Did you ever see Somethings Gotta Give? Diane Keaton's character has a line when she admits (rather angrily)to Jack Nicholson's character that she loves him. When he doesn't say that he returns her feelings, she says, "What am I supposed to do with all of THIS?" And she gestures near her heart indicating that "THIS" means her feelings/her love/her passion.
