and OMG YOU'RE SO OLD and dead...LOL

Anonymous said...

I totes agree! I can't wait to see her one Leno. I hope she never has to do Letterman again! He's an ASS!! Not just to her...it's painful to watch his show period. He doesn't even try with most of his guest. I don't understand how he still has a show!

Good Luck, Kristen :)

(: Hope, omg, I hope so! I bet Kristen would win any game, she seems quite competitive. =D Each interview should have a game that they play.
It'll be talk on WTTR, right?? I can tell Jay Leno will be supportive like he was with The Runaways. He's like, a gentle interviewer. :)

These are some of the other artists that have sung, "Come Rain or Come Shine".

The lyrics are at the bottom. You can find actual songs on youtube or by googling the artist/song.

There are many different singing styles so you have a great selection from which to choose. (I've always liked Della Reese and Judy Garlands's versions.)

Recorded by: Julie Andrews; Ray Anthony; Pearl Bailey; Chet Baker;
Count Basie; Richard Rodney Bennett; Tony Bennett; Polly Bergen;
Les Brown; Frank Chacksfield; Ray Charles; June Christy;
Petula Clark; Rosemary Clooney; Perry Como; Rita Coolidge;
Michael Crawford; Miles Dasvis; Buddy DeFranco; Marlene Dietrich;
Tommy Dorsey; Duke Ellington; Ella Fitzgerald; Helen Forrest;
The Four Freshmen; Connie Francis; Judy Garland; Erroll Garner;
Stan Getz; Jackie Gleason; Benny Goodman; Buddy Greco; Dick Haymes;
Ted Heath; Woody Herman; Earl Hines; Billie Holiday; Lena Horne;
Harry James; Al Jarreau; Jack Jones; Stan Kenton; Cleo Laine;
Steve Lawrence; Brenda Lee; Peggy Lee; Carmen McRae; Johnny Mercer;
Helen Merrill; Bette Midler; Liza Minnelli; Gerry Mulligan;
Anita O'Day; Patti Page; Oscar Peterson; André Previn; Louis Prima;
Della Reese; The Righteous Brothers; Dinah Shore; Zoot Sims;
Frank Sinatra; Kate Smith; Keely Smith; Jo Stafford;
Barbra Streisand; Maxine Sullivan; Sylvia Syms; Art Tatum;
Sarah Vaughan; The Walker Brothers; Dinah Washington;
Margaret Whiting; Lester Young; ..... and many more.

I'm gonna love you like nobody's loved you,
Come rain or come shine.
High as a mountain and deep as a river,
Come rain or come shine.
I guess when you met me
It was just one of those things,
But don't ever bet me,
"Cause I'm gonna be true if you let me.
You're gonna love me like nobody's loved me,
Come rain or come shine.
Happy together, unhappy together
And won't it be fine.
Days may be cloudy or sunny,
We're in or we're out of the money,
But I'm with you always,
I'm with you rain or shine.

(Johnny Mercer / Harold Arlen)

I laughed at your age progression except I think we should fine tune it. I think we should have more middle age classifications. You know they have upper, middle, and lower, middle class rankings. I think age should have lower middle age, middle age and upper middle age. I think we really need to stretch that one out as much as possible.

What do you think?

Thanks for the recipe. I guess I just have to choose between dark and light corn syrup and then all the recipes are the same.

Kstewrocks and Sierra,

I'm going to classify you in the young adult section based on college references. Its nice to have you expressing your views here.

Penny Lane,
I like your idea over the age.

Thank you. I'm one of the young here. ^_^ But you know, you can have other adults who attend college and university. Which is interesting. Goodness knows how they afford it with all the economic (?) changes. There's so many too different education things in different counrtries. I've got this friend, over youtube who I talk to: and she goes to high school in America. And I'm here in England. And there's such a difference in education between the two countries. As well as in other countries.

Thanks for looking. I guess the simplest solution is always right in front of you.

About lasagna, you're going to laugh but I have found what my family likes best is to use Bertolli marinara sauce and add italian sausage to it. For a 9x13 pan you'll need about 1 1/2 jars. Then I use cottage cheese instead of ricotta. I use a brand that you probably can't get called Michigan Brand Old Fashioned cottage cheese. I always use the small curd. Its really creamy and not quite as dry as ricotta. If you're interested I can find the exact measurements and type it for you. Its probably not authentic using the Bertolli sauce but we think its really good.

Happy Thursday
and Hi Rose...

I'm so excited about seeing Kristen tomorrow night, I've missed her and I hope she still has her OTR color hair.
And I don't need to tell anyone on here to go see WTTR because we are all on here because we adore Kristen and Rob.
I saw it at the Boston Film Festival and it is moving, heartbreaking, heartwarming and also some humor in there.
Kristen, Melissa and James, how can you go wrong.. the talent right there speaks volumes of how this movie is going to be.
And wait till you see Kristen's performance.. she always amazes me with every movie.. this girl is a force to be reckon with.
No wonder Rob knew from the very start he had to meet her when he first laid eyes on her watching Into the Wild.
I would of loved to have been a fly on the wall watching his reaction..lol.

Another great Post Rose and I'm definitely twirling. There's so much to look forward to with this beautiful couple.

Bren said...

That was one dynamic post, Ms Rosie..It was soooo many things--you made me sigh, smile, giggle and almost cry with Pooh...(the pooh e-mail Syd posted, did make me cry--thanks, Smitty)

So looking forward to Kristen tomorrow on Leno---watched her last time where she had just received the BAFTA, I remember reading a post the next day that said, "I didn't even listen to her, I couldn't take my eyes off her beautiful legs"--so funny.

@ DK,

It my pleasure ma'am, loving that Leo...

@ Honey,

Do not expect Rob will be going to the Scream Awards. After his drunken behaviour at the VMAs he was told he would not be allowed at award shows until he could control his drinking problem. How can this man take control of his career if he cannot control his drink?

Hi guys--I'm on my phone so excuse the inevitable typos--
Liza how are you!! Syd keeps
trying to find you here and has missed you. I just texted him but he had a rough night so not sure if he'll see it.

Penny we don't grow up and I love the little prince--
" 'what is essential is invisible to the eye' repeated the fox so he would be sure to remember. 'it is the time you have spent on your rose that makes her so important' "

I butchered that quote but that book kind of changed how I thought of everything --love it so much

hi Mel! And I am missing someone--but hi.

We are all good and I can't say details but things are going to be nice and peaceful here--Leo is a god of cybersleuths and it is over!!!

Lasagna recipe sounds yum--I have one that good too but not with me. Still haven't made any of the drinks you all posted.

I can't wait to see Kristen on Leno :) I thought the hanky panky game the last time was hilarious..

And that Homer.. wise words sometimes..

I got to go see the Runways when it was in theaters here. LOVED it! I really hope that WTTR is playing close by as well.

Life is beautiful.

Hi Everybody!!

Honey, I mean really, do you actually believe this shit you speak? Or just kind of make up your own fan fic stories as you go along? What has Rob ever done to YOU to deserve the SLANDER you spew all over blogs and such? Im dying to know, was it personal? I mean to have so much hate and lie about someone to the extent you go is a bit.. sick minded. Do you get that?

Anonymous said...

I will vote for Susan but for what???

Anonymous said...

Honey I don't mean to be rude but you're killing my buzz...shut up for just awhile okay? You are right about it all in fact Kristen and Thomas are getting married and already have 3 kids.

Now just shhhhhhh!

Anonymous said...

30--what does Honey say about Rob--I didn't know she said stuff except the stupid shit here?

Leo is kind of bored today--I can have him go after her but then we wouldn't get the Chronicles and that would be sad.

SueBee said...

It was a joke about our being called middle aged and elderly.
Also needing to respond to only the cool posters. Whatever that means.

So I said Vote for SueBee for Prom Queen.

Anonymous said...

oh you are definitely the prom queen!!

SueBee said...

Honey is giving me soooo much to work with! I'm even taking notes! LOL

Anonymous said...

Sue--I'm sure she is. I just never knew she spewed this stuff elsewhere. Who are these people that have that much time--totally pathetic.

Tracy--I didn't see you--how's it going?

Sue--sorry--I meant I'm sure you are-lol-I'm tired I guess

SueBee said...

Hi Melinda

Thanks for the vote...with my luck it would end up like the end of Carrie :oP

Anonymous said...

Liza--I know the time zone sucks--I think GB should just go on west coast time--just so we can all talk and not worry about it. That wouldn't be inconvenient at all right?

I will pass along the message and i KNOW he would say the same back to you. He had a good night--and then a very bad night as in he partied way way too much. We all did but I think he may have a touch of the flu too because he didn't drink that much and was sick half the night and I think is still sleeping. He'll be fine but sleep is good for him I think.

Tracy--press 1 for "annoying" press 2 for "fucking annoying press 3 for "so fucking annoying I am going to come there and kill someone"

Melinda said...

you would get a pretty sash too- don't forget that.

Anonymous said...

Hey Melinda! :)

No worries.. it's hard to catch everybody sometimes.

How's your day going?

And yes, RF.. I am just about to option 3 right now. She keeps giving me my choices so quickly, I lose track of what they were in the first place!

And now a damn smoke detector is chirping.. chirp...... chirp....
low battery!

Anonymous said...

30--is this that crazy CK person?? I can't go to twitter or the AT boards --but I'll pass it along. Last time I went I was really sad about the stuff being said--not just about R/K but the way the people talk to each other is just out of control. I guess because the net is anonymous people think they can say anything but people were using the word "fag" and stuff--just really need to think about that since so many kids who are figuring out they are gay decide its so negative they would rather kill themselves. I can't stand when people say it as an insult--so wrong and intolerant.

sorry--i got a bit off topic there but yea, that place is evil and horrible from what I see.

Anonymous said...

omgod--the smoke detecter thing. We stayed at this one place awhile ago stayed in this place and they were all wired together so if one went off they all started going off LOUDLY --not just a chirp and it happened when I was there alone-lol--I had NO CLUE how to pull the things down and check them. It was so annoying I ended up leaving.

SueBee said...

I hate the chirping too. It makes you want to take a broom and bash it in so it will stop!

Orrrr...just change the battery :o)

Melinda said...

going good. about to head out to do some more retail therapy. Need shoes for a dress for a wedding tomorrow night.

poor Syd.... sending hugs to make him feel better.

Anonymous said...

It's like nails on a chalk board right now.. for reals. And dude's not here to change the battery, because I sure as hell ain't getting up on a ladder to get to it.

We were out of town once, and the fire alarm kept going off in the hotel. Woke us up, but the kiddo slept through it. TWICE!

30 said...

no crazyK is a K hater,(obsessed with R) Honey and a few of her buds are R haters. (obsessed with K) Kind of all sick. The shit that is spewed is atrocious. That's why most of who are fans of both stay here with Rose LOL

Honey is for the most part harmless, just annoying.

LJ said...

Its Vodka, Peach Schnapps and Cranberry Juice....served over ice.

Soooo good. I went on an all inclusive holiday last year and I drank so many of them! When the bar man saw me approaching at night he used to shout 'WOOOO WOOOO'!! really loud...ha ha how embarrassing!

Anonymous said...

Tracy--yea, kids don't hear them. Now they have the kind where parents record their voices yelling to the kids and they hear that. We have family friends that recorded "PANCAKES --WAKE UP" etc b/c that does make the kids wake up.

SueBee said...

Poor Syd

If it's a hangover--big glass of water, Tylenol and one of those "Ensure" vitamin shakes is supposed to do the trick. My older sister is a bartender so those were her words of wisdom.

If it's the flu, Tylenol would be a good idea too.

Hope he feels better!

Anonymous said...

Don't you hate it when you reset a password, and think "Oh hell, I'm going to remember that... NO problem!"

Til you have to actually type it in again a few weeks later and you wonder what you were thinking because you can't remember it to save your life?

Have fun Melinda! Retail therapy is always a good thing :)

Penny Lane said...

**Public Service Announcement***

Oct. 3-9 2010 is National Fire Prevention Week. So that means its time to change the batteries in all smoke detectors whether they are chirping or not.

Just saying.

Melinda said...

Okay I am out-may pop up via phone if I can...

RF- if I don't talk to you again today...well enjoy the rest of it whatever is on the agenda.

To all the rest of you...talk to you later

Anonymous said...

30--that's just really sad. I really do think most of the people are normal and sane. I didn't always feel that way but it seems like 95% are really okay and normal. I'm excluding the really young girls because, well, they are just silly. But the adults are not as bad as I used to think.

And then that 5%--well, those folks have real issues and I think someone should look into helping them or something. If you are spending your day, like Honey, running from one blog to another and posting all these crazy lies and stuff. I think it starts to not even be because they like one and hate the other but more just to get the attention from the other people who comment. They like to antagonize people and see they have made someone mad, sad, etc. its not really about R/K anymore but about themeselves--which is really pathetic and sad.
There's nothing really that can be done but I do wish they would get some help. They are wasting their lives with this and cannot be happy. The ones who have other people who should be a priority--like CK--what the hell is she doing acting this way when she has a child? How much time is she spending making really offensive pictures when she should be like, at the park with her kid, or reading to him or whatever. I know a few people with kids and they don't have time to breathe they are so busy and these people have to be neglecting their kids if they have HOURS to spend on this crap. Its just sad.

Sorry I got on a ramble there-

Anonymous said...

Hi SueBee, the whole age thing I explained about that. :) Why's the joke still continuing?

For Rose and RF,

Going now, to make a hot drink. And going to pay attention to CSI thingie UK programme. It's good.

Anonymous said...

Liza--I will try a woo woo sometime but schnapps tends to make me sick. Last year at the holidays some guy made these really good peppermint drinks that were peppermint schnapps then a vanilla liquor layered in these tall skinny classes--so good but omg I got so sick.

But if you say the woo woo is worth it I will give it a shot.

Anonymous said...

Penny --that literally makes me cry. So sweet and so so so true.

Liza--stay tuned--he just texted me and I said to get your butt to Roseland--lol!

Anonymous said...

Yes, try a Woo Woo!

1 1/2 oz peach schnapps
1 1/2 oz vodka
3 1/2 oz cranberry juice
served over ice

Just don't drink a whole lot of 'em! (unless you REALLY like it and it doesn't make you sick) :)

SueBee said...

Lucky for me that shnapps agrees with me! Vodka might be iffy.

Hey we should stock the bar in the shed!

Bren said...

Couldn't agree with you more, how can someone be posting 24/7?...someone or something is defintely getting neglected--spouse, children, house cleaning etc.

I had a week vacation recently, and I thought now I will really be able to catch up on all the scoop. Didn't post but twice, I was just too busy with other stuff, and my two kids are in college---so I really feel sorry for these little one's that don't get the attention they deserve.

Thanks Bren,

Yea that CK person went to London to find Rob--seriously I don't have kids yet but I wouldn't leave them for anything that wasn't completely essential. Not to go fuck around with some friends and a Rob doll.

I hope someone sees that and she gets investigated or something bc its crazy.

LJ said...

Yeah try it :-) you could always just not put as much schnapps and stick extra vodka in!

Ooh that pepperment one sounds good though. Ha ha when I went to the Canary Islands earlier this year my friend and I used to get iced coffee every morning from the bar and drink it through a straw, the bar man was a big flirt so he used to put cocktail umbrellas and sparklers and stuff in them. We always used to see the same French couple and they always smiled at us. Anyway at the end of the holiday she made her husband come over and ask us which cocktail we drank every morning because she couldn't find it on the menu!

She must have thought we were right alcoholics, then when we explained it was just coffee he was like 'Oh I thought it was early to start, but then I thought...oh it's because zey are zee Brits!'

Ha ha ha ha.

Yeah I'm ok thanks my love, it's still sad but I have more perspective on it now. Thanks for thinking about me, I'm fine though honestly. A lot better for speaking to you I keep missing you on here.

Whats this about Tracy being witness to your pain last night? sounds interesting :-)

LJ said...

Bye Smitty! Great talking to you...

Oh--Smitty and Tracy were talking and I was sick and I believe Tracy heard the gory details.

I am glad you are feeling better sweetie. You seem a very positive person and I can't stand the idea of something getting you down.

30 said...

Oh 1rosefan you have no idea how sick crazyk is,ya know how like some people we come across in real life are manipulative. Trouble makers, that's her, but online.

Not all of us are crazy, obsessive, I swear. Though I don't blame you for thinking that.(Some pl scare me lol) The impression can be easily made, Really what happens on blogs is people become friends online, talk and what started out as just a "fan" blog becomes more of a friendship blog. We start to care about each other with out ever meeting face to face. Can be a healthy thing if given a chance "if" not a obsessive all day thing.

Liza--I'm sorry love but I need to go lay down. I will try to stop back later. Its killing me not to chat but my head is spinning. Sorry-please understand.

Hi Friends in Roseland!

What a bright spot it is in my day, to come home from work, and check Rose's blog for the latest news.

Rose, thanks for the tip about the Tonight Show tomorrow evening. I will now make every effort to stay awake until I see Kristin's interview. She's so articulate and professional. No problem, she'll ace it.

I normally won't make negative comments on what others may post. Unfortunately, the strange comments that you made today, prompted me to go against my better judgement.

In the past, I'll read your ramblings, shake my head, sigh, and hope that you'll go far, far away. Seriously, in all honesty, you really do need to give up all of this ridiculous crap. Do you know how stupid you sound? Don't you care that people are laughing at you? Don't you have any respect for yourself?

The TRUTH IS, darling, Kristen and Rob love each other, and from the looks of things, probably always will. So do yourself a favor, stop this fantasizing!!

Glad to see everyone is happy in Roseland today. Yesterday, must have been a bump in the road.

Kristen, good luck tomorrow. We'll all be sending you are best wishes. If you think of it, show us your famous "two thumbs-up."

Hello Rose,

I have been reading your blog for a long time and always enjoy your thoughts. Lately though, I have to say, I feel like you talk more about Kristen than you do about Robert. I understand that you like her and that is your choice but I don't and I get sick of reading about her and how great she is. I think Robert is one of the most handsome men in the world and, personally, I don't know what he sees in her. She is not that pretty and seems very dirty and foul-mouthed. I would think, with him being British, he would rather have someone with some class and sophistication. I imagine this is just a passing phase and not the grand love of his life. I also think she is not a very good actress but again, just my opinion. I just wanted to bring it to your attention how much things have shifted. I really would rather see pictures of Robert and not the pictures of Kristen. As a note, that one picture of her with her legs crossed shows how heavy she has become. One of the things I don't like is how she is constantly pointing out how thin she is naturally but she is not THAT thin and seems horribly out of shapel. Plus she smokes and while I know he does also, it leaves her with a terribly masculine sounding voice. I also think she wears far too much make-up and is very immature. Robert is a man and she is still just a silly teenager who is far to into being a "star" while he views his work as a true art. I hope the phase passes quickly.

Again, just my opinions but I did want you to know how I feel as I very much enjoy your blog and your writing style.

Best to you and yours,

Anonymous said...

Hey Liza--No I know about your little nephew I just kind of blanked for a sec and thought it was funny.

Just when we thought all the trouble was behind us.....

Anonymous said...

While I'm not Rose and would never presume to speak for her. I have a question. If you don't mind answering. If you dislike Kristen so much, why do you read Rose's blog? She has stated many times that it's just her *opinion* and she doesn't hold a gun to anyone's head to get them to read it. Why should she change what she feels or thinks to make anyone happy? If you don't like her talking About Kristen then stop reading. That's seems pretty simple to me.

Personally, I LOVE Rose's blog. Just the way it is :)

Anonymous said...

ROFL--its fine guys.

Marlen--I could not agree with you more. I mean, the blog is supposed to be about that deliciously handsome Robert and Rose keeps posting pictures of him with Kristen or even pictures of just Kristen. Drives me INSANE! And the language she uses and the way her hair is always everywhere is really unsightly.

Thanks for letting Rose know how you feel--

Smitty :)

Anonymous said...

*white noise*

That's all I'm hearing..

Just saying..

Kristen is beautiful and it's OH so very easy to see why he loves her.

Penny Lane said...

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and you have expressed yours. So thank you for that.

That being said, this is Rose's blog and she can write about any subject she wants. She can post recipes, talk about the weather, she can even discuss the migratory pattern of Baltimore Orioles if she wants to do so. So on days that you don't like the subject, don't read it.

LJ said...

Hi Marlen,

I will leave Rose to answer your question but just wanted to say that most people here love Rob and Kristen equally. As the wonderful couple we know they are and also as individuals.

You are entitled to your opinion, as everyone is here, but if you read lower down the blog, on Roses profile she states:

'I'm just a girl... writing about a boy... trying to figure out why I love him. This blog contains blunt honesty and fierce emotions about Robert Pattinson (including Kristen Stewart). Can I handle the truth? Can You?'

Note the (including Kristen Stewart) bit. So Kristen will always be an important part of this blog...and thats one of the many reasons I love this place.

Anonymous said...

Where did your picture go???

SueBee said...

You felt the need to laundry list every miserable and hateful opinion you have concerning Kristen Stewart?

To begin, this is Rose's blog. She can post whatever picture catches her fancy. If you don't like it, move along.

Furthermore, you know NOTHING about Kristen Stewart. Not one thing.

She is beautiful, talented, and an
extraordinarily wonderful person.

As for her relationship with Rob--I can guarantee that he doesn't care what you think of it. How would you know about the love of his life?

Simple--you don't.

Do you think he would have a high opinion of you concerning the way you speak about his girlfriend. He loves her and the rest is really none of our business.

Save your petty, crude, and jealous remarks for another site.

Marlen said...

Thank you for supporting me as I see others don't understand. I know it is Rose's blog but I feel it has become out of hand and is taking away from what I (and others) want to read.

I don't like to think of Robert burdened with this desperate young girl who seems only interested in drinking and smoking pot. I am sure she has introduced him to many bad habits and I don't think, if we care about him, that we should be encouraging his further involvement with Kristen. She barely finished high school and he just seems so much more intellectual and sophisticated. I would rather see him with someone like Emma Watson or any of the nice British actresses that are in Hollywood today. I read that he had dinner with the Beckham's so perhaps they could introduce him to someone. Either way the choice he has made is entirely beneath him. She is better suited for some sort of rock star and not a true actor like our Robert.

One other thing--did you notice her nails in those airport shots not too long ago? Disgusting! How difficult is it to buy some nail polish remover.
