You Say Goodbye... And I Say Hello.

I was halfway asleep, maybe more,
when I realized what his kiss had reminded me of: last spring,
when he’d had to leave me to throw James off my trail,
Edward had kissed me goodbye,
not knowing when—or if—we would see each other again.
This kiss had the same almost painful edge
for some reason I couldn't imagine.

I remember reading this thinking ~ "Ohhh no, Here it comes. It's the kiss of death"

You're killin' me here with these quotes Rose. Not to mention the banner.

Stepehenie Meyer certainly has a way with words. This quote just gets to you. Good way to put it Tess - you know what's coming - the kiss of death.

I cried when I read that in the book.

And I'll cry watching the movie.

And probably everytime I see it.
Edward leaving is just not a good thing...
