Since you have vertebrae probs. you might want to look into Upper Cervical Adjustment, which I have had, and has changed my body and nervous system, big time.
On Xrays, they saw a major compression of the Atlas with spinal nerves being impinged for at least 50 years! The whole body is affected by that.
Yikes, the doc said in 10 years I'd have a fused neck and be bent forward-but I said let's get started now!

ok, this was all my daughters doing...three white flat sheets..first he put on a white shirt, she got one of the sheets wrapped it around his waist to the floor--he is 6 ft tall. second sheet folded in about six inches to give it an edge and put it around his shoulders,and hung down both sides of chest,and down the back...third sheet folded for edge again, and put it on top of his head, and hung down on both sides, and back---she had bought cord at craft store in gold, brown and black...she braided this and made circle and put on top of his head...he blacked his face for beard and mustache, and wore sunglasses..oh and he had a big gold ring. he looked like a very wealthy Arab.

Lately, it's been feeling like I'm getting refresh tunnel outlet syndrome and I can't have that and continue to type so many words for all to view and enjoy on Roseland.
So, a simple solution would be for me not to head any of my posts with anyone's name, saving at least 4 or more letters needing to be typed for each post.
And I believe that my posts will create more interest for others, as no one will know who they are for and it can be like a crossword puzzle, Bingo, or trivia game.
I vote yes and I've already saved almost 20 characters and one part of a fingernail so far.
